Hotel Review: Raffles Makkah Palace My recent stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was absolutely outstanding, offering a seamless blend of luxury, thoughtful touches, and exceptional service that made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

This hotel is located within king abdulaziz WAQF, Makkah clock towers. Its few meters from the holy mosque There is public transportation at the basement Hotel staff we very friendly and ready to help with a big smile on their faces. I enjoyed an early check in (which was rejected via the app ) prize still above average since its a 5 star hotel and located just few meters away from Almasij alharam

It was worth the stay but make sure to pre book a room with a KAABA view because if its not pre booked as KAABA view you might not get a Kaaba view upon your request last minute e.g. at the time of check in. Also breakfast is served on 2 floors but its not easily determined which floor you have to go because if you end up in a wrong restaurant you'll find food variety differ and might have a lesser option made available to you., be mindful to ask which restaurant you have booked for breakfast and dinner

Great impressive hotel. A grand lobby with beautiful lights and a small fountain with comfy seatings around it. We booked a room with a partial haaram view, thinking we would be getting the same room as in the pic. Turned out the haram view is just a small tiny view, and was informed by the hotel manager that the pic displayed during booking is incorrect.

Our stay at Conrad Hotel Makkah was nothing short of exceptional. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Masjidil Haram, with easy access for prayers and a peaceful atmosphere that adds to the spiritual experience. The room was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed with high-end amenities, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was immaculate every day. Service at Conrad Makkah is truly world class. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. The dining area was elegant, and the staff attentive to every detail. Overall, Conrad Makkah exceeded our expectations in every way. It perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and convenience with the spiritual tranquility that every visitor to Makkah seeks. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for Umrah or Hajj, you won’t be disappointed.

this hotel was conveniently located next to masjid alharam & clock towerand easily found. the rooms were large, comfortable & well-equipped with necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful & we appreciated the late check-out. The rooms were clean, very comfortable & the lift was super fast. the food for breakfast so yummy with arabic etc dishes. we're very happy with our stay for long hajj & umrah season & highly recommend this hotel for anyone

Reception staff is efficient. We faced issue with the TV, the technical person came, then disappeared without any explanation. We call again, another person came to solve the issue. Room service offers limited menu - need to expand the selection. Overall our stay was OK.

The experience was fantastic! The staff were friendly and approachable. My only issues were that we were not told about the prayer room, for example. Or, how to access the mall or how to get a taxi. I feel that if this was communicated to us proactively, we could have made the most of our stay! We also had an issue with them not sending someone to collect our luggage, meaning we missed our train and had to find an alternative way to get to our destination on time.

Wonderful stay at Jabal Omar Marriot Hotel for my Umrah. The hotel is great and the staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious suitable for families. They have 2 options to go to Haram which was buggy ride or shuttle bus. All is convenient and they have regular service. My only concern was thier clogged bathroom but still bearable. Just wondering if the 5 star hotel also faced this problem. Overall was good and we had a pleasant stay for our Umrah.
