Really nice experience, receptionist amazing told us everything we needed to know. Changing rooms, pool and spa area not the biggest, but nice and relaxing and overall a lovely experience. We didn’t have any treatments only the jacuzzi and afternoon tea. The afternoon tea was amazing, I’m gluten free it was definitely the best I’ve had anywhere. As soon as we arrived for afternoon tea VIctor looked after us, made our experience wonderful, Thankyou to the staff for giving me and my mum the best day.

Stayed for 1 night with a friend. Everyone we spoke to were lovely and the room was nice enough (very modern bathroom but quite dated/tired bedroom). Great location. From 9:30am there was a constant loud noise coming from the elevators or drains. Meant we couldn’t sleep past then. After research we chose this hotel for the spa, thinking we could have a relaxing 2nd day before heading home. We were told we’d have to book a slot into the spa as they were so busy and the earliest slot was 12:00, with checkout being at 11:00. Given the hotel breakfast buffet we booked in for 10:30. Breakfast was rubbish. We paid £20 each for dry bread, hash browns, a few leftover bacon rashers and crusty baked beans. There seemed to be an egg station but no one there between 10:30-11:00. I appreciate we came at the end of breakfast, but we still paid the same £20 so expected a lot more. Only as we were walking into the spa were we told it was an additional £25. Changing rooms were TINY, space probably for 3-5women but there was over 10 of us when we went in/out. Very awkward and not relaxing. Given we were made to book, this overcrowding should have been considered. None of the locks on the lockers worked. 1/3 toilets was blocked. Facilities were decent enough and fairly clean, wouldn’t have minded if it was included in our £90 room. I’m due back in Liverpool soon but will be trying somewhere else.
