The location is quite far from Kaabah but it is worth I paid 130SAR for 1 night and I use taxi which are 10SAR to Kaabah and 10SAR back to my hotel instead of get nearest hotel from Kaabah and pay 600SAR for 1 night.

All along my stay there, there was no room service: my room has not been cleaned. Not sure why. But after 3 days, I needed new towels and toilet paper. So I went to the reception and asked if there is any room service. They said that if I want my room to be cleaned, I need to be there with the cleaner in the room (a bit strange to me).
The fridge was not working and there was a bad smell in it.
My room is 706, on the 7th floor, the wifi was weak most of the time. And there was noise from the other guests (not the hotel mistake but just mentioning it).
When I take a shower, it was a bit hard to clean the water to the sewage because of the form of the shower.
Other than that, the hotel is located in a good place and close to everything.
And it was clean too.
It was decent for a two-star hotel.

The hotel was good and so close to the haramain. From the airport to the train station took me an hour, and from the train station to the hotel took be less than 15 minutes and from the hotel to the masjid al haram is just 5 to 7 minutes by taxi with just 5SAR. Walking to masjid al haram is just less than 25 minutes.

It was a great experience as it’s my first time staying here in this hotel, at first i got lost and confused with the lifts, but then it was easy access once you know where to go which floor you should use. It’s not a straightforward one, but it’s easy. Hamdoulillah for everything. Nothing to complain, food was so great especially for breakfast. We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights, booking 2 rooms for 6 adults. Check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were generally helpful, from the bell staff who assisted with our luggage to the reception and room service.
The rooms were clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the Haram, though the walk is slightly uphill.
On the first night, the extra bed we requested did not arrive, and we had to follow up again the next day before it was provided. It was a bit inconvenient, but overall our stay was still comfortableFromUS$124

I really enjoy staying in this hotel starting from the receptionist which she do our check in process miss Lama, till we have our ckeck out
The supervisor of the information disk was really outstanding
All the staff dealing with the guests in very nice way
I will not forget the security guards especially Mr. Al Ammary
Also the house keeping staff in 19th floor
Every think was perfect
I have only one small note to the administration of the hotel which is the place of female prayer area is not suitable as it is in the parking & the place is empty & scary for females if they find better prayer place for them it will be better
But even so the hotel is fantastic
I will recommend this hotel for all my friends who plan to visit Makka city

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Hilton Suites Makkah (Jabal Omar). Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality cleaning service every day. The view from the window is also very beautiful.
Breakfast is very rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth.
This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

My stay at Swissôtel Makkah was excellent in every aspect.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah. The location is unbeatable, situated right in front of the Masjid Al Haram gate, which made performing Umrah and attending daily prayers incredibly easy and convenient. I was fortunate to get a room with a beautiful Partial Haram View, which added a special spiritual touch to my stay. Another highlight was the sahur buffet, the selection was massive and high-quality, ranging from delicious main courses and appetizers to a wide variety of desserts.

One of the best options for those travelling with elderly parents or those requiring assistance.
Everything was fantastic. Entrance is through the Clock Tower so it gets really busy during the evenings but aside from that had no issues.

As per previous review. For this booking, thanks to Mr Haitam for assissting me. I got a room near to the lift. Thank you so much 🙂 On average, i waited less than 1 minute for the lift. Extra 2-5minutes from the hotel to reach Kudi bus station by the shuttle bus. 6-8minutes walk from Kudi bus station to the mosque. Going back from the mosque to the hotel takes a bit longer time during peak hours. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.FromUS$45

A very nice and clean hotel, close to the Haram, and buses arrive every ten minutes. They care a lot about the guests, and the lobby is very luxurious and large. They give you cookies when you arrive, and there is Saudi coffee at the entrance and flowers everywhere. It deserves to be a five-star hotel.
