It is a budget hotel, justify the price. Roughly 2km from haram but walk is difficult and steep. Taxi will cost you 10-20SAR to/from haram, they also have a free bus service that i didn’t use (but i guess will taker longer to reach haram because of traffic). Room was clean and tidy, toilet was a bit small but was okay. We had a mountain view from the window. Phone/Sim signals/reception was very bad in the hotel because hotel is located right next to a big mountain. (You hardly get sim signals). However, the WIFI is good. Front office staff was welcoming and cooperative, smooth check-in and check-out. Special thanks to Faroque, he was very respectful, helpful and welcoming always greeted us with smile.

We stayed in the Triple Room with City View and had a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that were perfect after long hours at the Haram. The location is excellent, offering easy access to Masjid al-Haram and nearby shopping and dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. While the room overlooked the city rather than the Kaaba, the comfort, convenience, and overall service made it a great choice for our stay in Makkah. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel experience.

The location of the hotel is fabulous There are three routes to the masjid ul haram. One is exiting the lobby and turning left, walking up marriott and then turning right (you will see the haram to see what I mean) - then walk down the slight hill. The second is exiting the lobby, and walking left across the street, straight through hilton convention. The third is exiting the lobby, turning left and walking up the stairs that are next to Makkah Gate sign. You then turn left and head to haram down the escalators that everyone posts about online! It is hilly using route one or three, but not really an issue for walking or pram users. This is aside from two other ways to reach the haram: the marriott shuttle bus which drops you near conrad, near the I love Makkah area. Or, the golf buggy which takes you the same route as Walking Route One I mentioned above. Id recommend getting the buggy as its less crowded. The golf buggy comes to the same drop off spot to take you back. Shuttles buggys are really constant and timely, jus wait around. The marriott is opposite the Address hotels back entrance. There are wonderful coffee shops if you climb the stairs as mentioned in my Walking Route 3 I mentioned above. Great area to take children to play and run around. The mosque is part of the haram so every room has a live speaker during prayer time with mic volume to adjust. You can joim salaah from your room or go to the prayer room on floor 3. Reception gave us a cheaper breakfast or dinner price than online voucher places. Breakfast is average but convenient. There is a cafe on ground floor that serves nice hot or cold food anytime in the day. A baskin Robbins freezer is also there. Hotel staff and reception are lovely!!!

A really close hotel to masjidil haram, only takes 3-4 minutes walking to the umrah gate. The hotel was super clean and well maintained. The service was good from the entire staff, especially from the restaurant. The breakfast menu was varied and tasty. It has separated gym rooms between male and female, which is very good.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Hilton Suites Makkah (Jabal Omar). Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality cleaning service every day. The view from the window is also very beautiful. Breakfast is very rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. I came Umrah with my husband, we stayed 5 nights in M hotel. I had enjoyed for hotel services and foods. I booked with halfboard meals fees.  I am very wonderful with hotel's buffets iftar and suhor foods. Inshaallah if we come again to Umrah, i will stay in Hotel M Makkah Millennium. Location is little far but we can go taxi or shuttle bus from hotel. Thanks so much for restaurant teams and chef Mustafa, because we are happy for foods

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Haram, making it very convenient for prayers and daily activities. Lets start with the impressive entrance styled with artificial greeneries and wonderful eid decor. Major love for that ! Convenient golf cart aka buggy to haram whilst walking is also doable. Not forgetting the gentlemen at the desks 2 days prior eid, their assistance and cooperation is commendable. And the room, it was simply fantastic with large windows overlooking Jabal Kaabah road.

Great service by Sahar and the duty manager. It’s my second time at this hotel. Service is good but the location isn’t. Might be close (7 minutes to the new expansion) but it’s far from gate 79 and has a steep hill. I stayed here again based on the service but I wouldn’t recommend it with elderly people.
