"Surf and sand, or shops and cafes? It's all on offer with Premier Inn Hotel Hayle. Just off the glorious sandy beaches of west Cornwall, we're also a great stopping-over point for travelling to the Isles of Scilly. And if you're here to work, we're close to key destinations like Pool Innovation Centre, too. Grab a bucket and spade (or a surfboard) and head for the beaches. Live on the edge at Land's End. Wander the winding streets and quirky galleries of St Ives. After a busy day exploring, plot a course for our tasty restaurant and a great night's sleep in our new, modern rooms with extra- comfy kingsize Hypnos beds."

"We was told about this pub doing a Sunday Carvery earlier in the year, as we have been coming down to Hayle for the past 9 years. We found out they did a buffet breakfast on Friday and Saturdays until midday and carvery on Sunday and also on a Wednesday evening. I rang midweek to book our table and went in on Saturday morning for breakfast as some places can be a bit funny about people like my son with special needs. We were soon welcomed nit only by the staff but also the locals. The breakfast was very good. On the Sunday we was greeted by Dee. I have spotted in another post where someone is moaning that the car park isnt free, if they had taken the time to ask the staff they would have found that it is, as they take the charge off your bill if you take part of your ticket in to the bar when ordering. Anyway Sunday carvery was excellent with plenty of choice. We havw rebooked for this Sunday but to our surprise, it was our wedding anniversary on 27th September and one of my local football clubs have paid for the 3 of us to have our Carverys this sunday on 2nd October"
"We were about to drive home and were feeling very hungry ! We had heard that they did a lovely carvery . We took a chance and was greeted by a lovely lady who managed to squeeze us in. Although it was on stools it was fine. I would recommend trying to keep a few tables for walk ins though as it wasn't that comfortable eating a roast dinner on stools when a lot of guests at tables were only drinking. However, to ensure a table you really need to make a booking. The carvery itself wasn't the best the roast parsnips were cold, gravy was tasteless, and the cauli cheese was so hard ! The flat white coffee is also served in a half size mug (very small compared to other cafes/pubs) The pub advertises parking at the rear however that is a 'pay and display' so not free to customers eating/drinking in the pub. Overall it was a good hearty filling roast dinner and we enjoyed it. The Cornish Arms and The copper House also do Sunday lunch so we will try them next time."
"We went into the pub for the first time last August and the staff were lovely and squeezed us in for a carvery and it was so nice! We returned again last week and booked in for a carvery hoping the last one wasn’t a one off….. It wasn’t!!! Again it was delicious! Beautiful meat, the Yorkshire pudding is amazing and the veg is cooked to perfection! Genuinely the best carvery we have had. We WILL be back on our next visit to Hayle"
