What a dream vacation. If you like to snorkel . fish or dive this is the place to come . The food and service are superb. The management (Shawn & Ali) team is very attentive to make sure everything is PERFECT .

Beautiful resort all by itself on a small island /atoll. Taken by van from airport to big powerboat and then about 90 minutes until you arrive to a little bit of heaven. Lovely facilities-turquoise water, sandy beaches, palm trees and a clean beautiful pool-individual villas with great AC, comfortable king sized bed, and fabulous outdoor shower. Coffee service to the room every AM was a treat!!Delicious meals in a central dining room-a lot of yummy seafood! I was able to get PADI scuba certified as an open water diver. I had done my online certification and did my closed and open water dives there. My instructor, Jovan, was fantastic. Patient, very experienced and helped me work my fears so that I was able to do 5 dives after I got certified down to 65 feet. We had some rainy, stormy weather which affected our diving a little with visibility but the crew worked hard to find the best locations. All the staff at Turneffe are simply amazing!!Especially Jovan, JV( our friendly and very fun boat captain), Christian in the dining room could not have been friendlier or kinder, the bartenders would make you anything you wanted, and one of the managers, Shawn, greeted everyone with warmth and a big smile. All in all, even with some rain, highly recommend this resort for scuba, snorkeling or even just a week away from it all.

TIR is a special place as proven by this being my 12th visit. It is the only place in the world that I go to every year. The staff are so friendly. The food is outstanding. The diving is really good for Caribbean diving. Plus I love the size of the place so it never feels crowded.

My wife & I had a perfect stay on TIR. We stayed in the sunset villa, which was very comfortable and nice. The food was great (especially the Beach BBQ on Friday night), airport transfers were easy, and service from everyone at the resort was excellent. We did the snorkeling package and it was worth it for us. We enjoy snorkeling/free diving and our guide Luis was top notch. Luis and Ronnie were very professional and passionate about what they do. 100% satisfied with our vacation here and would do it again!

We had a beautiful week at Turneffe Island Resort! The staff were consistently kind and highly professional. They made us feel very welcome with our 7-month-old baby, whom they went above and beyond to accommodate in a myriad of ways, including shifting us to another room that worked better for us. My partner was very happy with his experience fishing throughout the week with Buddy. The facilities and grounds are beautifully maintained. Meals were good! Thanks to all who made our trip so lovely. We hope to come back someday!
