No proper maintenance. Hot water provided by means of portable heater which we have to use with the help of a stick and bucket. Cockroaches from bathrooms are coming out. Not too far away from the araku valley but one should have a vehicle to go from araku valley busstand or railway station as the property is at a place where it is not walkable and nights there won't be any street lights so should be very careful hence a vehicle is required definitely

A solid choice for a beachside birthday trip. The location is the real highlight—steps from the sand with fantastic ocean views. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, and all the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful. While our room was basic and didn't have a balcony, it was clean and comfortable for our stay. Great value for the prime location.

I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while). Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.
