Location is great, a few minutes walk to düsseldorf hbf, and maybe 10 to 15 mins walk to the ”Small Tokyo street”. The staff from hotel is very nice with pleasant smile, english communication is definitely no problem. The only thing was the shower drain. I am not sure it's because of the drain design or something else, it didn't work well. The water wasn't flowing into the pipe, causing a pool of standing water in the shower area. I wore a disposable glove (luckily I had a pair in my bag 🎉) and managed to clear some hair out of the drain. This released a bad smell, so I guess it wasn't ”fresh hair” 🙄. Anyhow, the drain seemed to work better later on. Considering the room rate, I will probably choose this hotel again.🙈

After it was changed from Nikko to Clayton, this was my 2nd stay. I was received by a Japanese staff at the counter (Ms Tomiko - I hope I got her name spelt correctly - if not, my sincere apologies to her!). She was exceptionally polite and welcoming. She accommodated my request for early check in after I told her I a very tired as I just arrived in Frankfurt that very morning and drove for 3 hours to Düsseldorf. She was also kind to advise me to park at QPark in order to save the parking fee. She is really very helpful and thoughtful! And at night, when I realised that the air conditioning was not functioning as expected, I had a room changed immediately when I called up the staff, in which it was a perfect room with powerful air conditioning system! All in all, it is certainly a great experience to start my business trip!

We stayed in the Master Suite and it was absolutely fantastic—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. It really had everything we could possibly need. We ran into a small hiccup at check-in where the kids' bed wasn't made up (not sure if that was a mix-up on the hotel's end or via Trip.com), but the staff handled it perfectly. It was sorted out in no time, and honestly, you often see the true quality of a hotel by how they handle these little things. In this case, the service was top-notch. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a huge variety and everything tasted great. If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be the dinner at one of the restaurants. It just didn't quite reach the same high standard as everything else in the hotel. That being said, it was still a very successful stay and we had a wonderful time. Recommended!

Good location if you use Düsseldorf Hbf is your priority, as it is just a 3-5 minute walk from the trains and trams, making it perfect for early departures or late arrivals. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but not very spacious, however I had a small balcony which was a nice addition. The furniture leans towards ”dated” but still very acceptable for me. Rooms on the street side can be quite noisy despite having good windows. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the courtyard or bring some earplugs. Breakfast was fine and kept stocked while it was very busym

This is a large European chain hostel. It's about 1km from the central station, so it's walkable. The space is quite large, much better than the one I stayed at in Florence. If you didn't manage to book a female dorm, you can ask the front desk if they have one available. If they do, they usually arrange it for you. I only saw mixed dorms on the platform, and a mixed dorm really isn't ideal for me.

My stay at TRIBE Düsseldorf was excellent overall. The hotel has a modern and fresh style, and the public areas are very well-designed. The junior suite was nice and spacious, but the bed (sofa bed) and towels for the third guest were not arranged. Also, the bathroom door handle was broken, making it impossible to open. This was clearly a long-standing issue, as they immediately came with tools to open it again. Parking spaces in the garage were a bit tight. The breakfast was good.

The location is great . It was very bad to be stressed to find parking because they are always full and cost extra expenses. The room looks good but the walls need to be cleaner . I wanted to drink coffee but the sugar and milk powder was too old and dried hard . Overall a good experience for view nights for longer I would not recommend for the price it’s given. The soundproof walks are bad everything happens around your room you would hear it . But to be fair must of hotels are like that but must of hotels does not cost as much ! The breakfast was ok there was fishy smell like from milk and eggs . We are in summer but still it didn’t give a good feeling.

The hotel is about 1.1 kilometers straight from the train station's rear exit, which is a bit of a distance. You'll eventually have to carry your luggage up stairs (or drag it up a ramp) to reach the hotel. Alternatively, you can take the subway for one stop with your luggage and use the hotel's front entrance (though there are still stairs or a ramp to climb). Inside, the hotel is great: it has an elevator and air conditioning (not just a cooler). Check-in at the front desk was quick, and you can store your luggage after check-out (highly recommended).

Just a heads up, the entrance isn't very prominent, so you might need to look carefully to spot it the first time. Breakfast offers both a buffet and a menu with simple cooked-to-order options – I really enjoyed the Eggs Benedict. There are many Japanese restaurants nearby, and I even saw a Korean snack bar-like place across the street. I took a taxi to the exhibition center, which cost around 28-35 euros.

Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

The air conditioning does not meet the standards for a 4* hotel. The rooms are very warm, even without heating in winter, so using the air conditioning during the night is quickly necessary. Unfortunately, this cannot be used due to excessive noise production. The beds are far too short by European standards.

When checking out, I wanted to discuss invoicing with the front desk, but the person there was on the phone the entire time. I waited for five minutes and they still hadn't finished, so I gave up trying to talk to them. I stayed for two nights, and no one came to clean the room during my stay.

After it was changed from Nikko to Clayton, this was my 2nd stay. I was received by a Japanese staff at the counter (Ms Tomiko - I hope I got her name spelt correctly - if not, my sincere apologies to her!). She was exceptionally polite and welcoming. She accommodated my request for early check in after I told her I a very tired as I just arrived in Frankfurt that very morning and drove for 3 hours to Düsseldorf. She was also kind to advise me to park at QPark in order to save the parking fee. She is really very helpful and thoughtful! And at night, when I realised that the air conditioning was not functioning as expected, I had a room changed immediately when I called up the staff, in which it was a perfect room with powerful air conditioning system! All in all, it is certainly a great experience to start my business trip!

The hotel is about 1.1 kilometers straight from the train station's rear exit, which is a bit of a distance. You'll eventually have to carry your luggage up stairs (or drag it up a ramp) to reach the hotel. Alternatively, you can take the subway for one stop with your luggage and use the hotel's front entrance (though there are still stairs or a ramp to climb). Inside, the hotel is great: it has an elevator and air conditioning (not just a cooler). Check-in at the front desk was quick, and you can store your luggage after check-out (highly recommended).

Good location if you use Düsseldorf Hbf is your priority, as it is just a 3-5 minute walk from the trains and trams, making it perfect for early departures or late arrivals. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but not very spacious, however I had a small balcony which was a nice addition. The furniture leans towards ”dated” but still very acceptable for me. Rooms on the street side can be quite noisy despite having good windows. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the courtyard or bring some earplugs. Breakfast was fine and kept stocked while it was very busym

這酒店是性價比之王。從三個角度來分析，第一個，它的位置離多特蒙德火車站才小几百米，走路拐個彎就到了，非常方便，哪怕是凌晨兩點鐘也很安全。第二，這個酒店的設施還算可以的。它房間小，但是挺乾淨，周邊還在施工，施工完了會更好。按這個價格來説呢，性價比是超值的。第三，他的工作人員服務態度還是可以的，而且不像傳統的德國人，他們還會很靈活變通的幫客户解決問題。如果有機會我還會再過來，就這個性價比，那真是絕了！
