Good location, right on the side of the square! No breakfast, no kitchen, no toiletries, no slippers, no parking, it took a long time to find the hotel by car! The nearest paid parking lot is 10 minutes walk and 10 euros a night! The facilities are more general, the water heater can only be rushed by two people, and the third person has to wait for a long time! very inconvenient! Ctrip's service is too bad, communication is not timely, and understanding ability is seriously problematic! Never go abroad to book a hotel on Ctrip!

The location is in the center, the supermarket is convenient, and the bar and food street is downstairs. It's just too noisy, and there are people singing and making noise in the middle of the night. You have to park downstairs in a nearby big supermarket. There is a discount of 8 Euro per night for a day ticket.

Our room type is a bit like 㓥 room  I don't know why there is a locker in the bathroom. The design is a bit like the staff has a finished room Older facilities, fewer breakfast options Although there is a parking lot, it is very narrow.

Great mini-studio apartment in the city center. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Communication was easy and the hotel manager was helpful. They recommended Uber from the airport but you can very easily get here using public transport. Close to the tram lines-- you can hear them from inside the apartment, it didn't bother me

The hotel has very good access to the city center. But next to the trampoline, every time the trampoline passes, the building often shakes. The parking lot is available for public parking, but there is a little distance. The biggest flaw is that there is no elevator. You have to carry a heavy travel bag and go up. The cleanliness inside the hotel is very good. There's no kettle for boiling water, so you can't drink coffee or tea.

Located in the city center, it's very convenient for sightseeing. There's a paid parking lot nearby; it costs €13 per day. The only downside is the noise from the trams, which is particularly loud in the room due to the convenient location.

Arrived in the middle of the night due to the convenience of the plane. I went without knowing that check-in was until 22:00, and I was inconvenient, but I managed to guide me to the room and I was able to spend a comfortable time. Thank you. There was no sign (just not found?) The entrance was so dark that it took me a while to reach it. If you go early, there may be no problem at all. Since it was Saturday night, there were clubs nearby in the center of Zagreb, and the trams were moving late and it was in a city where I couldn't sleep, so it might be perfect for checking in early and playing outside. no!

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes a long time to reach the scenic spots. The entrance is also a parking place. *************Excellent studio apartment...BUT the issue is the noise ******** Throughout the night from traffic and rubbish trucks. It was sadly relentless and despite having double windows the glass is not double glazing. Due to the noise I would not stay here again sadly. The apartment and service was flawless but even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep.

We checked in around midnight and had to check out by 10:00 AM, which felt very exhausting after a long journey. At the next hotel we stayed at, check-out was at 12:00 PM, and those extra two hours made a huge difference in allowing us to rest properly. I also found it a bit annoying that the owner messaging me to make sure I checked out exactly on time. Since I arrived so late, I barely had any time to enjoy or even properly experience the room. I essentially just slept for a few hours, woke up, and left.

Fantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.

That said, the rest of the interior is showing its age. The furniture and furnishings are visibly worn and could use replacing. It doesn't ruin the stay, but it is noticeable and brings the overall experience down a notch. Overall a solid choice if location and sleep quality are your priorities — just be aware that the room itself has seen better days.

Our first stop in Croatia was Zagreb, and this hotel was perfectly located. It's right across from Ban Jelačić Square, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The hotel entrance is on a pedestrian street, so you do have to pull your luggage for about three minutes, but it's totally worth it. I absolutely loved taking photos of the trams in the morning before heading to breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, it was really rich and satisfying, with exceptionally fragrant coffee. Enjoying that while watching people go by outside was such a pleasant start to the day!

I was very satisfied with the room; I always tend to trust branded hotels. There's a fairly large supermarket nearby, which was convenient for shopping. It's also very close to the bus terminal, so I didn't have to drag my luggage far to catch a ride. When checking out, there was a heavy wind and rain, but the hotel staff kindly and quickly helped me get a taxi.

The room was bright and airy with simple, practical furnishings. The bathroom was also quite spacious. It had a large balcony, but the door was locked. Given that a main road runs just below, there's probably a good reason for that. Breakfast and dinner were included. Dinner was mediocre, not much variety, and drinks had to be ordered separately. However, there was one soup, a rich cauliflower soup, which was a local specialty. Breakfast was excellent and very plentiful.

The facilities are pretty good. It's very close to the city center. I didn't choose a room facing the street, so it was relatively quiet. There's filtered water, coffee, tea bags, and a kettle. It's a bit awkward that once you exit through the fire escape, you can only re-enter from the ground floor. There are eateries right downstairs from the hotel, and a shopping mall. The bed is quite wide, 1.3 meters. Worth recommending.

The location is convenient, the hotel attitude is also good, maybe because the off-season also helped me upgrade the room, but one accident happened. I went out on the first day and the owner didn't help sort out the room. The next day I stayed at the hotel until noon, when the toilet was suddenly opened the door, but fortunately I stopped in time, he could not come in. Then the owner said that he came to clean the room and knocked on the door, but how can I hear it in the toilet? And the toilet has no door lock, and suddenly it is really scary to be opened! After I reflected, I may feel that I don't need to clean up the room, and I didn't clean the room after that. At the end of the day, my trash can was full and the paper towels were gone. A little troublesome. Finally stayed for 4 nights and didn't clean the room. I suggest they put our house sign at the door to tell them if we need room cleaning service so we don't have to have another accident.

We had a great stay at Hotel Sliško! 😊 It’s a good-value hotel, and booking with breakfast included was definitely worth it. The room and bathroom, including the shower, are quite basic, but everything was fine for a short stay and the price. We really enjoyed the lovely atmosphere in the bar, and the pizza was absolutely amazing! 🍕 The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient too — not too far from the city centre and with easy access to the airport. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it if you’re looking for a good-value option in Zagreb. 👍
