The hotel is in a good location. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the pier. The pedestrian path is wide and it doesn't feel far. The room is comfortable and clean, and the waiters are polite. Luggage storage is free and there is a large supermarket nearby. The breakfast is rich, and you can see the sea and beach outside the restaurant. You can enjoy the rich breakfast slowly without rushing, and appreciate the scenery of the sea and the beach. It makes you feel relaxed, comfortable and refreshed.

Everything was fine, but when we arrived they gave us a room that did not correspond to the reservation, it had no view but faced the back of the hotel. We complained and the girl at reception gave us problems and was rude. We asked to speak to the supervisor and they changed our room after a while of waiting. The breakfast was fine, service was good and everything was very clean. The best thing was the pool. I recommend it but be careful when you arrive which room they give you.

The hotel is very well located (with a view of the marina), clean, and very well maintained. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The breakfast is also of very good quality.
A huge thank you to Mr. Berrada, the hotel manager, for offering us an additional room because we had booked two double rooms with extra beds (for teenagers), but the rooms were too small to accommodate these beds. A very kind gesture, much appreciated.
I definitely recommend it without hesitation.

We were on holiday with friends. We were checked in a little early at no extra charge, but it was low season (the hotel wasn't very busy). The service was excellent: daily cleaning, delicious breakfasts, good water pressure. We were very happy with everything. The only issue was that we were charged extra (city tax) upon check-in, even though the description stated all fees and charges were included.

Putting aside the fact that it is a 5-star hotel, and just looking at the price, I will say that this is a perfect place, right in the centre, to get to know and enjoy Tangier. The certain degree of decadence, although subtle, rather than diminishing, increases the perception of a very relaxed atmosphere and, together with the friendly disposition of all the employees, a stay in this hotel becomes a very pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly and courteous. The location was near the medina and walking distance to restaurants, the medina and kasbah. Beautiful terrace for a drink as well as a piano bar. They also let me see the room that Matisse used to stay in.

Staff was nice to give me a room earlier( after of couple of hours I was bothering them), pool was not working due to maintenance or smth (i understand, but upset). Housekeeping line was never answered, but servise done on time is ok. When I asked for dental kit(i was ready to pay even), they said it’s only for suite rooms.

We asked for shampoo and shower gel as it was empty. This was not topped up. We asked again it was not done. We had to ask again the next day and made sure the housekeeper got it.

## Facilities
The facilities are quite new, the room type is spacious, and the bed is comfortable and easy to sleep in. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area.
## Cleanliness
The hygiene is exceptionally clean and tidy. After traveling from the desert in Fes and Chefchaouen, staying at the Hilton felt like returning to modern civilization. The bath towels, in particular, were incredibly soft and fluffy.
## Environment
The location is excellent; it's across from the train station and next to the Tangier City Center Mall. We were also able to park for free in the underground parking lot since we drove. The outdoor pool and terrace on the 13th floor face the Mediterranean Sea, and the sea view from the 15th-floor restaurant is superb!
## Service
The service is beyond words. I got an upset stomach in Chefchaouen, so when I arrived in Tangier, I had to let my partner enjoy the Hilton lounge daily while I rested and recovered. As a Hilton high-tier member, the service was excellent, with complimentary breakfast and executive lounge access. The welcome fruit platter was also more generous than most I've seen in China. During Happy Hour, there was one meat dish, one vegetarian dish, one type of sandwich, two desserts, and over 10 varieties of alcoholic beverages.FromAED 850

Sorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit.
The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities.
Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely.
Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.SOLD OUT

Great property and in a perfect location. Just outside the chaos of the Medina but very central. Good breakfast, comfortable mattresses, good soundproofing. The only flaw is the shower that tends to flood the bathroom.

The inside is absolutely gorgeous. I wish I would have stayed longer but it was not in our plans. One thing that id recommend I'd asking them to get you a guide to tour cap spartel. It's a beautiful site and the Herculean caves. It's a 2.5 hr trip and amazing place. Please enjoy and plan well for Tangier. One thing was we didn't ask but it was cold and only had 1 sheet...toes froze but it was beautiful.FromAED 145
