The receptionist was very friendly. I received a nice room.
Towel changes were limited to 10:00-11:00 and 16:00-17:00, and only possible in the spa. This was the worst organization I've ever seen in a hotel! For example, at the Barut Lara or Barut Anda, guests can change towels as often and whenever they want, not just in the spa, but everywhere—pool, beach, spa. Unfortunately, this negatively impacted my vacation :-(
The food and drinks were of good quality, and the desserts in the main restaurant were very, very good :-)
Negatives: No toothbrush, toothpaste, or shaving kit were provided in the standard rooms, just like in other bridal hotels :-(
The bathrobe was very worn.
The rooms were extremely noisy. The TV was very loud, making it impossible to sleep.
During mealtimes, there was a smell of food in the room.

I strongly suggest this property. It is not only a hotel to have rest but also a wonderful experience for many activities. The hotel staff is really kind and friendly. The food is perfect and really delicious. You will certainly find your taste, it has world wide kitchen dishes. One night Ala-carte restaurant is free and totally has value to try.
