This place is just amazing. Our room was on the first floor and just outside on the balcony there was an amazing view of the ocean and we got to watch boats head out for their day of fishing. The views are just stunning and beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pricing was better than other places in town without all the stunningness. This place is a must stay and we will be back for more fishing this summer and will stay here every time.

We are scheduled to be there at the Resort June 22 to June 25. I am writing the review as I had a wonderful booking experience. I wish I had the name of the lady who helped me on the phone. I was looking for the best room as we are two adults and a teenager. The lady was extremely friendly and not rushed. Helped me get a wonderful suite. Loved speaking to her. Thank you so much. If the booking experience is so awesome, I am eagerly awaiting being there.

Our family of five (two adults, three teens) stayed here for two nights. Everyone we interacted with was so nice. The complimentary breakfast was excellent (kids gave the waffles a solid 10/10!). Walking distance to the beach area and Fat Olives (excellent place for pizza). Would definitely stay her again!

The property was clean. Above average in cleanliness for Alaska. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a nice feature and tasty for all in our group. Perfect location for Homer even if not actually on the Spit.

The room is large, clean and hygienic, with a one-bedroom and one-living room structure with a large bed in the bedroom and two small beds in the hall. There is free parking. No breakfast, large refrigerator and microwave. Good location, convenient to travel in Downtown. The landlord is very nice and the hot water is very hot and flushing. Although in early August, the lowest temperature was only about 10 degrees, and the landlord began to provide heating at 5:20 in the morning.

We were in Homer in March to celebrate a wedding and needed a place that welcomed dogs. This place was very clean and the staff was very kind. I highly recommend this place for the convenience of being in town and easy access to great restaurants and bars. Also dog friendly is hard to beat.
