The hotel location is very convenient, it is all walking distance to the attractions and cafes in district 1, the rooms are clean and nice, since it is not a lot of hotels has 3 person room, it suits us, the breakfast is simple and okay, not too much choice but to us it is consider great and they changes some of their menu everyday. The staff are nice and speaks good enough english. Limited facilities but overall it is a great hotel with this price.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay here. Breakfasts were simple, but fresh. We booked a room without a window, however there was a window - that was a nice thing, too. This hotel is perfect for a short stay, it’s located not far from major sightseeing spots. The only thing is that lighting in the room could be a bit better (it was quite dim to our liking). The stuff was friendly and hospitable. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is located in a central and very convenient area. The rooms are comfortable but the walls are thin and you hear all the noises from the neighboring rooms. In front of the hotel there is a club that plays music at a high volume and you can hear it in the room especially if you are in the lower parts of the hotel, I stayed on the fifth floor. The elevator is slow and always occupied by either the guests or the chambermaids. And it's annoying. The morning guest very much tells everyone's taste. The reception staff is exceptional and always ready to help. Hope they do something about all the stains on the walls and in the bathroom. I recommend the hotel.

Good value for money! A good place just to sleep for the night. Room was spacious and clean; and the bathroom cleanliness was fine and included the usual amenities. Forgot to take photos before we messed the room up! Location is good if you want a quieter place away from the bars etc, there is a train track right behind the hotel but we only heard one train in the morning, so it didn’t bother us. We walked the 45 mins from the hotel to the notre dam cathedral and other attractions nearby, nice walk with many many cafes and restaurants.

As it mentions in title as homestead, it is quite literally an old house made into a hostel. The service is minimal to non-existent and the bathroom is one floor down. The upper bunk I was given on first floor has no ledge so if you are a rough sleeper, you can fall down. There was a party of sort happening while I was there since there are no staff at night and the man in my dorm came up to the room and headed to the balcony to pee. It was quite an experience staying there for 3 nights. The location is good though so if you can handle hostels, this is a very average hostel.

I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights... Maybe it's because it's been around for a while... When I called Grab, the drivers didn't seem to know the location. I always go out and look for it ㅠㅠ The view is so good I think there was a lack of explanation about the facilities that can be used. There is a swimming pool in front of the entrance and in the building next door, but I didn't use it because I didn't bother to inquire. There's also a fitness center. I had a good rest~~

Good location and spacious rooms! We spent three nights in the hotel, the main sights are about a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool, children's playground and gym were a big plus. The staff were always helpful and friendly. However, one negative aspect was the breakfast: I have rarely seen such a loveless and tasteless selection. Even the coffee was a disaster! From the second day onwards, we skipped breakfast at the hotel and ate out. Conclusion: We would definitely stay there again, but would not book the breakfast again.

An excellent place to stay in the heart of Saigon. As soon as I walked I the welcome I got was fantastic. I was early but the guy at the front desk allowed me to check in but while I waited for a short time I could use the pool upstairs and even got a complimentary drink. The room is clean and very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. By the hotel are a great deal of restaurant, cafes, and bars. I highly recommend the place.

The location is good and there are shops nearby, so you won't have any trouble getting food or getting a massage. However, since it was in the downtown area, I could hear surrounding noises. I was able to walk to the post office and Ben Thanh market. The shower temperature doesn't get too hot. There's no hair dryer. I was able to store my luggage after checking out. Good if location and price are important to you.

The service was very good, the doorman took the initiative to help with luggage. Breakfast is on the 10th floor. You have to take the elevator to the ninth floor and then walk up. The bed in the room is very comfortable, but you can hear a little noise from outside. Fortunately, it's okay since it's on a high floor. Had a stay at this M Village property in HCMC during my recent layover / transit through SGN airport. Property is located in the heart of vibrant district 1 area with several nearby attractions and eateries. Rooms are well maintained and super clean. Architecture is elegant and chic with perfect blend of modernity and minimalism. My room was large and had everything as listed and stay was smooth and comfortable. Harley at front desk was a wonderful host and she got in touch before I arrived to understand and take care of any specific needs well in advance. She also helped me with last minute booking of a taxi for drop at airport on the last minute as my pre-booked cab didn’t arrive on time. Would highly recommend stay at this property and would love to explore some of their other locations as well across Vietnam.
