The rooms look like they are old buildings but they are still comfortable. The room is also quite spacious. The breakfast menu is extensive and tastes delicious. The hotel staff are quite friendly. In this hotel there are lots of stairs, so if you want to go anywhere you have to go up and down. Maybe those who bring elderly people should consider it again. Overall okay, can come back again sometime.

|5.21km from city centerLocated in the Taman Dayu area, it is located in the middle, even though it is a bit far from the main main gate, it is strategic to get to D'gunungan, Spiderbucks cafe, DeDuren Mas, Ollive Beach, Callimera, it is still in one complex but there are lots of good places to eat.
In the hotel itself, the rooms are very spacious, the rooms are good, the restaurant has a good view, lots of facilities, adequate parking.
Unfortunately, the service or responsiveness is lacking, especially in terms of room arrangements, which need to be improved a lot to be more professional in handling room and guest bookings. Because this hotel is rated as a 4 star, staff service also needs to be better. Doing a lot of maintenance, especially rejuvenating the interior and around the hallway in the king bed room type so that it doesn't look dull.
Hopefully it can be better.
For families, it's good to take the room in the 100s block, the twin all type, while for elderly people who really have difficulty walking, you can take the 200s room block, the king bed type, which is right above the lobby. Because to get to the twin type there are several stairs. must be passed.
You can find outside food at the food court near the Taman Dayu gate, lots of various kinds of food.

from the main lobby to the toilets, from the rooms to the animal pens - all super clean, a massive respite from mosquito-infested accomodations the few days prior.
the receptionists were all very friendly, well-versed in both bahasa indo and english; the driver kindly helped us find somewhere to buy feed for the animals and take photos at the entrance; the concierge was also very pro-active and the cleaners were constantly seen mopping.
and the facilities are undoubtedly one of a kind. the view from the balcony were of the animals happily skipping around, not like some other safari accommodations where the animals are either kept in too small fences or too far away. every store was well stocked with water dispensers of different temperatures. the animal feeding was also easy to purchase from the counter. only pity is that we were not aware that the breakfast with giraffe needed booking beforehand, but honestly you can feed the giraffes for cheaper at the Taman Safari Prigen safari adventure. breakfast for humans otherwise had a good spread, including some humorously named items. there is also a free and convenient shuttle service that takes you to and from baobab to the safari area, just have to ask the concierge.
overall 10/10 will visit again.

The location of the hotel is great, overlooking the beautiful scenery, and the sunrise at night is super beautiful. Facing 🌋, it is very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities are relatively old, probably because there are few people staying, they are not well maintained, and the price is slightly higher than the price. But overall it is acceptable. The breakfast is very rich. The satay skewers at the entrance of the hotel are super delicious.
