Booked this for a short stay from Trip.com. This is an apartment with a good view, short distance away from Mid valley megamall, one of the largest mall in JB. After the trip is confirmed, send a tinkle to the email stated in the confirmation best is 3 days before checking in. The customer service will send a watsapp number to communicate and arrange for the procedure. They are very responsive and tend to your every needs.
There is a coffeeshop right next to the building and they opens very early for a good meal. The mid valley mall is just a 10 minutes walk away(you walk through the open space carpark) where 50% is sheltered. Should toy be walking from mid valley, keep to the right side of the cluster buildings where you see it. the entrance is on the right side of the cluster. There is no counter service. You need to check in with an identity card at the security counter on your first visit. Then follow the instruction in the email to collect your room key.
This building has some playground, slides, a Gym, an edgeless pool overlooking a forest. Particularly it is family oriented. The walking track on level 7 is very long. which is good for a morning joggers it has a viewing deck where it overlook to the sunrise in the morning, some hammocks for a lay down at night, a prayer room at the far edge with cleansing facilities. You must take a walk around to see the full facilities. If you drive, there is parking lots, some lots has Ev charger. Not sure if they are for your use so do enquire with the customer service.
Apartment wise, we are allocated a unit with a full function kitchen with microwave, fridge, induction cooker with pots and washing machine. There is only tower provided. no toothbrush. Soap is available for washing dishes and hands. I recommend you bring your own body soap and facial cleanser. The bedroom has a stunning view overlooking the Mid valley mall. As it is Hari Raya season, we get to see some small fireworks during our stay from the windows.
Do keep the room as good as you first enter as a good stayers.Cheers.
