Après 3 nuits (payées d'avance)passées à l’hôtel du 5 au 8 juillet 2023 j'ai prolongé d'une nuit du 8 au 9 en accord avec l’hôtesse d'accueil paiement au départ avec les petits déjeuners Dans cette nuit du 8 au 9, alors que je dormais, je reçois un appel à minuit et demi du veilleur de nuit pour me spécifier que : comme je n'étais pas venu, il faudrait que je passe régler la chambre. Je lui précise qu'il me réveille et que je suis bien dans ma chambre entrain de dormir. Il m'intime l'ordre de descendre payer de suite ma chambre. Je lui rappelle qu'il vient de me réveiller et que je règlerai avant de partir, comme convenu lors de la demande de prolongation. Il réagit : ”si vous ne descendez pas payer de suite, je monte”. Une vingtaine de minutes plus tard, il vient tambouriner à ma porte. Je me réveille à nouveau et après avoir ouvert, je lui précise qu'il n'est pas question que je descende payer maintenant. Suite à ces incidents à répétition je ne retrouve pas le sommeil à cause de la surprise et de l’énervement liés à son attitude Le matin j'en parle à l'employée de l'accueil qui s'étonne d'un tel comportement. J'estime ne pas être redevable de cette nuit d’hôtel mais l'employée me dit que si je ne paie pas ce sera à elle de payer. Ne voulant pas la pénaliser je paie et elle me promet un appel du directeur Monsieur NOLHO qui ne manquera pas de me dédommager. J'attends toujours son appel malgré 2 relances téléphoniques de ma part. Une telle attitude est inadmissible.

Hotel basic avec le juste nécessaire pour une nuit d'hôtel. Literie moyenne on s'est levé tout les 2 avec le mal au dos. Petit déjeuner sympas ainsi que son personnel. Secteur de l'hôtel pas très bien fréquenté ainsi que certains occupants. En famille ou en couplé privilégié un autre B&B sûrement. Parking plein extérieur donc compliqué de se garer et on a essayer le parking souterrain de l'hôtel mais on a jamais réussi à y accéder.

Stayed for 2 nights (2 adults & 1 kid) Positives: Clean hotel - To be expected from any Ibis Budget Helpful staff - To be expected from any Ibis Budget Basic amenities - microwave at reception / cold drinking water (may not be complementary but staff let us refill our bottles) Ample car parking - We didn't use since we were not driving McDonalds next door - Helpful only if you are a McD person which I am not!!! Negatives: Rooms are not air conditioned - not sure if that is the case with all Ibis budget hotels but it could get uncomfortable in June nights Location is kind of secluded - can be slightly scary to go out after dark (especially with family) Not too many restaurants (except McD ofcourse), bars, supermarkets nearby Metro station is a good 800-900 mt away so can get tedious if you plan to walk to metro station multiple times a day

Good location close to mini market, opera house and Bachut tram stop. If we point out the friendliness and passiveness of the cleaning staff, such as blood stains around the SDB switch, it can be cleaned within an hour, for example. The food was not tested because accommodation = studio. Cleaning the ”corners” is not a luxury, for example: child stickers left on full-length mirrors and radiators, dirty elevator light panels, this is the 3 * range of the viewfinder. Television: Disconnected 5 basic TNT channels and many foreign channels at night. At the reception: no one can depart from the station at 1:30 pm on Christmas day and can take luggage between noon and 2 pm, so we drag the suitcase because we have to leave before 11 am. Too bad, because the taxi stand is just opposite. Quiet accommodation, if you are on the street, you can find it in the noisy garbage collection.

I recently stayed at the Eklo Lyon hotel and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. Staff was really kind and helpful, even with our lost luggage that Air France send them after we left the hotel (Air France mistake), they kept them for 24hours to let us time to pick them up. Else, room was compliant with the pictures. Comfy bed. We did not used the kitchen to cook during our one night stand, but it looked functional.
