I spent my first solo trip at this hotel! The price was quite reasonable for Guam, and I chose it because it's a well-known brand, which gave me peace of mind. The hotel is a bit old, but the room was spacious. The view from the front desk, as expected from a resort, was great with lots of palm trees. The pool was large, and I could walk to the beach, where the sunset was beautiful. The amenities were also excellent, typical of a Japanese-affiliated hotel. It was also a plus that presumably all rooms are ocean view. It's about a 15-minute walk to restaurants, which is a bit far, but thankfully there's a free shuttle bus if you time it right. The only slight downside was that most of the guests were Japanese and Korean, which made it feel less like being abroad. I'd definitely come back!

Originally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!

I was worried after reading reviews about the old facilities, but I was completely satisfied. I went to the supermarket to buy cheap meat and cooked it myself. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, a dining table on the left and right, and a large refrigerator. I was very satisfied with the price. There was a large pool in the yard behind the front desk, and I had a great time playing underwater basketball. The air conditioning was quite loud, so it might be a bit annoying for those with sensitive skin. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

I enjoyed my stay. I had everything I needed. The mini bar items were complimentary. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The view was amazing and the best part! I had a high floor. The beach was right in front. Service was amazing too. Just a few things to be mindful of, the blinds were slow to open but reasonably quick to close. The balcony door is heavy to push open. The balcony glass could be a bit cleaner. The floor outside the shower gets wet. Walls were a little thin and there needs to be more hooks for the towels to hang. In saying that though, if I return to Guam, I would still stay at this hotel. I hope the hotel can improve on those things mentioned. Definitely worth the visit.

I slept very well on the first night as the bed was really comfortable. Great facilities downstairs. Plenty of large sunning chairs. Swimming pools with slide for kids and waterfall for adult side. There was also a jacuzzi in an alcove between the pools. Lots of space to relax and enjoy a coffee in the lobby area. This hotel easily passes muster.

This hotel was my stopover accommodation after transiting through Guam. It's very close to the airport, about 3 kilometers away, and a 5-minute taxi ride. When departing for the airport in the early morning, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. The room was spacious, but the lighting setup was just okay and not really to my taste.

The room had an ocean view, and the infinity pool and sunset were beautiful. Although the hotel is a bit old, it was well-maintained and clean, so it wasn't an issue. The room lighting was a bit dim, which was slightly inconvenient. Shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are provided, but there's no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own. All the staff were friendly, and storing luggage before check-in and using the pool were smooth. They also lend towels at the pool, which is very convenient.

The hotel facilities are new and very clean. It's conveniently located, though a little bit outside the city center, but that's not an issue if you have a rental car. This bay is pretty much it for the hotel's location – going further left down the beach isn't as good. There's nothing really to complain about regarding the hotel itself. We booked a connecting family room, but the downside is that it doesn't have a sea view. Something to note if you're booking a family room. Kids under 12 eat breakfast for free, which saved us a lot of money with our two adults and three kids. Our entire stay was very comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. Every staff member was incredibly friendly. The swimming pool and water park are a bit small, but they were perfectly adequate for our children. You can borrow life jackets for free at the Marine Center, but snorkeling masks and snorkels need to be rented for $15 per use. So, it's a good idea to bring your own snorkeling masks and snorkels from home and just borrow life jackets here. Snorkeling is very safe because it's within the lagoon, and the beach is excellent. However, if you're looking for high-quality snorkeling, you might need to go to other beaches. The only drawback was that breakfast items weren't replenished very promptly; we often had to wait for many things, but we didn't encounter any of the other issues mentioned in previous reviews.

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

The hotel provides amenities such as soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and slippers, and daily housekeeping is included. There's also a car rental service nearby. The room was quite spacious, and the hot water was really nice. Parking is free and there are plenty of spots available. The balcony view was absolutely fantastic. The location is great, close to the main road, though not directly by the sea. There are many shops and restaurants just a short walk away, offering plenty of options. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many good places to eat nearby.

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

I chose this hotel because our plane was at 3:40 in the morning, and this hotel was very close to the airport and provided free drop-off service. We stayed overnight. The hotel is very old, the facilities are quite old, but the health is OK. The old gentleman at the front desk was very responsible. We asked him what time he needed to leave. He said that two hours in advance was enough. We said that we had to go through the customs and departure procedures. He said that the procedures were very simple and directly checked in. Really, the departure was done at the check-in counter, very soon. At the scheduled departure time, the driver came on time, called us, and helped carry the luggage downstairs and put it on the car. There is no elevator in this hotel, so it is not convenient if there is a lot of luggage, we live on the second floor.

The staff were very friendly. I stayed one night in the Island Wing and four nights in the Tower Wing, and the Tower Wing was definitely cleaner. While it's hard to expect the same service quality or cleanliness as a Lotte Hotel in Korea, I felt that all the staff were doing their best. I stayed in a club room, so I experienced the 7 AM breakfast, 2 PM afternoon tea, and 5 PM happy hour. I only went to afternoon tea once; after that, I didn't feel the need to go again. The selection was simple, and while juice was provided, the coffee machine was off, so I couldn't get my caffeine fix in the afternoon, which made it less worthwhile. The desserts offered at afternoon tea were the same ones served at the 5 PM happy hour, so having one or two then was enough to satisfy any dessert or bread cravings during my stay in Guam. Both breakfast and happy hour had a decent variety of menu changes daily, so it never got boring. As it was my nth visit to Guam, and I'd pretty much tried all the unique food options, it was actually more convenient to just eat at the hotel at set times. Oh, and the draft beer at happy hour was pretty good. I can understand why some people might compare Lotte with Tsubaki or Hilton because of the pool. But my routine was to have breakfast, enjoy a good swim in Tumon Beach, and then, when I felt like relaxing, head to the Lotte Hotel pool for another swim before returning to my room. So, the Lotte pool was perfectly satisfactory for me. The Tower Wing club rooms are on floors 14-16 (I was on the 16th floor), so the view was fantastic, and I could even watch Tsubaki's fountain show from my room in the evening. However, due to the angle, the sun sets behind Tsubaki and Nikko, making it unsuitable for watching the sunset from the room. For sunsets, you'd need to go to a sunset viewpoint or a coastal establishment like Tashigrill. This time, I didn't rent a car and bought a 5-day Red Shuttle pass, which I used daily. It was convenient to take the northbound route from the GPO area, which passed Nikko and Tsubaki, and dropped me off right in front of Lotte. Similarly, taking the southbound route from the same stop to GPO or to Don Quijote (via Donki car) was also convenient. Honestly, it's a bit annoying if the hotel lobby entrance and the shuttle stop are far apart, especially when it's hot. But with the stop right in front and no uphill climbs or stairs, it was incredibly convenient and I didn't feel any inconvenience without a rental car. (Though, if you plan to visit the south, Emerald Valley, or waterfalls, you definitely need a rental car!) There were many Korean staff members at Lotte Hotel, and I received plenty of towels and water throughout my stay. It was a convenient and enjoyable family trip.

KRGuest UserThe staff were very friendly. I stayed one night in the Island Wing and four nights in the Tower Wing, and the Tower Wing was definitely cleaner. While it's hard to expect the same service quality or cleanliness as a Lotte Hotel in Korea, I felt that all the staff were doing their best. The location is in Tumon, which is touristy but with lots of shops available for shopping, eating and entertainment. A few minutes drive from the airport makes is super convenient for an overnight stay or longer.

The city view was fantastic; it was beautiful and offered a full view of downtown Guam. The breeze was strong, and the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. However, the TV seemed outdated and had limited channels. Although I only stayed for one night and didn't get to experience everything, I would definitely visit again.

I stayed at the hotel and found it to be quite satisfactory. The location is convenient, close to the airport and just 5 minutes from the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a decent bed. On the first floor, there is a restaurant and bar, along with several nearby dining options and a 24-hour shop. The hotel provides amenities such as soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and slippers, and daily housekeeping is included. There's also a car rental service nearby. Overall, it meets basic expectations for a pleasant stay.
