The tallest hotel in Hamburg, with a large botanical garden in front. You can walk to the University of Hamburg after crossing the road. The transportation is convenient, and you can also walk to the Inner Alster Lake in front of the City Hall.

we hold my partner's birthday there. It was really great. I spent nice nights in the hotel. Totally clean with high facilities. The receptionist and guard and bell boys were all friendly and good-looking. Generally great!

The hotel is located in a quiet and noble area, with a large bathroom, complete facilities, and very good front desk service. The restaurants in the lobby are all excellent, especially the Italian restaurant. The shrimp pasta tastes great, the salad is also very good, and the price is reasonable. There is a small band playing on weekends, which is a surprise. There is also a city tour bus stop at the door, which is convenient for tourists. If you go to Hamburg, stay at this hotel.

Booked this hotel just because it is ”Grand” and it live up to it's name. Never expect them to have concierge which is a rare sight in Europe. Perhaps we had been staying at cheap hotels, haha. But this hotel is not expensive considering the luxury of the room, the size of the bed, toilet even has a bidet and the view of the hotel back yard is pleasant

Stayed for 2 days, only water was provided for the first stay, 2 small bottles of 200ml, and no water was provided after that.
There were too many people eating breakfast, the breakfast was just average, there was no this, no that.

Staff is polite, room and hotel are clean. Rooms were cleaned with fresh towels, beds made and tea and instant coffee replenished. Did not make use of gym, sauna or food, but these are all available.
