This is my second time staying here. The location is very good, right next to Freedom Square, close to the river and the old city, and the room is very good.
There is only one drawback. We are two people traveling, and we booked 2 identical rooms, one with 2 breakfasts and the other without breakfast, which would save some money. As a result, the hotel said that this room only has one person staying, so there can only be one breakfast, and the person in the other room paid for three days of breakfast. I guess it’s a math problem or something. But the hotel also allows one room to check out at 7 pm, which is also for our consideration.

Absolutely excellent! It completely justifies its high price with top-notch facilities, a fantastic pool, a well-equipped gym, and a prime location. This is easily the best hotel of my trip. Just a heads-up, it's expensive!

A new, stylish hotel in Tbilisi. It has an interesting layout, as it's located in the building of a former telegraph office. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The only downside is the communal tables. They offer nice toiletries in the room, and all the staff speak excellent English. The room service food is also great.

Very safe and clean star hotel, located in front of Ganqiao second-hand market, surrounded by cafes and parks. The room is a traditional chain star hotel, which makes people feel at ease. I like the swimming pool and sauna. There are always fruits, juices, snacks and coffee. I am very satisfied.

The location is excellent, but it's too close to the office area. There have been recent parades, making traffic at the entrance extremely inconvenient. Bathroom supplies and mineral water were not replenished in a timely manner, which feels like a lack of service. The food and beverages were good, but the breakfast wasn't particularly rich for a hotel of this star rating. This may be due to the local environment, and I don't understand other star rating standards. Overall, apart from the location, the other services were not good, and I was still disappointed. ☹️ I will definitely not choose this hotel next time.

The hotel has the usual Marriott quality. The hardware is a little old and the lobby is a little small, but it does not affect the comfort of the stay. The breakfast is good and the location is excellent. The National Gallery, the Museum of Modern Art, the National Museum, and Freedom Square are all within a few steps. The Bell Tower and the Peace Bridge are also within half an hour's walk.

A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price.
Breakfast was excellent.
For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David.
Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. This is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table.
The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat.
The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price.

A little dificulta to be found, as there were no signs explaining where the hotel entry was, in a big wood door that locked like a residential building not commercial. But the location is great!
Clean place and nice room.
Only complain was we were put in a room right next to the receptionist desk, people coming in and out and we could hear literally everything, people talking and walking. Once kindly asked to the receptionist to be moved as my partner has trouble sleeping with noises, he was rude to me saying that there was no more rooms available and no other options, acting like we were just a bunch of teenagers. Didn’t give us any option or kind response. Really disappointed with that service. FromAED 522

The most convenient location, just opposite Santa Maria di Maggiore and 7-10 minutes walk to Roma Termini and metro. Several bus stops nearby - we use buses to go to Colosseo, Borgese, piazza Navova, and metro for Vatican. Terrific view form breakfast terrace and good breakfast too - there were even several types of milk (regular, lactose free and soy). Surprisingly big bathroom and shower for the historical part of Rome.
One thing that was not convenient is the central regulation of the conditioner (due to the historical type or building) - you have to call the reception to switch it off. All the other stuff is really good.FromAED 276

The location is okay but it is not near to central train station for metro.
I like the rooftop bar, it is so chilled.
The bathroom and toilet is clean.
There is no curtain so no privacy at all.

The hotel is really far from the city center. Every time you want to go to Rome, the Vatican, or even the airport, you have to pay at least €40 for a taxi.
