It was a nice stay. However for a 5-star hotel, there is no full body mirror, no bidet, table and chair as per description. Also, the description of room categories here in Trip. com are misleading so better to double check it first with them.
For the toiletries, the hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, and shower gel are all same. I was under the impression that atleast there will be conditioner but all are same and my hair became very dry. The lotion, cotton buds were not replensihed for a 3-night stay. For the Tv, we struggled to operate and no English channel. I tried to call reception but no one’s answering.
Breakfast is ok and the staffs serving breakfast were so nice and polite.
Room was so clean. However as the room was in the ground floor, we always here the lift and when people are cleaning or doing things in the corridor.

Advantages: Regular hotel, located in the old town of Valletta, the hotel itself is an old house renovation, so it is very retro; the rooms and the hotel are very clean and the service staff are very friendly. Very quiet at night, not noisy. The roof of the hotel is a public area, with a swimming pool, a dining bar, and a view of the sea.
Disadvantages: We set a room with a balcony, but in fact, the last room can be regarded as a convex window; there is no convenience store or supermarket near the hotel; the room is slightly crowded, and the picture you see does not match, there are several stairs as soon as you enter the door.
