Location was great as it was easily accessible to various F&B location. Front desk staff was friendly and responsive.

This apartment hotel was lovely from the first moment we walked in greeted with amazing service from all of the employees. Easy check-in process and it was wonderful that it was connected to the mall. I would definitely recommend especially for great service.

The staff were kind and helpful and huge thank you to the breakfast chef who helped me make these lovely vegan zaatar local savory pancakes every morning!!

His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait.
