When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out.
Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom.
One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all.
The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm.
I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night.
Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!FromTWD 1,981

I forgot to take pictures. Generally speaking, there are many hotels nearby. This hotel is considered to have a high hippie value, but in fact, it is a bit scary at night because few people stay and feel empty and can park for free. Most of the places where locals choose to stay are rarely seen with foreigners. There are hot springs nearby, so there are quite a few tourists.FromTWD 499

The hotel location is great, so peaceful and quiet. The food is ok. Staff are accommodating and friendly. There are few hotel guests, so the hotel is so quiet and almost our son is the only noisy kid at the time. There are 2 swimming pools, the large one is the regular, while the small one which is inside the hotel building is hot spring. The hotel is a bit old with small renovations.
