It was an excellent new year night I spent with my family here in Saj Earth resort. The food was exquisite with so ***y varieties of options. The rooms and long and easy to access pool were amazing and very convenient. The service was also excellent and always ready to help. Overall a very good place to spend quality time with family.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely brilliant!! I only stayed for one night but wish I’d booked for longer. Beautiful interiors, charming building, attentive and kind staff, wonderful food, comfortable bed, great housekeeping team. I’m highly fussy about hotels and rarely say this - but 10/10, I will absolutely be staying again!

During my first-ever stay at the Presidency Hotel in Cochin, I had an unforgettable experience. As my trip came to an end, I found myself running late as I was in a meeting for my flight home. Panic set in as I realized I might miss my flight. But then, I remembered something remarkable about the hotel – their 24-hour transport service to the airport. With hope in my heart, I rushed to the hotel staff for assistance. To my relief, they came into action immediately, arranging a ride to the airport in no time. The staff's efficiency and helpfulness were beyond words, and I couldn't be more grateful. As I embarked on the journey to the airport, a sense of gratitude washed over me. Thanks to the quick thinking and assistance of the hotel staff, I made it to the airport just in time to catch my flight. Sitting in the plane, I reflected on my stay at the Presidency Airport Hotel. It wasn't just about the comfortable rooms or delicious food; it was about the incredible hospitality and support they provided, even in times of need. It was a reminder of the importance of good help and left me with fond memories of my time in Cochin.

Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.
