On arrival by car at the hotel there is no sign for reception; we found someone to ask who pointed us upstairs. We told the person there our name and he confirmed we had a booking and asked how we wanted to pay. We told him it was already prepaid on Expedia! He showed us to our room that was clearly not what we had booked. While the room had a balcony it was tiny, and he left us there. We returned to reception and he then showed us a room that was obviously what we had booked, a superior room with twin beds and balcony but didn't bother to help us move our bags, and no apology. Even though the room size was reasonable, it's layout was quite basic, with curtains that let in most of the light. Bathroom was ok. The included breakfast offered no choices; the waiter, who spoke no English, brought juice, a fried egg with tomatoes, cucumber, meat and cheese. We told him using Google translate we didn't eat meat so he took it off the plate. The next morning, using Google translate we asked instead for scrambled eggs, and coffee latte, using our milk, which they did. The hotel description listed laundry, but they told us that meant they washed their own sheets and towels! After much discussion they agreed to wash a bag of our laundry for EUR10, quite reasonable. Almost no one at the hotel spoke any English, a serious disadvantage. There is plenty of free parking, and the internet was quite acceptable.

The Buna Park Hotel is located in a beautiful environment beside the Buna River and the highway. There is a Skudai Luozha Castle on the opposite hill, and many beautiful roses and calla lilies are planted. The park is small but the finishing is very good. The hotel is clean and tidy. There are beautiful flowers on the terrace of each room. The rooms are also equipped with baby beds. The hotel restaurant is also decorated well. They have lamb, chicken and beef. The price of the pork set is good (about 100 RMB for 2 people), and it is served with bread. The restaurant is very beautiful by the river and many local residents come to eat. Due to the small number of hotel guests, breakfast was given to us. Each person had fried eggs, sausages, oil cakes, bread, orange juice and coffee. Although not as rich as a buffet, it was enough. Worth alike
