We live in family villa on the second floor, the only setback is there is no elevator so we need to carry the luggage down when checking out. But I think the staff is very happy to help to carry the luggage up or down the stairs if we ask them to.
Breakfast is fairly good but you can have better options outside if you need to pay VND550K for the buffet breakfast.From$89

The boutique hotel have a signature indochine design which is very nice . The employee are very nice and enthusiastic. However at this level of price ( $200/ night) , the hotel itself are a bit stingy on the facilities. For ex the tissues and toilet paper are sooo thin, even the recycle bags for slipper they put price on it to prevent someone steal ??. Club wing Breakfast are in the new restaurant which are considered like higher level, but the choices of food are very limited. On the 2nd time i took salad, there
just had 2 leaves left , i ask the service if i could have more, they said already dont have to refill. That was just 8:30 am. Beside, some melon were even go to bad . All the juice like water with color and taste of food probally not good except eggs.From$94

I have to start by saying that the service levels at this hotel are spectacular. Have stayed in many five star hotels and resorts throughout the world in my time and I would say this ranks up there amongst the top three in terms of attention to detail and service. Staff will very helpful always smiling. Breakfast spread was truly amazing and being a Muslim traveller, they made it easier for me by pointing out the halal options. I did suggest the head chef it might be a nice idea to just mark out what is halal to facilitate Muslim travellers easily. Room was very comfortable, shower was great and the sunrise was amazing. I have one gripe with the overall experience which was to do with the housekeeping. Very poor room cleaning. My wife would fill a glass of water every night and we come back home the next day and still then she has to wash it herself. Almost empty cans were left without being disposed and on one occasion, pillows were left on the floor after the bed was made. It's a shame as I would have given this a top mark with you otherwise. Hotel is a little far out, but very easy to get around with grab. dinner selection seems very limited as well so we constantly went to hoi an or danangFrom$79

Facilities: Quite impressive! I initially thought it might be a bit dated, but I was pleasantly surprised upon entering. There was a lovely fresh scent.
Service: I must say, the service here is truly outstanding. Every staff member was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. We even received welcome drinks, fruit, and desserts upon arrival. Absolutely top-notch!
Ambiance: The surroundings are beautiful and serene, with birds chirping and flowers blooming – a real resort-like atmosphere. Plus, it boasts its own private beach.

It's not a new, shiny, flashy hotel, but the calm atmosphere was very nice. I think most of the guests were older Westerners. It's on the outskirts of the old town, so it's not too noisy. But you can walk to the tourist center. We also used the free bicycle rental service.
The pool isn't very big, but it's enough to cool down during the hot season. Everyone was relaxing while reading. The Vietnamese iced milk coffee we had at the minibar by the pool was very delicious.
The breakfast buffet had so many dishes that it was overwhelming, and they were all delicious. We checked out early in the morning, so we couldn't have breakfast on our last day, but they prepared a big box of bread and fruit for us to take out.
I was also interested in the beach resorts in Da Nang, but if you're planning on sightseeing mainly in Hoi An, I recommend this hotel.From$397

I recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at Legacy Hoi An Resort, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The resort is stunning, with two beautiful pools that were perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene—ideal for a getaway. Just the television is old, anyway we don't really watch it.
What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming, always ready with a smile and happy to help with anything I needed.

I was here for Typhoon Noru. I was provided with a flashlight, breakfast and extra water before the storm. The locking doors and outside shutters held fast. The town lost power and it was intermittent the next day but having provisions and a light made such a difference. Helen the manager was very helpful with bookings, recommendations and warnings. We booked a hotel for 1 night to visit Hoi An. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was very nice, the balcony is wonderful. The hotel itself is located near the old town (you can walk there) and in a relatively quiet and peaceful place.

- friendly staff.
Cons:
- the bar closes at 9pm;
- the pool is also formally until 9pm, but no one kicked us out at 10pm
- and a **HUGE MINUS** - the girl from the reception who sells you additional services all the time: when you check in she offers all sorts of boats walks and taxi, at breakfast she comes up and asks about your plans and kind of unobtrusively offers a taxi, etc. It's annoying, but it's Vietnamese marketing, unfortunatelyFrom$42

The hotel's location is superb, right near Hoi An Ancient Town. The room size was quite spacious, especially for Hoi An standards. We received welcome fruit (bananas) on our first day. The staff are so friendly and nice.

Especially the swimming pool is located in the middle of the building, so it is good to have fun in the morning and afternoon without worrying about sunlight.
Massage is also available at a low price and you can get great service.
Breakfast is mediocre but taste is good, fresh, clean and good.
The distance to the Old Town is a bit ambiguous, but there are no tall buildings nearby, so the town view is good and the facilities are spacious and clean.

It's good value for money and the location is close to the old town, so I come here every time I come to Vietnam. It's so convenient and nice to be able to get there within a 2-minute walk when the night market opens. There's also the advantage of being able to enjoy traditional food for free in the garden at 4 p.m. with music, and a free boat ride on Thu Bonga is included, so I'm very satisfied. The percentage of Westerners staying here is much higher than that of Koreans, so it feels like I'm in Europe rather than Vietnam, and I'm satisfied with the quiet and secluded accommodations. It seems like Binh Hung Emerald and Riverside are from the same group, and although the facilities are old, it's a clean and well-maintained resort, so I think it's a good hotel for the price.From$64

Newly opened, it's small but has beautiful facilities. You can tell the hotel team is working hard to improve their service. Although some areas are still immature, the flaws outweigh the advantages. The hotel has a beautiful design, and the room was clean and thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast had limited variety, but the food tasted decent. The complimentary shuttle service to the Old Town was also a nice convenience.
However, the swimming pool was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy swimming. The internal layout connecting the buildings is not well designed — the short, steep slopes are not obvious, and I nearly slipped twice while walking. The villa complex is incredibly beautiful, combining French colonial architecture with an Asiatic garden area, complete with water features. The rooms are large, exceptionally clean and with everything for which one could wish. There is tea, coffee, a fridge and a good selection of toiletries. The breakfasts are lovely with a pre-order service that ensures you get exactly what you want. The food is excellent with a variety of Vietnamese, Western options and noodle soups. The dining area is in the lush garden. There is a pristine swimming pool open all day, which offers a lovely relaxing dip after the heat of the day. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and supportive. They are always on hand with advice and care, even loaning me a crash helmet to ride on the back of a friend's motorbike. The resort is stunning, with two beautiful pools that were perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene—ideal for a getaway. Just the television is old, anyway we don't really watch it.
What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming, always ready with a smile and happy to help with anything I needed.
If you're looking for a relaxing stay in Hoi An with great service and lovely surroundings, I highly recommend Legacy Hoi An Resort. I’d definitely love to return!

He can speak English, but no staff can speak Japanese. The building is new and small, but clean and large enough. The breakfast buffet is the size of the hotel, but it is adequate and everything is delicious. The menu is two days apart. The location is far from the old town of Hoi An. I use it for walking because I rented a bike for free. However, you have to be very careful to avoid accidents because it is used in rough driving of local cars and motorcycles. There is a small general store within walking distance, so you can buy drinks and desserts there. The price is reasonable, but satisfied. Repeat

Normally we have to wait until 14.00 to get in. The room was spacious but the bed was secretly itchy. There are pen marks on the blanket. There is water in the room. With kettle The sound of the car horn was a little loud. We slept on the first floor. There were convenience stores around. In front of the hotel, turn right and walk straight to Hoi An Old Town and Night Market. It's convenient to walk to.

We live in family villa on the second floor, the only setback is there is no elevator so we need to carry the luggage down when checking out. But I think the staff is very happy to help to carry the luggage up or down the stairs if we ask them to.
Breakfast is fairly good but you can have better options outside if you need to pay VND550K for the buffet breakfast.

So I asked the staff they can help with car reservation and other things since I have to work during her stay. All the staff were so nice. We really appreciate your help. |1.36km from city centerWe booked a hotel for 1 night to visit Hoi An. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was very nice, the balcony is wonderful. The hotel itself is located near the old town (you can walk there) and in a relatively quiet and peaceful place.
Pros:

- hotel facilities (swimming pool, good beds, TV, robes, towels for the pool),
- friendly staff.
Cons:
- the bar closes at 9pm;
- the pool is also formally until 9pm, but no one kicked us out at 10pm
- and a **HUGE MINUS** - the girl from the reception who sells you additional services all the time: when you check in she offers all sorts of boats walks and taxi, at breakfast she comes up and asks about your plans and kind of unobtrusively offers a taxi, etc. It's annoying, but it's Vietnamese marketing, unfortunately

However at this level of price ( $200/ night) , the hotel itself are a bit stingy on the facilities. For ex the tissues and toilet paper are sooo thin, even the recycle bags for slipper they put price on it to prevent someone steal ??. Club wing Breakfast are in the new restaurant which are considered like higher level, but the choices of food are very limited. On the 2nd time i took salad, there
just had 2 leaves left , i ask the service if i could have more, they said already dont have to refill. That was just 8:30 am. Beside, some melon were even go to bad . All the juice like water with color and taste of food probally not good except eggs.

Have stayed in many five star hotels and resorts throughout the world in my time and I would say this ranks up there amongst the top three in terms of attention to detail and service. Staff will very helpful always smiling. Breakfast spread was truly amazing and being a Muslim traveller, they made it easier for me by pointing out the halal options. I did suggest the head chef it might be a nice idea to just mark out what is halal to facilitate Muslim travellers easily. Room was very comfortable, shower was great and the sunrise was amazing. I have one gripe with the overall experience which was to do with the housekeeping. Very poor room cleaning. My wife would fill a glass of water every night and we come back home the next day and still then she has to wash it herself. Almost empty cans were left without being disposed and on one occasion, pillows were left on the floor after the bed was made. It's a shame as I would have given this a top mark with you otherwise. Hotel is a little far out, but very easy to get around with grab. dinner selection seems very limited as well so we constantly went to hoi an or danang

|0.38km from city centerIt's not a new, shiny, flashy hotel, but the calm atmosphere was very nice. I think most of the guests were older Westerners. It's on the outskirts of the old town, so it's not too noisy. But you can walk to the tourist center. We also used the free bicycle rental service.
The pool isn't very big, but it's enough to cool down during the hot season. Everyone was relaxing while reading. The Vietnamese iced milk coffee we had at the minibar by the pool was very delicious.
The breakfast buffet had so many dishes that it was overwhelming, and they were all delicious. We checked out early in the morning, so we couldn't have breakfast on our last day, but they prepared a big box of bread and fruit for us to take out.
I was also interested in the beach resorts in Da Nang, but if you're planning on sightseeing mainly in Hoi An, I recommend this hotel.

It's close to many attractions, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Even though I was right next to the elevator, it wasn't noisy at all. It was so quiet that after staying one day, I extended my stay for another. This is what vacation is like: relaxing in order to take on more adventures!
