When Ctrip was looking for a hotel, the location marked was not very far from the central area, but when we arrived at the station and got a car, the car went farther away from the central area, thinking how it would be so far. It was night, I couldn't see the surroundings, I felt a little bit ridiculous. The hotel is a standard-managed hotel. It is the most indifferent hotel we have in Turkey. We didn't help with our luggage. When we stayed in the lobby, we didn't care about us. The room is okay, the standard hotel practices, sanitation and facilities are not bad. The hotel has a road on the right hand side and can also go down to the hotel's seaside terrace. The scenery is good.

Great locations just a 15 minute walk to the marina. Parking is easy and free. The owner is super friendly. The rooms are small but nice outdoor balcony to sit on. There is a nice clean pool to play in. The only downside is how thin the walls are as we could hear other guests coming and going but it didn’t keep us up. The breakfast is great, cooked by the owners mom! Such sweet people.

I stayed in this hotel for one night for catching the early ferry on the next day. A cozy hotel. I booked standard room. It was in decent size with small balcony. The room was clean and bright, well air conditioned. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Knowing that we had to leave early and not be able to take the breakfast at normal times, they purposely prepared breakfast for us earlier. Special thanks to Mr Selim and Mr Mehmet for their kind help. Very much appreciated. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The rooms were wide and pleasant, the air conditioning was smooth and smooth, the bathroom was very modern and clean. Stayed for a weekend. The Hotel is quite new and has a very nice private beach access. Most of the guest have all inclusive wristbands, but i wasn't offered any all inclusive deal. One waiter at the Lobby Bar was treating us very unfriendly and accused us of stealing drinks, although we told him that we were only booked with breakfast. Also he tried to give us a wrong bill first with totally wrong amount of drinks and shouted at us that we have to pay. so Service i give just 1 star because of the bald agressive barkeeper at lobby bar. On the whole weekend that one guy ruined our mood.

The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the center of Alacati, a relatively quiet place. The guy who received us was a little cold, but still very efficient. We were quickly taken to the room and briefly introduced to the basic facilities. The next day, I met the owner of the hotel. He was very enthusiastic. There was also a little girl waiter who asked us about our breakfast and tried to solve the language barrier between us. It was very heartwarming and made us feel at home. Our room was facing the swimming pool. It was not too big, but the facilities were good and the stay was quite comfortable. The height of the shower in the bathroom was a bit troublesome. The swimming pool and the courtyard could be taken care of more carefully. This is a small suggestion. The morning of the departure was very early, about 7 o'clock. I explained the situation to the waiter in advance and hoped to get a simple breakfast before departure (the usual breakfast time starts at 9 o'clock). We received a friendly and effective response. An aunt served us that day and got up early to make breakfast for us. Thank you very much. The warm farewell to us before leaving made us feel warm. We are happy to visit Alacati again and stay in this hotel. We checked out, we needed to leave very early, around 7 am. We informed the staff in advance and hoped to have a simple breakfast before departure (the regular breakfast time was from 9 am). We received a friendly and efficient response. On that day, a kind lady prepared breakfast for us, waking up early specifically for our needs. We were very grateful for that. The warm farewell made us feel a sense of warmth, and we would be happy to visit Alacarte again and stay at this hotel.

A stunning natural miracle. Blue beach. Incredibly clean air, crystal sea, beautiful beach, delicious food. There is no great variety and from seafood only fried/sweeted fish. but all the products are delicious, qualitative. Good vegetables and fruits. But there are also consequences: No thermal pool, spa in poor condition, sauna only until 17:00, in the closed pool you can swim in a hat - it is a paid service. Also, when settled in the room, not everything was equipped - was not replaced with toilet paper, napkins, soap in the dispenser. No shampoo, creams, razors and toothpaste - and the hotel level promised their availability. Everything had to be asked. We had a holiday - I brought seven people, it was my aunt's 70th anniversary - the compliment in the room was a bouquet of flowers and a piece of cake. I understand everything, but it would be better if it were fruit, it is hard for an adult to understand such dessert. I was strange to me to have coffee from machines that give in hand , and not very delicious drinks in general. And at dinner all drinks are paid (wine 375 lira, 160 coffee). The staff is very friendly and very hard. Comfortable beds and lingerie are always so important in hotels of this level. The place and nature itself close all the shortcomings. But we would like price and quality matching.

The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. AAnonymous UserThe luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. The lobby and rooms are very stylish and have a sense of luxury.

My brother and I stayed here for 4 days. The location is within walking distance to the bus station and right next to the Çeşme Castle, the location is central and very close to the minibuses that go to the beaches. The rooms were small but clean, air conditioning is an advantage. The towels were changed every day. The breakfast is quite good. There are fresh products. It has 2 separate terraces, the view is magnificent. There are hangers on the upper floor terrace where you can hang your clothes after coming from the beach. I stayed at a different place in Çeşme last year, this was the first time we stayed here, but it was much more advantageous in terms of price, location and breakfast. We are thinking of choosing this place again next year. Thanks to the hotel owners.
