Stay for 2 nights here. Room was okay, the AC was good enough to spend the whole nights. The front office staff @ Misha was kind and cheerful. One can find a Mamak shop nearby and prices are affordable. It's a good place to stay here and I will not hesitate to come again if I have a chance to visit Labuan.

At The Heart Of Labuan, Near Terminal Ferry and Chocolate Area.. many Food to find.. only Labuan Sleep at 8 And Above.. hahaha.. The Room is Big and Nice.. clean.. everything is good.. only no lift.. stair only.. Staff is great and helpful.. Overall.. great place to stay for solo traveler..

Good place to stay over for short period. Staff unfortunately not very helpful plus she could not speak any English. Rooms were good and surrounding with restaurants and bars as well as massage places etc.. when I went there the map pin pointe at completely wrong location and I had to ask a local when arriving to take me back to town :D. But seems that had been corrected by now .

This hotel is the best hotel for business travelers in Labuan. The location is prefect as it is across from the financial park. The room was large and well furnished. The housekeeping service was great. 24 hr room service was a nice perk as well.

The hotel is good, far from Labuan, but you can easily pick up the taxi Maxim or Grab (15-20 MYR). The room was large and clean, with a partial sea view. The beach was not very clean and we were attacked by sandflies. I highly recommend using repellents. Since there are no restaurants near the hotel, guests have lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant only. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but there was no variety of tasty food, there were no omelettes and fried eggs. The pastries were delicious.

The surrounding environment is beautiful and pleasant, the service staff is friendly and friendly, and it belongs to the third hotel of a company. There is a Delta pizza and a food street opposite the door. The laundry room is about two minutes across the street. It is a bit noisy at night. This is the second time I came here to stay, and I was given the same room. I was disappointed that the bathroom door in the room was broken and still not changed. If you push hard, the whole door will fall off🤦♀️ and the water hose next to the toilet wall fell off last time Yes, I still haven’t changed it this time, I’m a little disappointed, but the location of the hotel is very good, there are many gourmet restaurants nearby, and there are also many snack bars, so eating won’t make you a headache😊
