The room layout was a bit unique; the toilet and shower were separate, with the sink situated between the bed and the shower. The pool isn't heated, so it's not open outside of summer.

Be careful this hotel!!!!! It's my first time to leave a bad review. Never go to this hotel for Asians. I made a reservation because the hotel's design is unique, but the facilities are very old. The front desk worker said something ****** about Asians when he greeted me on the last day. Maybe he thought I didn't know that. I asked him why he said that, and he quickly changed his words. Racism should never be anywhere.

The whole breakfast arrangement here was hopeless.The breakfast room was not set up, there was little food, It was of poor quailty, The few staff that were there were all focus on empty VIP room not for normal guests.Simple request were met with curt responses. No cleaning table, No forks, No Tissue, The binding tape is still on the rock melon skin. Wait a half hour to get juice. Only 4 table less 10 people at that time. The wall mounted AC controls do nothing and the instructions on the panel dont help. The real AC control panel is near the ceiling! The hotel was a 5 min walk to corniche and Mosque.

This hotel delivered a perfect experience for my business trip. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, so I didn't have to wait long. The room was spacious, and the desk was wide, perfect for working. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, with no lag. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the corridor. Downstairs, the transportation was convenient for taxis and dining. The price was reasonable too. It's my top choice for business travel and I highly recommend it to other business travelers!

The staff member who helped carry our luggage to the room was very kind, but we felt a bit awkward because we didn't have any cash for a tip at the time. They also offer valet parking, which is convenient. Breakfast is on the top floor, and on a nice day, you can enjoy city views, but unfortunately, it was pouring rain that morning. This hotel is located in the heart of Casablanca, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are well-equipped. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. We arrived early on the day of check-in, and they proactively offered to store our luggage so we could go explore. They even guided us to a currency exchange office and patiently answered all our questions.

My Moroccon friend I studied my phd with in Ireland (my nationality) drove me from Cas airport to the hotel & helped me with my bags to my room & ordered me a bottle of wine from the bar (about the same price as the deluxe room), saying welcome to my beautiful country! The bar staff took the wine off my friend, a GP, and said ”I know this is how you earn your bread and you will be paid but we don't accept this here”. I.e. The receptionist accused my friend of being a **********. The bar man was disgusted by the comment. Having paid, I didn't stay at the hotel and checked out the next day. The receptionist should say... We don't accept non-customers going to customers rooms, not accuse another Moroccon woman of being a ****** (my conservative Muslim friend was mortified)

Fantastic hotel! The highlights include the pool service, the efficient housekeeping, and the restaurant staff. Its location is incredibly convenient: just a 1-minute walk to Ain Diab beach, which is clean despite being popular. A bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away, and a tram stop is 5 minutes, both offering easy access to the city's main attractions. The Corniche promenade, bustling with excellent cafes and shops, starts right outside the hotel. We only had two minor drawbacks: - The hotel is situated at the intersection of three busy streets, meaning road noise is audible around the clock. - We occasionally spotted ants in the room. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, especially thanks to the exceptional pool staff: sun loungers are quickly cleared, fresh towels are always available on them, and if the pool gets busy, they promptly set out additional loungers. We definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return!

大部分旅行團都衹給卡薩安排1-2天的行程，太少了！卡薩是摩洛哥發展得最快、最好的城市，摩洛哥的年輕人都往這兒跑，值得待一週好好走走看看。先在市中心住幾天，非常推薦這家，曾經是卡薩唯一一家精品酒店，現在仍舊是最好的，法式老公寓，每間都不一樣，服務、頂樓餐廳都非常好，位置更是沒話説，主要景點都能步行到達，景點逛完就每天選一條大街走，走累了找家街邊咖啡館吃吃喝喝。卡薩的老城比馬拉喀什的更對胃口，沒那麼商業化，允許自己在裏面迷路，很安全，唯獨走路要小心腳下。卡薩更有摩洛哥唯一一家%Arabica咖啡館，馬拉喀什的Bacha等位時間太誇張，喝這家區別不大，還完全不用等，隔壁還有貢茶和時髦街區可以逛。市中心逛完再搬去安法海邊住兩天。

The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! However, there wasn’t much variety at breakfast—very limited choices. For a hotel rated five stars on Booking and TripAdvisor, I expected a much better breakfast. Instead, it felt more like a one-star hotel breakfast. Otherwise, the room quality was very good.

Good hotel in terms of location, delicious breakfasts, and spacious rooms with daily housekeeping. Downsides: 1. Annoying bellboy who doesn't take no for an answer. After being asked to leave us alone, he continued to offer unnecessary services. 2. Also, by some strange coincidence, immediately after check-in, we were disturbed in our room twice. Someone knocked separately to bring water and tea/coffee sachets, and then a few minutes later, the kettle was brought separately. I don't understand why they couldn't bring everything at once (check-in was in the evening, much later than 3 PM). 3. There were no mugs in the room (perhaps they were supposed to be brought when they addressed downside #2, but after the second visit, we put up the 'do not disturb' sign). 4. The shower gel was as thin as water; it was impossible to use. Otherwise, it was good.

Although it is facing the street, it is located in the small street. The night is very quiet. The two nights I slept most solidly abroad were here. This is very commendable. The rooms are spacious and clean, well-equipped and well maintained, even if the hotel is some years old, it does not affect the use at all. The room has its own small terrace and is also equipped with practical facilities such as a kitchenette, safe, suitable for friends who like to cook. My stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Accor luxury hotel. Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long. Most seriously, personal belongings were taken from my room, and the hotel failed to conduct any proper investigation or provide follow-up despite multiple complaints. Overall, poor management and serious security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel.

Perfect value for money. Everything is spotlessly clean, the air conditioning works great, and the bed and linens are excellent. Hot and cold water pressure in the shower is perfect. The location is highly convenient — close to the train station with a direct connection to the airport. You can even see the sea from the window. If you spend your days on business or excursions, you won't find a better budget-friendly place to stay and rest. A real gem!

The room is tiny. There's no space for two guests to put their suitcases. Taking breakfast here is pointless – it's not enough to fill you up. You're better off having breakfast at one of the nearby restaurants.
