Overall this hotel was good. I stayed here for two nights and the location is fantastic. It allowed me to explore Paris's attractions without having to get a tube or bus. The interior of the hotel is a bit dated with the standard wood panelling and carpets that you see in many older hotels, but the room itself was spacious and nicely designed (see picture below, the bed is messy as this was just before I check out). I didn't have any food while I was here but I did see a bar and space to have breakfast. The staff were very pleasant also.

This hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. I am so incredibly happy that I booked this hotel. I had spent so long trying to find somewhere that suited my needs with location, price and amenities. The hotel looks exactly how it looks in the picture; so incredibly cute. I will say, the rooms are small and there is no elevator or air conditioning but you can make that all work. You just have to be smart about how you use the space, be able to carry your luggage up the stairs and possibly have the window open in order to get the amazing breeze in the room if you need air in order to sleep or to just move around without being overheated. The staff is incredibly nice and I loved the space where you can just sit and relax and enjoy your breakfast at. I had the best Paris experience!

I stayed here the night before flying out of Charles de Gaulle Airport. I was really pleased with the delicious and varied breakfast. For a Hilton, the price was quite reasonable. However, some of the staff seemed to prioritize their own conversations over assisting guests. (I arrived early due to a rental car return, so I dropped off my luggage first and planned to pick it up at check-in, as they don't deliver luggage to rooms.) I was kept waiting while a front desk staff member, even after being called twice by me and once by a passing colleague, continued a seemingly enjoyable conversation with another guest. To make matters worse, when I handed over the luggage claim tag, the staff member said, ”Oh, I forgot my glasses today, so I can't read this.” They then made us search for our own bags. They didn't verify anything at all; if we had pointed to the wrong bags, we could have easily taken them.

However, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to the room itself. There's a tiny elevator that can only fit one person and one suitcase at a time. Environment: The soundproofing wasn't great, but honestly, I feel like many buildings in Paris have similar soundproofing issues. After a long day of sightseeing, I was so exhausted I'd just crash and sleep, so I didn't really notice any noise. The hotel's location is fantastic; public transport and dining options are incredibly convenient, which is a big plus. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was much better than I expected. I honestly thought it would be a bit dirty and had low expectations, but it turned out to be quite decent. Service: The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. On a side note, the hotel breakfast was genuinely very good! All the bread was delicious, the yogurt was tasty, and the coffee was even better. To be honest, we stayed at two hotels in Paris, and the baguette and croissants at the other 4-star global chain hotel weren't as good as this small hotel's breakfast, and neither was the coffee. This unexpectedly delicious breakfast really added a lot of points to my overall impression of this hotel!
