Security: We felt secured in the hotel. They have CCTVs and guards are on duty 24/7.
The location is just beside the main road so it is very accessible. Tho it is located beside the road, we can't hear any sounds from vehicles or motorists along the road. I had a good sleep here.
Water: They have a strong water supply which is a big plus for this hotel as conpared to others.
Restaurant or in house food: not operational but you can order via grab or food panda. no charge.
Rooms: Clean. Bedsheets, pillow cases and comforters are very clean and pristine condition. No moldy smell from room. Spacious and with veranda. Ref is also available. Hopefully, you can add smart tv since your cable tv has 2-3 channels only :(
Cr: Bathtub is a plus point, with hot and cold shower, bidet, and compliementary hygiene kit.
Price: Very reasonable

|2.28km from city centerLocation is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday.
It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only.
We will definitely not come back again.

To visit the chapel and recreation center, we used the hotel’s shuttle service, which was also free. The road to get there was a bit steep and intimidating, but the experienced shuttle drivers made us feel safe and comfortable.
The heated swimming pool was another highlight—it’s free to use, and we spent most of our time there just relaxing. Overall, the experience was relaxing and well worth it.

We had a good time with a massage in the green canopy and a demonstration of the hotel-provided yoga Qigong organic juice.
The food in the restaurant is also perfect. I don't mean there is a lot of breakfast.
It is a menu where the creator's thoughts are transmitted and the heart is filled. Handmade apple jam was awesome.
I want to revisit just for the restaurant.
The air flowing throughout the hotel is amazing and we will definitely return here again.

1. Bath towels - doesn't smell newly washed
2. bulb lights - its best if it's a higher watts
3. Noise - guests must be advised to lower their noise as other guests are already sleeping at 2am.

I was lucky to have been given a free upgrade with a better view which I am very thankful for! Also note, should you bring more than 2 pax, you will need to pay extra at the desk. I believe it was 500pesos per person. It was still a good deal. Parking is available however limited as you are parking into a sort of housing parking spot.
Nevertheless, enjoyed the stay here with my family and def would be back again should I visit the city.

The tray for the free water was dirty, we didn’t use the water glasses afraid it is not clean as well.
The pool was not that clean as well - maybe it was due to the rain, I donno lol. The rain ruined the garden feel and would have been so relaxing to visit their garden :( which we were not able to do.
The reception agents were helpful - they went above and beyond by helping me with the water heater :) thank you!
Amenities like hair dryer, coffee, shampoo and laundry bag were not ready in the room and I have to request them by calling before it’s provided. It was all complimentary so it’s ok :)
The restos are reasonably priced and the food was ok ~ we had dinner at Sweet Knot Haven and breakfast at Bodhi cafe.

|3.09km from city centerWent there to recharge for a night and I can stay that there are only 2 things that disappointed me there.First, we happen to be placed besides a room that has a baby crying nonstop at 2am in the morning and 2nd, the crispy wings are super small like it came from a tiny bantam chicken. Though the pizza and other items in their bfast buffet are all super delicious.
For the positives, the staff are all very courteous and friendly. Room is clean and spacious with complete ammenities though it is not that soundproof since we can hear the crying baby next door at 2am.
The animals are the stars of my stay and they are so entertaining and very eager to chow down the feeds. I can probably stay there for the entire day if not for the rain that comes and goes.
Over all I'll be glad to stay at their hotel again and just vibe with the geese,chicken and the peacocks.

The room we booked is spacious can fit more than 2 people. The only downside is the amenities and breakfast buffet. Food varieties is not worth the price. As a suggestion and not a complaint, perhaps the size of Siglo as a breakfast place can be expanded and offer say buffet breakfast instead of a set menu choices.
The reception people are very warm and attentive to details, they take time to engage their clients in a wonderful manner.
It has a lot of amenities, mostly in good order, although the games and gym room has some room for improvement where some maintenance are in order.
It's hard not to like Viewpark, needless to say we will be back and very likely for a longer stay!

|2.75km from city centerThe room was clean and smells good. Bath towels prepared and bedsheets were freshly changed. We had a beautiful view of fog in the morning too. The unit owner was responsive and Ms. Mylene (caretaker) assisted us to check in and made sure everything was working well. We had some issues with the slow internet but we were able to fix it. We recommend this unit for your staycation. My sister and I enjoyed our stay. Will rebook again.

|3.25km from city centerEscala truly boasts one of the most stunning locations and the best infinity pool in Tagaytay. The team is warm and accommodating, big shout out to the security guards, bellmen, and housekeeping for their friendliness and helpfulness.
Just a small tip for the front desk team, particularly the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to briefly go over the reservation details and share a bit of information about the hotel’s amenities during the check-in process. This isn’t a complaint, just a friendly suggestion from someone also working in the hospitality industry, so guests won’t need to ask for every detail later on. Again i dont wanna put someone on a bad light.
