Very Bad Internet Connection:
No internet in the rooms, you can go to the specific corner of the lounge to get the wifi connection.
Spacious place.
House keeping service is very good.
Bus to Haram 24hours except Fridays ( last bus will be 8:30 am and then again starts from 1:30 pm )

All along my stay there, there was no room service: my room has not been cleaned. Not sure why. But after 3 days, I needed new towels and toilet paper. So I went to the reception and asked if there is any room service. They said that if I want my room to be cleaned, I need to be there with the cleaner in the room (a bit strange to me).
The fridge was not working and there was a bad smell in it.
My room is 706, on the 7th floor, the wifi was weak most of the time. And there was noise from the other guests (not the hotel mistake but just mentioning it).
When I take a shower, it was a bit hard to clean the water to the sewage because of the form of the shower.
Other than that, the hotel is located in a good place and close to everything.
And it was clean too.
It was decent for a two-star hotel.

The hotel was good and so close to the haramain. From the airport to the train station took me an hour, and from the train station to the hotel took be less than 15 minutes and from the hotel to the masjid al haram is just 5 to 7 minutes by taxi with just 5SAR. Walking to masjid al haram is just less than 25 minutes.

The room is ok, clean, comfortable bed, complete equipment in the room, kettle, tea and coffee, importantly, not far from the Harom Mosque. Can walk by yourself No need to ride about 10-15 minutes.
But the disadvantage is The receptionist is not very good, booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, but when arriving at the hotel, I got only 2 rooms, the other room told me to enter in the morning. But it's time to return the room yet So doing a refill with the app The authorities take good care of the matter. Return the card Without having to fight with the staff Hotel

I booked a triple room, there was 4 beds in a very small room , I could barely walk between beds,the location is 15 minutes far away from Al Masjid Al Haram by walk.
The view was terrible( literally a space ful of garbage
The rate was good and the receptionists were quite helpful.
It was average in general.

It was a great experience as it’s my first time staying here in this hotel, at first i got lost and confused with the lifts, but then it was easy access once you know where to go which floor you should use. It’s not a straightforward one, but it’s easy. Hamdoulillah for everything. Nothing to complain, food was so great especially for breakfast. The location of the hotel is fabulous
There are three routes to the masjid ul haram. One is exiting the lobby and turning left, walking up marriott and then turning right (you will see the haram to see what I mean) - then walk down the slight hill. The second is exiting the lobby, and walking left across the street, straight through hilton convention. The third is exiting the lobby, turning left and walking up the stairs that are next to Makkah Gate sign. You then turn left and head to haram down the escalators that everyone posts about online!
It is hilly using route one or three, but not really an issue for walking or pram users.
This is aside from two other ways to reach the haram: the marriott shuttle bus which drops you near conrad, near the I love Makkah area. Or, the golf buggy which takes you the same route as Walking Route One I mentioned above. Id recommend getting the buggy as its less crowded. The golf buggy comes to the same drop off spot to take you back. Shuttles buggys are really constant and timely, jus wait around. The marriott is opposite the Address hotels back entrance.
There are wonderful coffee shops if you climb the stairs as mentioned in my Walking Route 3 I mentioned above. Great area to take children to play and run around.
The mosque is part of the haram so every room has a live speaker during prayer time with mic volume to adjust. You can joim salaah from your room or go to the prayer room on floor 3.
Reception gave us a cheaper breakfast or dinner price than online voucher places.
Breakfast is average but convenient.
There is a cafe on ground floor that serves nice hot or cold food anytime in the day. A baskin Robbins freezer is also there.

We have been staying at this hotel as a family for three years now, and honestly, we would never consider anywhere else. It truly is one of a kind. The staff are exceptional and consistently go above and beyond to make each stay feel special. A heartfelt thank you to the manager (I regret not taking your name) who showed us such kindness in the early hours of 18 August 2025; your thoughtfulness meant the world to us and is something I will never forget.
The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the Masjid al-Haram, with the Clock Tower and mall right at your doorstep. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Hilton Suites Makkah (Jabal Omar). Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality cleaning service every day. The view from the window is also very beautiful.
Breakfast is very rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth.
This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

My stay at Swissôtel Makkah was excellent in every aspect.
The hotel’s exceptional proximity to Al-Masjid Al-Haram is a major advantage, making it extremely convenient for prayers and Umrah without any transportation hassle.
One of the standout features is that the hotel offers two entrances: the main entrance and an additional side entrance, which allows for smooth and quick access in and out of the hotel. This is a very practical feature, especially during peak times.

Our stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah with Kaaba view was wonderful overall. The direct view of the Kaaba from the window made this accommodation very special and added so much to our visit. It’s truly a location you won’t forget. The hotel staff were friendly and eager to assist with any requests, and the walk to Masjid al-Haram took just a couple of minutes — super convenient for all prayer times. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though I think some areas could benefit from updated furnishings. Our second time here and it has always been a great experience with the hotel rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

Receptionists are very different attitudes and professionalism wise. Very nice helpful gentleman at the start, to a very nervous angry lady on check out. Same apply to food quality; 10/10 breakfast vs 5/10 dinners! You expect more consistency in such a 5 star hotel? Location in not far from AlHarm, but if you suffer chronic illness, mind the fact that the hotel is on a hill? Also some very disturbing road work in the area.Some towels are very old, heavily used overtime, some sockets are not working.
