The hotel is great: everything is new, looks fresh and fancy. Breakfast was plentiful, with great choice. Location is nice - not in the very center, but close to everything needed. The only flaw of the hotel - they have loud parties every evening. It is impossible to avoid this noise and loud music - from 7pm to 11pm everyday, no matter if you close the windows - you will be unable to relax. Maybe rooms that look at the street are better, but not sure.

Dear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special. I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she was there, ensuring our comfort and happiness.  Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. Your attentiveness and kindness are greatly appreciated.                                                    Thank you once again to all the staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable.  Sincerely,

The room was quite spacious and close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk away. It was also just a few minutes from the Old Market. The room layout was a bit unique; the toilet and shower were separate, with the sink situated between the bed and the shower. The pool isn't heated, so it's not open outside of summer.

Be careful this hotel!!!!! It's my first time to leave a bad review. Never go to this hotel for Asians. I made a reservation because the hotel's design is unique, but the facilities are very old. The front desk worker said something ****** about Asians when he greeted me on the last day. Maybe he thought I didn't know that. I asked him why he said that, and he quickly changed his words. Racism should never be anywhere.

Nice choice for a traveller. Location couldn't be better: 5 minutes walking to the Hassan II mosque and the ocean. Although located on a busy street, no noise from outside reaches the room. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped (we also asked for an iron at the reception and got it in a few minutes), maybe it's not brand new and shiny but it is worth the money. Breakfast is OK but some extra fruits or yogurt would be a nice addition. The hotel has its own underground parking for no extra fee, the entrance is from the side street, not from the boulevard. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and concierge team, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. We had a room on the 18th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the mosque—such a peaceful and scenic spot. A special shoutout to Youssef from the concierge team, who truly went above and beyond. He was always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, offering great recommendations for places to eat, and helped us with booking a taxi on our last day. We’re so grateful for his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back again soon!

This hotel's location is great, right on a bustling street. Check-in is at the bar, which is a cool concept. The hotel's decor is very stylish. The staff member who helped carry our luggage to the room was very kind, but we felt a bit awkward because we didn't have any cash for a tip at the time. They also offer valet parking, which is convenient. Breakfast is on the top floor, and on a nice day, you can enjoy city views, but unfortunately, it was pouring rain that morning. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was fresh. I particularly liked the bathroom's design; it's simple yet sophisticated.

This hotel offers good value for money. Prices in Casablanca are incredibly high right now, so this place is a solid choice. The location is excellent, right near Casa Port train station, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, including New Longmen for Chinese food and the well-established Jinhua Restaurant. The facilities are also pretty good. It seemed like there weren't many staff members around, or maybe it was just due to peak season, as our room wasn't cleaned on the first day we checked in. However, the front desk sorted it out quickly after we called. Overall, it's pretty decent, and I'd consider booking here again.

The front desk person was warm. The facilities were mediocre. The room I stayed in was spacious and like a one-room apartment. There was a sofa bed and ample space. The ordinary but good thing is that there is a kitchenette with an oven, a sink, a small pot, and a bowl where you can buy food from nearby shops and supermarkets to make food. The distance from the city center was about 3km (red taxi fare 8MAD) from the CTM bus stop. There is an advantage that families can cook and eat their favorite food.

It is a hotel in the garden, the environment is very quiet, elegant, clean, highly recommended for female travelers. The furniture in the hotel is also very fashionable, the impression of the Moroccan and European style mixed. The flowers that fall from the book can be seen on the courtyard every day, which is as beautiful as painting. The staff sent me flowers. Although the shower room is small, it has a hair dryer, large and small bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc., which is very convenient. Breakfast is also delicious. The dining environment is also very elegant. Very romantic hotel, I am very satisfied and like it very much, I will definitely choose if I have the opportunity to go to Casablanca next time.

My first time in Casablanca, I chose to stay at StayHere Casablanca. I was just looking for a comfortable place to stay, but I unexpectedly gained some warm memories. The hotel itself has a simple yet elegant design, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is convenient. However, what truly impressed me wasn't the facilities, but the staff's smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Every time I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the staff's sincere greetings. They weren't just polite courtesies, but a genuine concern, like friends curious about how my day was going. During our first meeting, he patiently explained the city of Casablanca to me, from the narrow alleys of the Old Medina to the grandeur of the Hassan II Mosque, and the relaxed vibe of the Corniche. He didn't just provide information; he spoke in a storytelling tone that made me even more excited about the city. What touched me most was that this warmth wasn't a one-off; it continued every day. Whether I was heading out in the morning or returning at night, he would always greet me with a big smile, asking where I went today and if I discovered anything new. This interaction made me feel less like a lonely traveler and more like I had a familiar friend waiting for me in the city. Each brief conversation added a touch of warmth to my journey. Finally, we even exchanged Instagrams.

Hotel-style apartment, but without kitchenware, so the kitchen is of no practical use. In addition, there is no business center. If you need to print, you can send the information to the front desk, and the front desk will print it. There is no standard room, the big bed room is a big bed with two small beds joined together. Our two ladies asked for a standard room change. The front desk asked us to separate the beds. We could only have one set of bedding, which was embarrassing.

I stayed at Barceló in a king-bed room. Overall, everything was good, and the room was well equipped with most of the amenities you need. The only missing items were toothbrushes and slippers. However, there wasn’t much variety at breakfast—very limited choices. For a hotel rated five stars on Booking and TripAdvisor, I expected a much better breakfast. Instead, it felt more like a one-star hotel breakfast. Otherwise, the room quality was very good.

This hotel is very cost-effective and the overall experience is excellent. The location is excellent and the transportation is very convenient. Although it is facing the street, it is located in the small street. The night is very quiet. The two nights I slept most solidly abroad were here. This is very commendable. The rooms are spacious and clean, well-equipped and well maintained, even if the hotel is some years old, it does not affect the use at all. The room has its own small terrace and is also equipped with practical facilities such as a kitchenette, safe, suitable for friends who like to cook. The service attitude is also very good, the price is close to the people, and the price is full. The fly in the ointment is that the towel is dark, which may be a common situation in North Africa, but it is somewhat difficult for us tourists from the mainland to adapt. On the whole, it is still a hotel worth choosing.

An excellent hotel with truly the best staff! Our ocean-view room was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. While it's considered 'first line,' it's worth noting that reaching the actual ocean requires a short walk. However, we were aware of this beforehand. The breakfasts provided were decent, and the on-site restaurant offers good lunch and dinner options with commendably prepared food. The location is fantastic, right next to the Ain Diab promenade, perfect for enjoyable strolls both day and evening. Morocco Mall is quite a distance; we didn't manage to walk there – a taxi is definitely recommended. We genuinely have very fond memories of our stay and would gladly return at the first opportunity.
