We had a wonderful stay at Fernie Stanford Hotel & Waterpark! We arrived early and even though our room wasn’t ready, the staff kindly let us use the waterpark — such a thoughtful gesture, especially with kids. When the shower in our original room didn’t work, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful 2-bedroom condo with a full kitchen. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay. The free breakfast was nice, though I do wish there were more hot food options beyond waffles and cereal. Overall, excellent customer service and a lovely experience. Highly recommend!FromAED 436

When the shower in our original room didn’t work, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful 2-bedroom condo with a full kitchen. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay. The free breakfast was nice, though I do wish there were more hot food options beyond waffles and cereal. Overall, excellent customer service and a lovely experience. Highly recommend!

RRICCADORAYWe had a wonderful stay at Fernie Stanford Hotel & Waterpark! We arrived early and even though our room wasn’t ready, the staff kindly let us use the waterpark — such a thoughtful gesture, especially with kids.
