The hotel is great: everything is new, looks fresh and fancy. Breakfast was plentiful, with great choice. Location is nice - not in the very center, but close to everything needed. The only flaw of the hotel - they have loud parties every evening. It is impossible to avoid this noise and loud music - from 7pm to 11pm everyday, no matter if you close the windows - you will be unable to relax. Maybe rooms that look at the street are better, but not sure.

Dear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special. I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she was there, ensuring our comfort and happiness.  Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. Your attentiveness and kindness are greatly appreciated.                                                    Thank you once again to all the staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable.  Sincerely,

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down). Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel.

The room was quite spacious and close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk away. It was also just a few minutes from the Old Market. The room layout was a bit unique; the toilet and shower were separate, with the sink situated between the bed and the shower. The pool isn't heated, so it's not open outside of summer.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the train station, tram stop, shopping center, and the embankment. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The room is small, but everything is very well thought out. The comfortable bed, down comforters, and pillows are perfect for rest after long walks. A few areas could use some cosmetic renovations, and the place could be cleaner, but overall, this didn't affect the quality of our stay. We liked the hotel.

Be careful this hotel!!!!! It's my first time to leave a bad review. Never go to this hotel for Asians. I made a reservation because the hotel's design is unique, but the facilities are very old. The front desk worker said something ****** about Asians when he greeted me on the last day. Maybe he thought I didn't know that. I asked him why he said that, and he quickly changed his words. The whole breakfast arrangement here was hopeless. The breakfast room was not set up, there was little food, It was of poor quailty, The few staff that were there were all focus on empty VIP room not for normal guests.Simple request were met with curt responses. No cleaning table, No forks, No Tissue, The binding tape is still on the rock melon skin. Wait a half hour to get juice. Only 4 table less 10 people at that time. The wall mounted AC controls do nothing and the instructions on the panel dont help. The real AC control panel is near the ceiling! The hotel was a 5 min walk to corniche and Mosque.

A beautiful hotel, well designed and well placed to get to the main places to visit in Casablanca. The staff on reception and the concierge were delightful, smiley and cheerful always- we really appreciated it. The dining area staff we encountered were not as cheery or helpful. The breakfast was mediocre, a meagre selection and not appealing. We didn’t like the fact that we had to wait to be served drinks in the morning, hot water, tea and coffee should be on tap for multiple visits during breakfast. The person behind the drinks bar was slow to take and make the orders and not particularly helpful- some cafetières or tea and coffee dispensers would remedy this. The room itself had a few cosmetic imperfections and could do with a deep clean, including the walls. We were surprised to see a lack of bidet showers in the bathroom, which was inconvenient and not in keeping with the culture we were expecting. Finally, the water went off a couple of times and the lifts were not in working on one occasion, both were rectified fairly quickly, but it was an inconvenience as we were not able to complete our morning ablutions.

This hotel offers good value for money. Prices in Casablanca are incredibly high right now, so this place is a solid choice. The location is excellent, right near Casa Port train station, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, including New Longmen for Chinese food and the well-established Jinhua Restaurant. The facilities are also pretty good. It seemed like there weren't many staff members around, or maybe it was just due to peak season, as our room wasn't cleaned on the first day we checked in. However, the front desk sorted it out quickly after we called. Overall, it's pretty decent, and I'd consider booking here again.

The front desk person was warm. The facilities were mediocre. The room I stayed in was spacious and like a one-room apartment. There was a sofa bed and ample space. The ordinary but good thing is that there is a kitchenette with an oven, a sink, a small pot, and a bowl where you can buy food from nearby shops and supermarkets to make food. The distance from the city center was about 3km (red taxi fare 8MAD) from the CTM bus stop. There is an advantage that families can cook and eat their favorite food.

It is a hotel in the garden, the environment is very quiet, elegant, clean, highly recommended for female travelers. The furniture in the hotel is also very fashionable, the impression of the Moroccan and European style mixed. The flowers that fall from the book can be seen on the courtyard every day, which is as beautiful as painting. The staff sent me flowers. Although the shower room is small, it has a hair dryer, large and small bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc., which is very convenient. Breakfast is also delicious. My first time in Casablanca, I chose to stay at StayHere Casablanca. I was just looking for a comfortable place to stay, but I unexpectedly gained some warm memories. The hotel itself has a simple yet elegant design, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is convenient. However, what truly impressed me wasn't the facilities, but the staff's smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Every time I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the staff's sincere greetings. They weren't just polite courtesies, but a genuine concern, like friends curious about how my day was going. During our first meeting, he patiently explained the city of Casablanca to me, from the narrow alleys of the Old Medina to the grandeur of the Hassan II Mosque, and the relaxed vibe of the Corniche. He didn't just provide information; he spoke in a storytelling tone that made me even more excited about the city. What touched me most was that this warmth wasn't a one-off; it continued every day. Whether I was heading out in the morning or returning at night, he would always greet me with a big smile, asking where I went today and if I discovered anything new. This interaction made me feel less like a lonely traveler and more like I had a familiar friend waiting for me in the city. Each brief conversation added a touch of warmth to my journey. Finally, we even exchanged Instagrams.

This hotel is very cost-effective and the overall experience is excellent. The location is excellent and the transportation is very convenient. Although it is facing the street, it is located in the small street. The night is very quiet. The two nights I slept most solidly abroad were here. This is very commendable. The rooms are spacious and clean, well-equipped and well maintained, even if the hotel is some years old, it does not affect the use at all. The room has its own small terrace and is also equipped with practical facilities such as a kitchenette, safe, suitable for friends who like to cook. The service attitude is also very good, the price is close to the people, and the price is full. The fly in the ointment is that the towel is dark, which may be a common situation in North Africa, but it is somewhat difficult for us tourists from the mainland to adapt. On the whole, it is still a hotel worth choosing.

The room size was decent. The twin beds were a bit small, probably less than a meter wide, but the bedding was good and very comfortable to sleep in. The hotel is at most 3 kilometers from the Hassan II Mosque. Taxis right outside the hotel quoted 50 DH, but we got an Uber for only 15 DH. After a week of traveling in Morocco, I found taking taxis to be the most frustrating part; you always have to haggle, and they often refuse fares. It's so much better now that Casablanca has Uber.
