Ilica Luxury Center

Worst place I ever stayed with unfriendly staff, hours to wait before staff showed up and locked us in, noisy place from traffic outside and dirty room. Only positive is central location but no luxury at all. No cleaning and no change of towels even though we stayed 5 days. I normally only write positive reviews but I think this was such a bad experience that I have to write this review and hopefully preventing others from making the same mistake as I did.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, luxurious. It can be compared to what you get at a Hilton hotel. The waterfall shower was a bonus. It is 3 minutes from the main square and is on the main street in Zagreb. It is close to all the main attractions, bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and good with communication. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it. Their description how to get to the location was detailed.

Nothing beats the location in the center of Ilaca shopping street and close to the main square. For parking you will need to go to the Tuškanac Garage, about 550 meters away. If you stay longer make sure you get a day ticket, otherwise you pay (a lot more) by the hour. The entrance is a little bit hidden in a passage next to the Tezenis shop. The room is very modern and new. Ours had a window looking out on a blind wall half a meter away, but who cares about view on a city trip. The room has a big bed, side tables and a table with a fridge. Reception was very friendly and easy. There was a collection of tea bags, mostly the unusual kind, and a water cooker. Wifi works ššwell enough. The place is very quiet. For the price you will have a great stay in Zagreb.
