Reviews From Real Travelers
It is a budget hotel, justify the price. Roughly 2km from haram but walk is difficult and steep. Taxi will cost you 10-20SAR to/from haram, they also have a free bus service that i didn’t use (but i guess will taker longer to reach haram because of traffic). Room was clean and tidy, toilet was a bit small but was okay. We had a mountain view from the window. Phone/Sim signals/reception was very bad in the hotel because hotel is located right next to a big mountain. (You hardly get sim signals). However, the WIFI is good. Front office staff was welcoming and cooperative, smooth check-in and check-out. Special thanks to Faroque, he was very respectful, helpful and welcoming always greeted us with smile.

We stayed in the Triple Room with City View and had a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that were perfect after long hours at the Haram. The location is excellent, offering easy access to Masjid al-Haram and nearby shopping and dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. While the room overlooked the city rather than the Kaaba, the comfort, convenience, and overall service made it a great choice for our stay in Makkah. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel experience.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car.

My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job each day, ensuring everything remained spotless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and plenty of storage space, which made the room feel even more comfortable and convenient. The hotel’s location was another major advantage, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. In addition, the common areas were tidy and inviting, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay, which was helpful for both work and leisure. The overall environment felt safe, calm, and well organized. Another feature that impressed me was the excellent maintenance of the hotel’s facilities. The lobby was beautifully decorated, the elevators were clean and efficient, and the fitness center was equipped with modern machines. The dining area was spacious and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere for meals. Every part of the property reflected a high standard of cleanliness and care, making guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay. The staff members were always friendly, courteous, and willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made the stay even more enjoyable. Whether I needed directions, extra amenities, or simple recommendations for local dining, they responded promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism truly stood out and added to the positive experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, service, and value for money. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay, whether traveling for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again in the future and would not hesitate to choose this hotel on my next visit.

My stay at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah was truly outstanding. The service was excellent, the front desk staff were very professional and welcoming, and the room service was fast and efficient. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Al-Haram, which made performing Umrah very convenient. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

Did not expect the hotel to be that old, only the bathroom was renovated. The room also kinda of smell musky, but Masha Allah the distance to the mosque is unbeatably close and convenient. This is most important for us, Masha Allah.

Good hotel, standard room, average cleaning but improved with personal input and employing self cleaning techniques, staff is great but young men are not fully trained for a thorough cleaning, this can be improved. Friendly staff, ready to help from receptionist to the security guards and porters. Hotel looked much nicer and cleaner in general due Ramadan outlook. Didn’t try food, we been out and about. I am staying in this hotel since 2017 occasionally and must say there seems staff shortage after covid, which if considered can help improving services again. Overall I surly will recommend staying at the hotel 💚

Amazing hotel, very clean and tidy, amazing breakfast options and very easy to access supermarkets, shops and takeaways form the hotel without needing to leave the hotel. The main stand out is the proximity to the haram. Overall 10/10.

The consensus on Pullman Zamzam Makkah highlights a highly practical hotel that trades premium room luxury for unparalleled proximity to the Holy Haram. 🟢 The Good : Proximity: Located directly inside the Abraj Al Bait (Clock Tower) complex, allowing pilgrims to reach the Masjid al-Haram courtyard within a few minutes Agoda.Haram Views: Selecting premium rooms yields remarkable, direct views overlooking the Kaaba and courtyard Pullman Zamzam Makkah.Amenities: Directly connected to a massive shopping mall, retail stores, international food courts, and supermarkets Accor. 🔴 The Bad : Elevator Delays: A dual-lift system forces guests to switch elevators at the main lobby, causing extreme congestion and 30+ minute wait times during major prayer slots.

The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23

Lets start with the impressive entrance styled with artificial greeneries and wonderful eid decor. Major love for that ! Convenient golf cart aka buggy to haram whilst walking is also doable. Not forgetting the gentlemen at the desks 2 days prior eid, their assistance and cooperation is commendable. And the room, it was simply fantastic with large windows overlooking Jabal Kaabah road.

Receptionists are very different attitudes and professionalism wise. Very nice helpful gentleman at the start, to a very nervous angry lady on check out. Same apply to food quality; 10/10 breakfast vs 5/10 dinners! You expect more consistency in such a 5 star hotel? Location in not far from AlHarm, but if you suffer chronic illness, mind the fact that the hotel is on a hill? Also some very disturbing road work in the area. Some towels are very old, heavily used overtime, some sockets are not working. So, to me it is an average hotel, probably will struggle to compete with similar range hotels as Hilton,Le Merodiane

Pros. Easy walk to gate 79. Less congested that clock tower area. The advantage to the stay was having pretty large room! The 2 queen beds are relatively big enough and they added an extra bed for my teenage girl. Convenience. Ratio cafe downstairs can be hyped for. The pistachio latte is a must have. Romansiah restaurant also in the building. A must have when you’re here. Close walk to Dawood. Food selection need to be improved both bf and dinner. If you’re particular abt food, Hyatt Regency Jabal Omar serves better spread and standard. Staff checkedin didn’t inform the 2 different restaurants for both bf and dinner G floor and M floor. Apparently we were directed wrongly by them assuming we are group agency and the food was low quality 3 star standard. Then went around asking but found out we were directed wrongly by the front desk. Range was bit better but still need improvement for a 5 star hotel. I think the major improvement the hotel has to do is change the bath towels!! They are so overly worn off and overly used and looked like it’s been used to clean the floors. Pls use fluffy maintained towels. It’s the highlight of quality for amenities. The drainage also slow and tend to choke up. 7 nights isn’t the best there but the space is good.
