Out of a perfect six, I'd definitely give it a six.
1. The guy at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, but he's in my picture! He made us feel right at home. Although the Park Hyatt Milan we stayed at was also very good a few days ago, the service at this hotel felt even more like home.
2. The room was incredibly new and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The complimentary fruit and turndown service were excellent. They even refilled our bottle of water when they saw we finished it!
3. The restaurant in the hotel lobby is absolutely delicious! The chef is the same as at the Michelin-starred restaurant. If you're looking for great taste and value, the lobby is the place to be.
4. If I ever return to Florence, I'll definitely stay a few more nights at this hotel!

The room is super clean. Although it is a historic hotel, it is well maintained. Guests can enjoy two hours of hot springs every day, but the water temperature is not high, about 33 degrees, not the kind of hot springs. The breakfast is delicious. There is also a Michelin 2-star restaurant in the hotel, which can be reserved when booking. You can walk to the left and right attractions within ten minutes, highly recommended!

Next to the old bridge in Florence, 403 river view suite, the living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Arno River, the location is good and the scenery is good, but the heating is not too hot. On the third day, we were upgraded to the larger family river view suite 405 next door, with a dining room for six people and two bathrooms, which is even better👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is also very rich. recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location, just a one-minute walk from the old bridge and by the river. The hotel room windows face the river view. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also great.

Overall it's average, not cost-effective. There is no indoor swimming pool, the location is a bit far from the city center, there is a shuttle bus, one way takes 15-20 minutes.

I booked a river view suite, and there is a balcony in the picture. The room I stayed in did not have a balcony. The front desk said that they need to call in advance to confirm that there are not many rooms with balconies. It is recommended that Ctrip make it clear on the page.
The location of the hotel is good, the bathroom and supplies in the room are only four-star level, and the lobby is a bit special. Few choices for breakfast, four-star quality

Although it is one of the best hotels in Florence, the hardware is far worse than the domestic five-star hotel. . . It has a long history, rich cultural background, and meticulous service (free red wine and nuts in the room). But the five-figure price feels like paying IQ tax🤣

The room is arranged on the first floor of the street. The hotel manor is very large. The restaurant and the pick-up staff are very warm. The wine in the winery personally feels very general. Many people have to book dinner in advance.

The location of the hotel is great. The window of the room I stayed in was on the Arno River, and the old bridge was perfect for taking pictures. The front desk service is very good. The capsule coffee machine is clean and filled with water for the convenience of hotel guests. The breakfast is also good.

I have stay in this hotel for 3 times , first 2 times they upgrade me to a junior suet but this time they haven't do this. their breakfast is very good, their services is better, they are always helpful. Hope to come back again and they can do better than this time. I will recommend more friends to live here, the room is very comfortable and special. The nice guys is good services and doing very well on everything. Everyday have a different type of food on their breakfast. The services guys always smell with the peoples.

Pros: While we checking in there was someone carrying luggage for us to our room, there was a bottle of wine and two small bottle of water as complimentary for the first night.
Location is near to S.M. Novella Station and bus station so it's a perfect.
Breakfast was a 4 star standard and the taste more or less the same throughout my trips in 3 different hotels so no complain.
Cons: the shower pressure was really small and the heater inside the room was not working, after the first night experience we asked the front desk the next morning if they could check for us but ended up the shower pressure was really small, if there is a measurement lowest from 1 to highest 5, the pressure was definitely 1. So we aren't sure if they did send someone to check or not but one thing for sure they never update us after that and the heater switch remains the same as before I complained. It was really cold.
One evening around 7pm - 8pm as the hotel is actually located kinda like an alley and bit darker so a guy was suspiciously following us at our back and we have to almost run back to our hotel and while we ran he speed up as well so it's really scary better not to be alone walk back hotel.
Overall, location and breakfast are good. Service could be improved imo.FromNZD 172

Can’t beat the location. In the heart of the city, very short walk to most attractions and great restaurants around. We needed an emergency dental assistance during Easter holiday and the concierge went above and beyond to help us getting help. Very good experience. The hotel is a one-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel facilities are also very new. After checking in on the first day, I received an email asking me to give feedback on the first night's stay and whether the mattress was soft enough. I said it could be shorter, and they added a layer of cushion for me that night. Very thoughtful. When I checked in, the front desk also took out a map to tell me what attractions were nearby. This is a 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect.
1. It's directly across from the Firenze S.M. train station, literally just a crosswalk away, which is incredibly convenient.
2. You can walk to the Duomo in just 12 minutes, and the route is lined with shops where you can buy and eat things.
Be aware that because it's near the train station square, there are quite a few homeless people around.
Service: The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable.
Facilities: The bathroom was very clean, and all the amenities were complete and worked well.
Great value for money: We were very pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a balcony with a view (as pictured). The balcony was also quite large, with a coffee table and two rattan chairs.
This hotel made our stay in Florence even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Wonderful stay at B&B Hotel Firenze Laurus al Duomo and would stay here again. We walked from Firenze Santa Maria Novella with a large check in and hand luggage each with no major issues, mostly flat path except a small section of the walk had uneven path but the 500m distance from the station is definitely manageable.
First impressions and experience arriving at the hotel were excellent. Cute artsy decor with a lounge area in the lobby and first floor. Reception ladies were so friendly and welcoming and were ready to help us with the door and luggage as soon as they saw us arrive. Hotel is clean with a comfortable bed, great air conditioning system and provides a reasonable amount of amenities for our stay including a mini fridge and heated towel rack as an added bonus. Would have preferred a rain shower in our bathroom but by all means not an issue as the water pressure was still very strong and liked there were doors for the shower so water does not leak onto the floor.
Location is fantastic! A block away from the Duomo and you can even see if from your room if you have booked a room with a view, otherwise at breakfast you can see it on the outside terrace. Also, central to a department store, designer stores, local supermarket and abundance of food options nearby. The location also feels safe to be walking around after dinner.FromNZD 290

We booked two double rooms and were given a large suite. The room was beautiful, well-equipped, and the shower was very comfortable. There were also gifts: a T-shirt for each person. The mini-fridge was free, as long as there was water. The best part was the location: the Uffizi Gallery is right next door, and the Ponte Vecchio and the Fiore are both within a ten-minute walk. The only problem was that check-in had to be at 2:00 AM, which made our 2:30 PM visit to the Uffizi Gallery very stressful.FromNZD 301
