Beautiful, poorly managed hotel with a very good location directly opposite the exit from the Pope's Palace. The old rooms and facilities are worth seeing and very stylish, our room had a great view. Our room was one of the nicest we have stayed in in Europe. The service, however, leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the price of the night. We spent two nights here, had to look for employees several times each evening to be able to place our orders in the bar and then had to deal with unfriendly and unmotivated employees. Cocktails were good, food in the bar - again for the price and hotel category - miserable. The rooms and old sofas in the bar are worth a visit, however. The selection at breakfast is just adequate if you can get past the chic presentation of the buffet, and the quality is not remarkable either. The breakfast room, however, is again impressive and atmospheric. The hotel is overrun with tourists from outside the area for the daily afternoon tea, so if you're lucky you can get a table as a hotel guest, but then on both days there was only a limited selection of the cake menu, as everything was already sold out and not just at a late hour. And here too you can wait forever for unfriendly service! The rooms were very well maintained, and the chambermaids were friendly and helpful. We wouldn't recommend staying more than one night here, but it's good for a visit to the Pope's Palace. Make sure you ask for the route map before you arrive, it's very helpful and absolutely necessary for the narrow one-way streets in the old town! But it makes getting there easy.

The environment is good, the bathing place is too small and the water is small. The main place where there is little charging.

The hotel is very conveniently located on the main street. It was a little noisy at night during the theater festival, but it was basically quiet after 11 p.m. It's within walking distance of the main attractions. I was very satisfied with the hotel service, including handwritten cards and small gifts. The room was also very clean and exquisite. The breakfast was very rich, especially the variety of juices, and the quality of the breakfast was very high. I was very surprised by the hotel.

The location is fantastic, right next to the central train station. The city gate is directly opposite the station, making travel incredibly convenient. I debated whether to stay inside or outside the city walls, and now I feel staying outside was the smart choice. The hotel room is very spacious, easily accommodating a family of three. This time it was just my mother and I, so we had plenty of room. The only minor drawback was that the showerhead was a bit old and didn't have great water pressure, and the water temperature wasn't very stable.

We stayed at this hotel for a day visit to Avignon followed by an early morning TGV train to Paris. It’s excellently located for this. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming and spoke immaculate English. After our day in Avignon we chilled out by the pool with a cocktail then had a delicious meal in the hotel.

The location of this hotel is very good, walking distance to the main attractions of avignon, next to the church, there are many restaurants nearby downstairs, the overall accommodation is very good, the bedside scenery is very good, the only unhappy is the attitude of the middle-aged madame when leaving the store is very poor, Early in the morning affects people's mood

The hotel has a large parking lot for free parking. The hotel garden has a nice view. Friends who like to take pictures will be satisfied. The breakfast is good and delicious. The front desk staff is also warm and courteous. However, when I checked in and entered the room, I found that the quilt cover and pillowcases had not been changed that day. I gave them directly. I used it and saw the stains on it, which was disgusting... The location of the hotel was difficult to find. The GPS guided us to a path in the reed marsh. There were several big rocks blocking the road at the end of the path...

The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is acceptable. The hotel is located on the edge of Avignon's Old Town; you can walk across one street and be right in the heart of it. There are many restaurants concentrated within the Old Town. To the west of the hotel, there's an underground parking garage. From the hotel's entrance in the parking lot (-1 level), you can use your room key card and ring the bell to access the hotel lobby. The first time, if you're not familiar with the way, you can go up to ground level via a small side door to enter the hotel. Several attractions around Avignon are within a reasonable distance, making it quite suitable for self-driving tours.

Everything was perfect until...they gave us a double room on the fourth floor knowing that the elevator only goes to the third floor. I didn't consent because we were loaded with suitcases, so they changed us to a double room on the first floor. He who wants to does more than he who can... anyway! One of the windiest nights and a window pane that wasn't glued correctly made an unbearable noise throughout the night so it was a night without being able to sleep a wink. I mentioned it the next morning at reception. They did not have even a gesture of compensation regarding the free breakfast plan.

The room is very large and comfortable, the decoration is beautiful, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the hotel is on the commercial street, it is convenient to travel, and I will book this next time.
