There is nothing to say against the hotel. The 4 stars are justified and what we felt was offered for a 2-day trip was more than fair. There is an inexpensive parking garage opposite (€4.50 per day) and you can get to a Rewe and the city center within 6-7 minutes. The only thing that bothered us was that the atmosphere reminded us very much of a hospital, because the hotel also offers long-term rentals for seniors, who are well looked after. We came for business and would therefore choose a different location. We would be happy to come back if we were coming for pleasure.

Although the room was small and the facilities were complete, she arrived at the front desk although she was off work. There was a phone at the door that could be directly connected to the reception and asked for the entrance password and room number. I had to sigh that Germany was basically a password lock to open the door. The location is particularly good. Going out and turning right 20 meters is the City Hall Square. Then passing through the City Hall is the Emperor Palace. The breakfast shop downstairs is also very good. The room is just enough for a family. There is a kitchen to make something to eat, especially there is a laundry room. Drying, this is very good, the room is very quiet, Although it is very close to the square, the windows are very powerful and there is no sound after closing.FromTWD 3,002

The location is not good, there are almost no shopping or dining places around! I arrived in the evening and bought a beer. Is there any tool in the room that can open the bottle cap? The hotel is large but there are too few supporting dining shops to choose from! Waiting for breakfast the next day, the variety was average but the service was pretty good😊

The location of the hotel is super, directly at the train station. Thanks to good sound isolation you can hear nothing from outside. The lobby is large and tastefully furnished, but the room is very small, functionally equipped. The room offered only paper cups, no tea bag, no glass, no water, no water cooker. According to the reception, you can get glass and hot water there, free. However, I don't know if it is free with tea bag.

KAMEHA GRAND is a ride away from buissy Towns like Cologne oe Düsseldorf, with their International airports. But it is one of my favorite places to stay arround in this area. Ambiente, Service, Wellness Treatments, the food and location close to the river rhine is it worth to travel and stay longer than one night. Great event location also with several Halls toll up to 1.500 participants
