I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji. On the top, I don't congratulate bravofly who did not pass any information to show me to my arrival. I had a room of less than 4m2. To sleep, it's enough. No shower or toilet in the room of course. Hygiene correct if you refer to the hotel in general. Very many staff and rather laughing. Now the less fun sides. The price, probably 800 per night returns to me less to almost 1000.. For Mumbai, it is correct to 800, one may be less than 1000 but I passed through an intermediary so I keep 800.la advertised TV not work and it was a small cathodic tube. I didn't need it, but it's in the ad as a strong point and it's not a strong point at all. The real problem I had is noise. The whole street, clearson all night or almost, is going and comes incessantly from staff and customers. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. They had seen the tourist couple who leaves the train at 23:30 p.m. near all to not spend the night out and we rent a 4m2 room without windows at 2000 roupies. In short, I don't recommend this hotel unless you come to book in the early morning and choose the side and not more than 800. Or then, may be on til de belle chambre in the other floors but I have a big doubt That's it

|5.84km from city centerBeautiful ambience with all sorts of picturesque aesthetics including a banyan tree which stands at the center of the hotel .Rooms are clean and spacious with air conditioned providing all amenities like a small fridge, geyser, micro oven, TV ,free wifi etc. Prices are reasonable according to the affluence of Juhu's posh locality. I will recommend 'Hotel beach garden' a must visit place if you are looking for a short gateaway to Juhu. It is located opposite of Juhu Chawapatty .Also I would like to mention about the cordial and warm interaction from aged security guard hailing from Bihar. All in all when you're travelling all the way from different state you wont feel like as such due to their hospitality. They have very helpful service and cordial customer interaction(especially Mr. Zoheb). There was arrangements for Unlimited delicious buffet for complementary breakfast. I have enjoyed with my family staying here for 2 nights and 3 days.

We stayed in one of the balcony rooms on the road side it had 2 double beds and a large seating area a dining table balcony loungers. The cost is 3500 Rs or just below for a night. Try not to get the back rooms or the annex. There is a lift. It’s very close to the Taj hotel and india gate great for food in this area fab juice stands and great kebabs available on the street , and hundreds of restaurants. Walking distance to gallery’s and museums.

They know what a best customer service should be like. We primarily dealt with Rajesh, Ruhi, Usaid, Priyanka(the collection girl), Moi Moi; all of them amazing human beings with always smile on their face to help their guests in the best possible manner. Hotel rooms were nice size and clean considering you are in Mumbai(limited space for everything). Bathrooms were well equiped with all the amenities except only suggestions to keep hair dryer in them. Thank you for the hospitality guys. Keep up the great work. 👍

|4.75km from city centerBooked 2 rooms towards the end of January 2023 hoping it is a well known chain and we will have a comfortable stay. The reviews everywhere were great too but was disappointed. Location: 4/5 Great location, brilliant connectivity, ease of commute. Rooms: 1/5 The only good part is the size of the rooms (bigger than the average Mumbai standard). The rooms are age old and have not been renovated in decades. The furniture is all wood, scratched up, primitive, smells of dust, is unhygienic. The bathrooms are terrible, shower cubicles are dangerously small and make you feel claustrophobic with hard water stained glass door that doesn't slide on the rusted metal panel. Poor lighting in the room, a lot of rooms have seepage issues hence they smell strongly and have swollen walls with plaster coming off (we had to change two rooms). You will not expect non-standard amenities in a so-called 4-star hotel but my parent's room did not have a mini-fridge while mine did (also mentioned on online portals). Something basic like room landline phone did not have any legend to call the reception or housekeeping. No stickers, no numbers mentioned on the in-room dining menu, no one told us at the time of check-in that this is where you can call if you need help. So we had to wait in lobby the first time just to ask someone for help. TVs barely work, the Dish connections are not recharged, they give a single bath towel in the bathroom for a room booked for two people. Stained bedsheets with pills. Questionable hygiene. Food: 3/5 Food is great especially the breakfast buffet. Wide variety, helpful staff, good spread. In room dining food is good as well but expensive for the service you get for in-room dining. Service: 1/5 Frustrating to live here where half the staff is clueless and the other half is rude. I asked 3 different housekeeping staff members for face towels and an extra bath towel and was told we don't have or provide face towels (later reception mentioned that's false and sent face towels after i complained). The food will arrive will always arrive with short cutlery or fewer plates than the members in the room. Then you call them and request them for it while the food gets cold. For some reason the restaurant staff is instructed to mandatorily carry the tray back with them and leave only the food serving bowls with the guests. We had ordered a large meal and requested the staff to leave the food bowls in the tray itself so that we can manage in lesser space but the staff refused to leave it with us quoting the policy. 4+ staff members visited over 90 mins of us checking in and tried to fix the DTH connection and no one could figure out what's wrong. One said we need to recharge, other said it is a dish signal issue and is out of their control, third said he doesn't know what's wrong and final person figured that the HDMI and video cables itself were disconnected. A sigh of relief, I would say, and i was like gosh, did a good job. The location was spot on for me, as it was very near to Mumbai International Airport. Good if you want to avoid Mumbai traffic, especially during peak hours. The rooms were spacious and full with all the basic amenities you need. The room layout was also good, with the dedicated sitting area, dressing area, well spaced and large cupboards. In the days of a pandemic, having a separate office desk and chair was welcoming. In addition, the washroom was also spotless and clean. All these enhanced the living experience. The food served in the breakfast was also good, though it would have been better if they had more options, but that is just a nit picking. The ambience was also good, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Continuing with the staff , Mr Ashok who sits at the front desk was very helpful. Overall, I had a good experience.

|13.33km from city centerIf you're thinking of staying at this hotel...DON'T DO IT. For what you pay, the overall experience and set up is not worth it. Our experience was very poor. On arrival the rooms were not as described on the booking; not enough towels, tissues, cutlery, crockery, wit tea and coffee facilities being minimal. When asking for anything extra it was met with reluctance. Service from Staff both lacking, and reception desk staff incredibly rude and confrontational. The fridge was broken in both our rooms and eventually after much complaining we got one sorted and the second never happened, there was always an excuse from staff. Staff have NOT been trained at all. On one of our days having asked for the room to be cleaned we returned back that evening at 10pm for nothing to have happened. After complaining yet again staff came to sort. On our final night, some of our family members came over and joined us for dinner. Again service was poor, food was standard, and we were constantly being rushed. Again staff were shocking and clearly lacked training I will not be returning to this hotel again.

|17.77km from city centerI was upgraded to the Taj Club Sea view room free of charge, I was also able to check-out at 6pm as I was not feeling too good on the day of check out. The service from all the staff are excellent, food and drink is great, I wanted vegetarian sausages for breakfast, and as per my request they provided the breakfast, the Taj will never say NO to any request. The Jiva SPA is really good, me and my dad had a 2 hour session. The outdoor pool is great ***** with services provided for food and drink. I will definitely be staying at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai very soon.
