Hotel was clean. Room and beds were clean and comfy. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. We arrived after 10pm. The hotel lobby still had fresh cookies out, which my boys loved. As Diamond members, we were upgraded to a King suite, which was spacious and perfect. Ron, who checked us in, was especially kind, efficient, and helpful. Upon entering our room, we were delighted that our room was already cool. We slept well. No noise issues. Shower water, shampoo, and conditioner were excellent. Great breakfast buffet; the omelets, potatoes, sausage, and waffles were delicious. The exercise area was good and it included up to 50 lb. barbells. We would stay here again!

I was only at the hotel for one night. Nice pool/hot tub on the ground floor; clean room and very comfortable beds; good shower. We missed the breakfast cutoff by about 5 minutes, but the staff made sure we were accommodated; they also facilitated a few other requests having to do with luggage and logistics -- I don't drive and needed Lyft services and they offered advice; the manager gave us fresh-baked cookies while we waited for our last Lyft to the bus station. My son and I were visiting for rather somber reasons, and I was a bit stressed; it was great to have such helpful staff to manage our stay. Really lovely people.
