Stayed here for the first time after the positive experience I had in another Premier Inn Hotel. Location is about 5 mins from the main train station, convenient enough to get around and not too sketchy area as the police station is nearby. Room size was comfortable for 2. If i had to say a downside for this hotel it would be the AC is too warm (even in winter) and the windows cannot be opened as we were on the 7th floor. We would really love to open the windows even if for a small bit to let some cool air in.

I was on a business trip to Dusseldorf and my local colleague recommended Clayton Hotel. The front desk staff was very warm and friendly, and introduced the hotel facilities one by one. The room was not small and clean. The only regret was that it was a big bed with two single beds put together. The hotel breakfast was also very good, and it was the best choice for this business trip. In addition, the hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the train station, and there are many Asian food outside the hotel. Highly recommended!

Stayed one night before an early flight. The hotel itself was a typical large slightly aging airport hotel. The room was very clean & of a good size. The biggest thing that let it down was the lack of air conditioning, normally we sleep a healthy sub 18 degrees at night but we were unable to get the room air conditioning any less than a hot 22 degrees without opening a window which on the 6th floor of an airport hotel was a non-starter with the noise. When printing this out at reception while checking out we were unhelpfully told they would get the maintainence department to have a look at it! So a sleepless night and early flight caused a miserable start to our vacation.

The room was predictably small. When I first arrived, the white door wasn't opening, and I wasn't sure how to get in! 😂 Turns out, the door right next to it just pushed open. The breakfast was nothing special either, just cereal, milk, bread, and various cheeses. The location is quite convenient for the train station, making transfers easy. I think for Chinese travelers, this would generally be considered a very ordinary hotel. In China, hotels nowadays usually have pretty good decor and a modern feel, whereas European hotels are generally smaller and older.

First time traveling with friends and staying in a four-people room, it was a nice experience! Room was compact with a double bed, a bunk bed, a table, some chairs, private bathroom with shower, towels and bed linen. The public area around the reception had plenty of working spaces, tables, some games like table football and a designated kids are. Hostel was 15 min from Little Tokyo, good to walk to but also some trams go near the hotel - a bit of walking is required but the area seemedsafe and quiet!

Similar to my previous review, the main issue was with the housekeeping staff, which is why the service score dropped. On the last day during check-out, the front desk manager even asked me about my experience. I told her that was the main problem, and she said they take it very seriously and would investigate and make improvements. Overall, I'm satisfied!

I could not have found a better location. The room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable. A.little small but similar to normal European hotels. I didn't have a desk though to work on either.

Great hotel that's easy to find and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. There's also a metro/tube stop close by The reception staff were friendly and welcoming unlike the bar man who completely ignored me but served other guests who happened to be white! Breakfast was good and there was lots of choice. The bedroom was spacious with a nice bathroom. I particularly loved the huge work area near reception which had lots of seating, quiet booths and power points I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel but for people of colour, be aware that the bar man obviously has an issue- I simply walked down the station where there are lots of places to grab your own drinks and hot food. The hotel also allows you to order food in.

We booked room with breakfast. The hotel located in very convenient area, Immermannstraße. The surrounding was busy but we didn't here anything from outside. The front lady was also very friendly, check-in when so smooth even she couldn't find our reservation. Breakfast was not good. They served very standard breakfast and burnt sausages. Coffee did taste horrible, more than dark roast but burnt even you try to dilute with milk still leave you unpleasant after taste. I wouldn't suggest to waste money on breakfast here.

Ein großes Lob an Frau Boris, die mit viel Engagement für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und stetiges Nachfüllen des Buffets sorgte. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

This is the most expensive hotel in this European trip. I originally had great expectations, but ended up being endlessly disappointed. Because I was going to watch the European Cup, this hotel belongs to the Hyatt Group. I trust Hyatt very much, so I booked a suite. I encountered several problems, and I’d like to help you avoid them: 1 This hotel was renovated from a court and is very special, so when you enter the door, you have to carry your luggage up by the guy on the porch and yourself. I have a lot of heavy luggage. I think this is very unreasonable and very laborious. 2. I booked a twin-bed executive suite. There were no twin beds, and the hotel did not set an executive floor. Finally, I was told that the room was full and could not be adjusted. I offered to get an extra bed to solve the problem. 3 Cleaning is unreliable. The bedroom had a bed, which was not clean. There were dead flies under the pillow at the head of the bed. It was disgusting. I immediately told the front desk to change it and no compensation was given. Ctrip is still reliable and compensated me a few hundred yuan to express my feelings. I think it's hard for a hotel to do well if its hygiene is so poor. 4The breakfast food was moldy. There are many varieties of breakfast, but they are all unpalatable. The fruit is also moldy! This one is really drunk and disgusting. Quality control is a mess. 5Breakfast service is poor. The service staff has a bad attitude and is inconsiderate. This is something I haven't encountered in other hotels, but this hotel is particularly obvious. 6. There will be no use of the restaurant on the day of the competition. On the match day of July 6, before we went to watch the game, we wanted to go to pitti for a meal before setting off. The results told me that I was not allowed to use the restaurant for an unknown reason! If this hotel costs 2,000 a night, I think it’s okay, it’s just at this level. Come on, this is a hotel that costs more than 6,000 for 9 nights. The service level is too bad! Especially dead flies and moldy fruits are so disgusting! Please boycott this hotel and don’t go!

The air conditioning does not meet the standards for a 4* hotel. The rooms are very warm, even without heating in winter, so using the air conditioning during the night is quickly necessary. Very accommodating the only down fall was that the pool was not working which we actually booked this hotel for. So very disappointed when the email came through to state that the pool is currently out of order. For the rest I would say this is a very good hotel and very close to the city centre.

Pros: -The hotel is ideally located directly next to a U-Bahn station, making transportation very convenient. -The surrounding street offers a wide range of German and international shops, allowing easy access to everything you may need. Cons: -The furniture and carpets appear outdated and are not always thoroughly clean. -Disturbing noise from neighboring rooms during the night significantly affects comfort and sleep quality. -Housekeeping staff opened the door to clean the room while I was asleep, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed on the door.

A very new hotel with easy parking, very close to the airport, and excellent facilities, but if you're looking for something for sightseeing or visiting the center of Düsseldorf, this isn't the right choice. Otherwise, it's very good.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was nice! Above all, I was thinking of going earlier than check-in time to leave my luggage and leave, but it was nice that they let me check in early. It was a little disappointing that there were no slippers in the room. And there is a church right next door, and the bell rings often.🥹 Overall, I was satisfied.

The hotel also allows you to order food in.

The room was predictably small. When I first arrived, the white door wasn't opening, and I wasn't sure how to get in! 😂 Turns out, the door right next to it just pushed open. The breakfast was nothing special either, just cereal, milk, bread, and various cheeses. The location is quite convenient for the train station, making transfers easy. I think for Chinese travelers, this would generally be considered a very ordinary hotel. In China, hotels nowadays usually have pretty good decor and a modern feel, whereas European hotels are generally smaller and older.
