The hotel is very quiet, and the pool bar serves breakfast, drinks, and snacks all day, regardless of booking. Smooth check-in & out process with house rules clearly written in English, the attendant was kind & understood simple English words so no communication issues. We had a clean, spacious room for 3 adults (good for 4; futons are in cabinet) in a traditional meets modern room type with full amenities provided (collect toothbrush set, slippers, etc from concierge). Breakfast was a local Japanese spread (don’t expect too many choices but decent in flavour) in a traditional Japanese teahouse - loved the vibe! Entry to the theme park was free (already part of hotel fee) & was a relatively quick walkthrough - there are some areas of workshops like painting your own shisa, so worth a check if you’re into crafts. The theme park was yokai-themed when we were there in early Sept so it added an element of spookiness to it, we missed the projection at night - it would’ve been a sight to see. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at affordable rates & we’ll be back if we’re ever in Yomitan.

”Green and Blue” is a special homestay operated by Hope and Wish Children's Care Home. All the proceeds directly support the tranquility and treatment of dying children.
Search Blue and White or Hope and Wish on overseas websites to find and make reservations (including a dolphin software)
What touched the most was the handwritten card and donation envelope placed by the administrator in each room, which can be donated for any amount of money not forced, but a gentle chance for travelers to participate.
The wind chimney-designed Nakamura is poetic. The dark ring arcade connects three rooms to public facilities and receives three groups of guests a day. Although the air conditioner is too hot in summer, you can still feel the sea breeze through every inch of space in the building.

The room is large, the service is OK, simple English communication, the hotel has paddle boards and snorkeling tools, go downstairs to the beach, and the sea is shallow, suitable for children to play. Although the pool is small, it changes water every day. There are free various wines and snacks available. The bathtub in the room faces the sea.

Here I met friends from Korea and Tokyo. Because it is a place where girls live, the room is very clean every day. Occasionally there will be cute gecko, yui will show us herbs she planted, waved me far away when parting, yui like my grandmother in Okinawan kind, all this really touched me, there are cute cats, every day of companionship I am impressed. Firstly, the bed looked like someone just lied on it and the beds were skew, secondly the fridge was really filthy, they dnt even bother cleaning it, and thirdly, there’s lots of footprints on the floor which means they dnt have enough time to mop the dirt on the floor. Oh, and we had another issue with the room, TV will automatically switch on by itself at odd hours😬 We had difficulty communicating with the staff as their English is not that fluent.
But overall, it’s a great family hotel, I absolutely loved the facilities, kids had loads of fun at the pool and were crazy about the slides as well as the facilities on the beach. Extra bonus to the “happy hour drinks” (from 3-6pm, 9-11pm ).

But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car.
First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000.
Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers.
Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world !
It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm.
Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night .
Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists-
All the TV channels are in Japanese.
Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices.
In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided.

The infinity pool is beautiful, and there are plenty of snorkeling spots nearby. The kids had a blast, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was plentiful, and the surroundings were beautiful. The only downside was the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and they couldn't fix it. The hotel immediately offered to change rooms, but I didn't consider it due to my heavy luggage. Even if I did, the cost of cleaning wouldn't be cheap. They suggest better equipment management, and Ctrip did everything they could to accommodate. Thank you so much! This was the only time I wanted to give a negative review, but I changed my mind because of the excellent service at Hoshinoya. I maintain my high rating and recommend it!

It was good to swim because you can go to the sea within 20 minutes by car.

室内は清潔に保たれており、インテリアもきれいなものが置かれておりラグジュアリー感が満載でした。
また、テレビがとても大きく迫力のあるものでした。
残念ながら今回宿泊期間中は雨でプール等の外の設備を使うことができませんでしたが、また機会がありましたらご利用させていただきたいと思います。

只可泊門口的馬路邊
景觀真的很好
很開陽
可以抺一下窗就更好了
總共有3個大露台
連接露台的樓梯能維修一下就更好
但看不到日出
因為右邊有更高的房屋阻擋了
整體來說
還是很棒
景觀彌補了其他不足
