First of all: to Yellowstone, West Yellowstone is really a good choice! It is only 2 kilometers from the ticket gate of Yellowstone Park, very close! Secondly: There are not many choices for fueling and dining in the town, but it is enough! The hotel is good, the service is in place, and the breakfast is good! Recommended hotel!

The hotel facilities are very good, there is a swimming pool, a large parking lot, and the rooms are good, but the location is on the edge of the town, you have to drive out at night when shopping, but the parking in downtown is casual.

Yellowstone Park in winter is even more beautiful and spectacular, and this hotel is very good. Our car got stuck in the snow, and the hotel management staff helped push the car out, and Snow Coach's vehicles can pick up guests here directly.

We had a nice experience at The Gray Wolf Inn and Suites. We booked a last minute trip, so options in the park were very limited. We were happy to be so close to the entrance since it was still a bit of a haul to the main loop. We had a 1 bedroom family suite and the kitchen was well stocked. We stayed here for half of the trip, so the free laundry came in handy! They had yard games, ice cream social, s’mores at night, and goodies you can check out (binoculars, walking sticks, etc). The one area of improvement I’d suggest is the breakfast. It would be nice if it was a little earlier and had more options. Overall a great stay.

The hotel has a good location, facing a big lake, quiet and picturesque. It is a pity that the boss is too lazy and not enthusiastic enough. Many things in the hotel are covered with dust. The hotel facilities and location are good, but the management service level needs to be improved.
