Checkin was smooth and room is adequate for four. Extra bed is included in plan and given on making request. Staff service is satisfactory. Regarding amenities hot water facility was available and ambience is ok. Only constraint was lift being under repair or renovation. We stayed for one night and location is good and prominent.

They say they are renovating rooms but what they have done is paint the room & change the light. Bedsheets & towels have holes & are yellow coloured. They don’t have rooms or some arrangement for senior citizens, stay, nor do they give rooms to senior citizens near the lift. They have typical Puneri attitude - “take what we are offering you or go elsewhere” as I feed they know they get good business, so they give a dam to feedback/reviews.

Good things first: excellent and highly responsive staff. Right from front desk to housekeeping, everyone is highly attentive, polite and eager to help. We needed a mini fridge in our room (to store temp-controlled medicines, and it was promptly arranged for. Special shoutout to mohit from the restaurant, who took complete care of our meals throughout the entire stay. The food is tasty, fresh and in good quantities. Now for the bad part: the property has no view. We had booked standard rooms, which were tiny and in dilapidated condition. The windows faced the open restaurant area, so we couldn't open the windows at all. There was hardly any furniture in the room, the cupboards didn't close, and the tv and cable unit were precariously hanging from the wall. The walls had dampness. The rooms were so tiny that you open the room and directly jump onto the bed. Overall, do not expect anything in room or view experience from this place. This is a pet-friendly property. If you just need a quite place for a night, it might work for you. Room photos on the property page are kind of misleading (probably clicked when the property was new/freshly painted)

Location of property doesn't matter if u are travel-ling in your own vehicle rooms are well mopped with phenyl etc and so are the common areas outside rooms pool is maintained, but they can do better. Near the pool they don't stock bath towels, so before getting into pool get the bath towels first it has 2 pools current cook makes very yummy food, both veg and non veg. Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood hotel rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions well

I am visiting pune from last 25 years, and stayed in countless hotels, but only very few of are remained in my memory, little mastiff is one of them. Rooms were clean, and spacious. And location is just perfect for nature lovers, because bird valley garden and lake is only few steps away. The staff of the hotel are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, mr. Prasad, kritesh see & pad-ma from front desk, mr. Hemchandra kandpal from restaurant are doing outstanding job under the good mentorship of very professional mr. Raju wars e & mr. Amol. At last i want to give some suggestions for further improvement, based on my long experience of hotel stays. There should be a mini fridge in the rooms for keeping medicines, cold water etc. Food potions should be customizable for single occupant to avoid wastage of food and money. House keeping is horrible no room cleaning properly, room electric switch condition is terrible, not provided daily towels and water bottle we need to ask for everything, they have not added coffee and tea in room only on first day they have added but once it is over i think as no house keeping coming to refill it, to clean room and your bed. We should not expect such a service from hotel will not prefer to stay again here, for early check-in also they charged me half day price. Not recommended at all.
