I had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss-Bel Boutique Hotel for just one night, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and genuine hospitality of staff.
The room was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the elegant bathroom amenities, reflected a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and recharge after a long day.
The location is excellent centrally situated yet pleasantly quiet offering easy access to many of Kuwait City’s key attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, beaches and business hubs. It’s ideal whether you’re visiting for business or leisure.
Although my stay was short, the Swiss-Bel Boutique Hotel left a lasting impression. It combines 5 star service with the warmth of a boutique atmosphere a rare and wonderful combination. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait City, and I’m looking forward to returning for my next visit to Kuwait in the near future.

On the date of arrival, the hotel staff Faizan was very helpful to arrange for my airport transfer even though was not pre-arranged.
On Wed, the day before checkout, I settled all my outstanding & requested for an invoice but was initially denied citing the reason that I have paid thru Trip.Com. The staff in charge is don’t seem to understand that Trip.Com is just an agent & sole responsibility of issuing invoice liaise with the hotel.
After several discussion, they finally agreed but issued an inaccurate invoice where 4 days stay was itemized instead of 5 days. When I was about to leave the hotel on Thurs, Faizan was on duty & I requested him to make the amendments (to the invoice) for me. He promised to email me the revised invoice but I have not received till now.
So a good impression turned into an unpleasant one on the last day..

Initial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.Very Good113 Reviews

The hotel lobby and amenities are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of towels at the swimming pool and the jacuzzi is big enough for a number of people soaking in it together. Two big containers of water are ready for you in the lobby. The room is dated; the screen door requires some work. Water comes out from both the shower head and faucet when taking showers. Overall, we had a good time.FromTWD 7,667

Facilities rated a 2/5 as there was essentially no WiFi signal in our room (#133, near the spa pool). Verizon signal in room was a black hole for some reason. Outside of room and other locations around PS was fine. Room showed age, carpet pulling back from spike strip transition to kitchen tile left exposed spikes that could puncture feet. A/C in room loud. TV very dated, no smart option with apps to use my streaming accounts. Cable meh.
Staff was super friendly and tried to be responsive to no WiFi, but nothing apparently they could do.

We booked the Hilton PS last minute, as our first accommodation did not live up to its standards. The Hilton came through for us in all ways. If you’re looking for a clean hotel with a wonderful pool and vibe, this is your spot. It’s very close to downtown PS. They allowed us to sign up for their reward program, which led to one free night of parking. Be sure to include the parking fee in your budget if you stay here. We loved our stay here.FromTWD 7,336

The location is fantastic. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance and walking is easy since the city of Palm Springs is basically flat! I parked in the hotel lot and walked everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but I knew this when I booked so no problem. They do have a small cantina type room where you can buy snacks, some sandwiches, drinks, coffee, etc and ice machines everywhere. The service was very good, all employees where helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and good sized with a large bathroom. The room location was also good, on the ground floor near the pool with a view of a parklike courtyard. The pool was large and crowded (I arrived on Saturday afternoon) and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I took a dip the next morning right after maintenance finished cleaning the pool and was the only one there, it was great! I will definitely stay again at the Palm Mountain Resort. FromTWD 3,184
