The room is spacious even we stay for 2 pax. There is sofa in the room and working table and chair. The bed is comfortable. The design of washroom is also special, haha, with 100% transparent glass between bathroom and room 🙃 the convenient shop is just at the opposite, good location!

The room is clean and nice. The hotel staff are very helpfull.

This is the second time I stayed here, but turned out bad experience. I was impressed when I was staying here first time at 2016. Clean hotel, nice breakfast, comfy room, and they had Enoki restaurant which served delicious unagi sushi. The second stay experience on February 2023 is the opposite of the first one. I got room with no bathroom doormat, in the shower tube the shower faucet was rusty and there was big crack on the floor, it was dangerous because there was only dim lighting in the bathroom. Next, the breakfast. Need a lot improvement. Please provide premium bread and individual butter, not a can of margarine. The bread toaster didn't give enough heat to toast the bread properly. Bakso was the only one tasted good. I stayed here for 3 nights, means I had 3 breakfast times. The last, the main problem. Now they have club at the ground floor, but my room at the 5th floor is not sound proof at all. When the party goers having their peak dancing time in the mid night, the sound reachs my room during my sleep time. I couldn't sleep for two nights in my business trip. Plus their pillow were too small for a hotel grade pillow, and also deflated. This hotel really need serious improvement to compete with other hotels in the city.

prince hotel a recent week is a very classy hotel.. nice and complete facilities.. strategic location.. dear love to look at this because it's very close.. want to go to mall, cafe or restaurant outside the hotel, sngt deket.. The facilities are also very luxurious and nice.. the sauna is also very large. What is the fitness center with complete and wide equipment.. I won't regret having a while here.. so for you don't get a slightest price.. The prince made me comfortable every visit to the new week.. mantapppp1

Staying with family by bringing a baby is quite comfortable, although with the lowest room type, the room is very comfortable, neat and clean. But unfortunately this hotel does not provide a baby coat facility, 1 Lobby is quite comfortable with sofa facilities, a varied breakfast menu with a delicious taste. Bellboy named Ari with a very enthusiastic and communicative help me and my family, housekeeping with a fast response can accommodate the additional facilities I want, very short check-in and check-out process. Best value hotel in the city center. :)

My experience staying at the Zuri was pretty good, though the location was a bit complicated for me, and the room was comfortable enough but very small, the swimming pool was very nice Indeed, My daughter loved to swim there. Maybe you can improve on the floor access to the pool, the stairs were slippery and the toilet only one so we had to wait in line for some times. Being able to access transmart from the hotel location by walking distance is surely a plus point for this hotel. Maybe coming back to Stay next time.

TV not so smooth the network and chanels not much options
