Superb hotel This was a special trip to celebrate a big birthday. The hotel is wonderful. We had a suite which was spacious and comfortable with a balcony looking on to the mountains. The service in the bar and restaurant was first class. We were half board and there is a set meal for half board guests. However, unlike other hotels we could swap courses from the a la carte menu. I actually only did this once as the half board menu was so good. The spa is beautiful with a lovely pool big enough for children to splash and adults to swim. There is an efficient shuttle service to the ski slopes which we used in the mornings. You can return on the shuttle but we decided to walk as it is only 5 minutes away. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. Saas Fee is a beautiful village, traffic free apart from the electric hotel shuttles and occasional taxis. 3 things I would change. 1.The hotel is too hot overnight and there is no way to turn all of the radiators off. We cooled down by opening the balcony door which is not very environmentally friendly. We did ask staff to help us turn radiators off but this didn’t seem to be possible. 2. The evening turn down service was set between 6 and 7- right at the time when we were getting ready to go to dinner. We did say to the housekeeper that we went to dinner at 7 but she wasn’t able to change the time. 3. There is a luxury bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. However we never did discover how to turn it on. There is a separate toilet cubicle but the main part of the bathroom has a completely clear glass wall into the bedroom meaning no privacy when using the bathroom. Can we be the only guests who like privacy when using a bathroom?

Stayed for five nights with family over new year. The hotel deserves all the plaudits from other reviews. The hotel is well placed in the centre of the village only a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts but also a five minute shuttle ride which run regularly too. The Inter sport ski shop is adjacent and accessible directly The rooms are very attractively set out and a small Christmas tree in each room was unexpected. the spa is lovely with a big pool and more saunas and steam rooms than I can imagine you might need to use. The service throughout the hotel is friendly and caring and efficient. It is a strong team. The food across the various restaurants is excellent.. the nightly tasting menu is sometimes a bit unexpected for the odd course.. I have never eaten so much celeriac.. but there is always the option to swap dishes in and out. Saas itself is not the largest ski area, not very sunny at this time of year, but the flip side is that the glacier and north facing slopes have good snow conditions. The lift system itself is also heavy on t bars and cable cars.. less good for those who like a sit down between runs. So not fully in love with the saas ski offer to be honest, but very in love with the hotel, which is brilliant.

Welcoming and comfortable hotel, luxurious but not stuffy. Our Superior Double Room was comfortable, warm and nicely furnished, balcony had a gorgeous view of Saas-Fee and the mountains. Breakfast buffet was included and had lots of delicious choices. We used the sauna twice and it was terrific (have to reserve in advance during Covid). We also chose to eat dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed good meals with great service on both nights. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Nice touches like cake in the lobby and a little gift at checkout made our stay memorable.SOLD OUT

I recently stayed at the Europa hotel in Saas-Fee ski resort and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself has stunning views of the town and ski slopes. Its sleek and modern design, and the attention to detail was second to none. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The real highlight of my stay, however, was the incredible skiing on offer. The skiing itself was exhilarating, with lots of fresh snow and the breathtaking scenery just added to the whole experience. After a long day on the slopes, I was able to relax and unwind at the hotel's spa. The facilities were top-notch. Lastly, the food at the hotel's restaurant was truly delicious I have been coming to Saas-Fee for many years and always stay at the Europa Hotel. I look forward to the next time SOLD OUT
