I came to Hamburg to visit friends and work online. I have never been so productive in my work and never felt so well looked after. Overall, it was the best experience I've had in a hotel since years. The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is extremely welcoming, perfectly located, and the landmark for high quality stay. This is the best hotel in Hamburg so far. All the staffs are so helpful and the room was absolutely amazing. The service is beyond perfect.

Everything was perfect, apart from the staff's friendliness. However, the breakfast menu wasn't as varied as I'd hoped, though it was still decent and well-prepared.

The hotel is located in a quiet and noble area, with a large bathroom, complete facilities, and very good front desk service. The restaurants in the lobby are all excellent, especially the Italian restaurant. The shrimp pasta tastes great, the salad is also very good, and the price is reasonable. There is a small band playing on weekends, which is a surprise. There is also a city tour bus stop at the door, which is convenient for tourists. If you go to Hamburg, stay at this hotel.

A very nice hotel centrally located at the jetties. All sights are in the area, Reeperbahn, harbor, museum etc.

Have to repeatedly ask. b) computer system not flexible, if you have consecutive bookings, you have to check in multiple times, cannot ensure one can stay in the same room for multiple-consecutive bookings. Front desk is impatient /impolite in handling such requests. Inadequate front desk staff training. c) otherwise, hotel in a very convenient location, clean, tiny, well maintained rooms.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely spa section. My husband and I loved it. The staff was very friendly and nice. The location was also close to centrum in Hamburg.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Europe. It's comfortable in all aspects, fully equipped with a cloakroom and kitchenette, a safe and a coffee machine. Every time they clean, they will refill the drinks in the refrigerator and put the bed covers back on. The mattress is very comfortable, the room is large and soundproofed, the supplies are all L'Occitane Sage, and they will actively restock them if you stay for a long time. There is a subway station at the door, and you can walk to all the attractions in the center of Hamburg within 15 minutes. There are all kinds of food and shopping around. At this price, the cost performance is very high. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hamburg in the future! The downside is that there is no clock in the room, so you can only turn on the TV to check the time. In addition, the TV projection is not easy to use, so it is recommended to consider buying a Netflix account directly.
