I stayed at the singh's hotel at vashi area. The staff are cordial. The hotel does not have a restaurant attached which is a shame since i reached late at night and wanted some food to eat. Facilities are nice and thank you to makemytrip to upgrade me from golden oak to singh'shotel.

Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints.
