A little bemol on cleanliness. Some coffee tasks on head tables and especially surprise that employees pass a spoon on the tables at breakfast but don't pick up the socks. They go on ground 🤔

20 minutes walk from the city center, the hotel is by the lake, you can go swimming, there are two good restaurants in the hotel, and **, it is quiet in the middle of noisy, rent a boat to visit the Annaxi Lake.

The hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!

This is an excellent hotel at the high end of 4 star. Breakfast is the best I have had in Europe. Rooms are good. Beds super comfy and a variety of pillows to suit your taste. Resaurant is top end. It has an indoor or out door choice. To sit outside with breakfast in the morning looking at the lake is beautiful. The Pool is lovely with plenty of sun beds and a great place to chill. Parking is in an underground garage and very safe. So safe most days our room key wouldn’t open it. Reception needs to sort that. Otherwise excellent stay over 6 days

Happy to have chosen this hotel for a short stay in Annecy. Easy booking and communicating with the hotel from the beginning! The Good: - very friendly and approachable staffs. easy breezy check in/out - top central location near old town, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the lake! - great deco at the lobby, modern and filled with fun activities - parking garage right next to it - room with balcony and riverside view, also come with kettle. Nice air-conditioned. - reasonably priced Less Good: - extremely old parking garage - filthy dirty, small tight spaces, can be pricey for long hours parking - room and upper floors are very dated, old furnishing, quite basic. Not the same as the standard modern Ibis style - small, old and not-smart tv (not big issue but again it makes the room sad) Overall good for short stay but can be better for sure to suit the modern Ibis image!

Hotel was very well located between the station and the Old Town and the staff were always and pleasant helpful. It would have been useful if we could have had our room earlier than 15h00 in the afternoon

Excellent location, calm rooms, very aesthetically designed rooms with nice sunroof in both bathroom and above bed. Checkin and check out process was smooth. They have breakfast option inside the hotel, but we have not trued as we overslept both days:).. Highly recommended for couples/ 2 adults stay. They don’t have third cot provision and request only 2 adults per room.Me and my daughter stayed and we enjoyed every bit of it. Only thing i would suggest for hotel, please offer your that free coffee which you set up in the evenings from 1-9pm, in the mornings at-least for an hour. They provide coffee, tea and some biscuits for their guests every evening. Its a nice gesture. It could be extended in the morning too. For few those who skip breakfast, only coffee would be of great help.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with a quick bus ride into annecy during the day. We were greeted in a friendly way at the reception and were allowed to leave our bags before our check in so we could explore the town. They also showed us the bus routes to annecy (buses were free July and August). Overall the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We visited the pool on both afternoons and it was refreshingly cool and peaceful with plenty of loungers surrounding. There was a table tennis and football table to enjoy and a hotel bar which was quite small but chilled. Another good addition was the water taps throughout the hotel so you can fill up bottles for the day or just have something to drink. The breakfasts was varied with a range of sweet and savoury options (including a freshly made omlette), however sometimes food wasn't replenished quickly (especially after a coach party). Good location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

Hotel geographically very well located. it is 25 minutes walk from the lake and 30 minutes from the city center. It is located in a very quiet avenue. Possibility of parking motorcycles right in front of the terrace. (There is always someone watching, even at night.) All the staff are very welcoming and pleasant. the room was simple and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning in the room. very good for 3 nights.

The hotel is in the middle, a little away from the center, which is easily reachable in car in a few minutes. The availability of parking in the area is not always immediate, but at the end I always found a place. The first impression was not very favourable, as the hall was full of dry leaves, but the lady at the reception was very pleased to welcome us: extremely gentle, a good Italian speaking and, In the absence of hiss (a true big sin of the structure) assigning us a room to the third floor, he also offered to bring our baggage: what has never been seen in any hotel except those of great luxury with staff dedicated to this. The spacious, clean room with a large, light bathroom, with many support spaces and separate toilet, which allows optimal service management. Breakfast is good with a good quality/price ratio, while the room itself has a cost that is suitable to the fact that Annecy is a very tourist city with a great demand for accommodation.
