This hotel had everything that I wanted on my trip to Euroshop. Good English spoken by the staff, plenty of Taxis always available. Great breakfast available with super coffee. The bathroom was top quality and the bed super comfortable. Only criticism would be the lack of kettle and coffee available in the room. Would definitely recommend.

I must say that my three-day stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Düsseldorf Seestern was an absolute disappointment. Despite a reservation in January and a telephone call that I wish a room in a higher floor away from the lift, I received a room in the first floor right next to the lift. The room was also just for a wheelchair, although I had explicitly asked not to get anything. When I complained and pointed out that I had made a corresponding booking change months ago, I was fed with the notice that the reception does not make the room classification and I should have come earlier. But my arrival was after 23:00, so I couldn't come earlier. Furthermore, I was told that a group of Asians had extended their stay and therefore no rooms would be free. The room itself (roadchair-right) looked like it had not been living for several days or even weeks. There was dirty box, the seat was broken, the office chair was shut off, there was no iron and the shower was shampooing. When I asked the manager, I was given a card. The lady on the map appears to be not there, because even after several days, she did not even feel necessary to confirm me the receipt of the email, rather to give a answer. It is also particularly sad that the reception has not offered any deescalation measures except that the staff is not responsible for my problem. In general, I cannot recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Düsseldorf Seestern Hotel. The service was insufficient, the rooms were absent and unreasonably expensive. There are definitely better options in the city.

The hotel is relatively new, the surrounding environment is good, the breakfast is rich, the service attitude is very good, very professional, you can print for free, send a kettle to the room, the room is cleaned better, very suitable for business trips. There are Chinese restaurants, basketball courts, tennis courts, football fields, etc. around, and it is very convenient to go to the city.

I am very disappointed by the Voco Hotel and will not book it again for unlimited time. There are better hotels in Düsseldorf. I find impossible the fact that there is neither a minibar nor a refrigerator in the room. And I even had a suite. I don't see the management good of the guests is worth anything. What is in summer? Family with children? From 22.00 clock you don't get anything at the bar. There are no shops nearby. The rooms were new and clean. Although the air conditioning had their pieces, you can't expose anything else to the rooms. The staff were friendly but sometimes unprofessional.

Hotel has a good vibe and friendly staff. At times, they're overdoing the hipster stuff a little. For example, the breakfast restaurant doubles as a bar with DJ nights. The lighting seems geared towards that. Thus, early in the morning, the back section of the restaurant was a bit too dark. Overall, it's a pretty good hotel. It's fairly new and everything is in good shape (e.g., mattress nice and firm). Except for the location (a bit off the city center), there's a lot to like.

L'hôtel est extrêmement excentré. Cela ne semblait pas être un problème à la réservation dans la mesure où l'hôtel est supposé être plutôt bien desservi par les transports. Cependant, l'hôtel déclare être à deux minutes du métro. Cette station est en effet présente, mais est la dérivation d'une ligne avoisinante. La station est fermée le soir et le dimanche et est désservie une fois toute les 30 minutes. Une autre station à 7 minutes de marche à pied dans un quartier d'affaire et désert le soir (et donc pas très sécurisant) s'impose donc la plupart du temps, et l'hôtel omet cette information de son site. De plus, cette autre station n'est désservie que toutes les 20 minutes. Comptez donc au moins une demi-heure pour rejoindre le centre-ville, ce qui réduit toute possibilité de repasser à l'hôtel pour se changer avant d'aller dîner par exemple. L'accueil est plutôt amical, mais la réceptionniste qui était présente pendant la quasi-totalité de mon séjour semblait de moins en moins sympathique lorsqu'on avait besoin d'elle. Par exemple, je ne parvenais pas à faire fonctionner le coffre-fort et visiblement elle non plus. Aucun mode d'emploi n'était mis à la disposition des clients ni du personnel semble-t-il. Une atre personne est venue voir si elle pouvait faire quelque chose et devait revenir vers moi, mais cela n'a jamais été le cas. J'ai donc dû me débrouiller moi-même. En attendant de trouver une solution le 2ème jour, j'ai dû confier certains de mes effets personnels à la réception afin qu'ils soient entreposés dans le coffre fort central. En raison de clients ayant fumé dans leur chambre d'après les membres du personnel de l'hôtel, le signal d'alarme à été automatiquement activé pendant la première nuit, et nous avons tous dû être évacués, dans la rue, avec une température de 10°C. Je dois dire que j'ai été impressionné par la réactivité du personnel qui à distribué des couvertures aux enfants et qui s'est montré à l'écoute des interrogations des clients en revenant dans l'hôtel. J'ajoute qu'ils semblait bien connaître et appliquer à la lettre un plan d'urgence. Le petit déjeuner était de belle qualité.

Wij boekten dit hotel voor een nachtje Dusseldorf. We kwamen toe en werden meteen goed en vriendelijk geholpen. We kwamen in de kamer en dit was prima wat we ervan verwacht hadden. Netjes en groot genoeg. Het ontbijt was lekker en heel verzorgd! Alles werd snel bijgevuld. Een aanrader voor iedereen!!

We go 3-4 times a year to Düsseldorf. It was the first (and not the last) time we stayed in Lindenhof hotel. The lady at the reception was very friendly as well when we checked in as we checked out. After your stay you receive a mail with a thank you for staying in the hotel.Always a pleasure to receive such a mail. The hotel itself has a very good situation. A 5 min walk and you are on the Königsallee. 10 min. to the Shadow Arkaden and Altstadt. Also a 10 min. walk to the main trainstation. Furthermore 20 meters away from the hotel you have the entrance of a large parking garage. (Exit is in the Charlottenstrasse, go right and then again right in the Grupellostrasse and you arrive after a 2 min walk at the hotel) The metro in the Oststrasse is only 150 meters from the hotel, which brings you directly to the Heinrich Heine Allee (second stop and center of the city); Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. Alltough we were on the corner of the Oststrasse and Grupellostrasse it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good with a large choice (fresh goods) So to discover Düsseldorf I can really advise this hotel.

The hotel has just been taken over by Clayton. We could no longer freely use the swimming pool. It would now cost 15 euros pp. The room was neat, the toilet very low. Breakfast was fine. The range of food was a bit limited for us and also pricey. Service at the bar was fine.

The heating was on in the room full blast when I entered — not very eco-friendly, and hard to cool down the room using the confusing room temperature controller. Furnishings felt a bit worn and out of date. For some reason, they put a second desk in the room, positioned at an awkward angle to the bed in front of the window, taking up floor space. Nothing of any interest in the surrounding area — if I didn’t have business in the area, I wouldn’t stay here. A high point was the breakfast buffet, which was very extensive, with many choices.

We were in Dusseldorf for work 10 days, and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small . A small reception is located next to the breakfast area. The rooms are spacious. Furniture and decoration corresponds to a 3 star hotel. There is only soap in the bathroom. There are no slippers. Cleaned not bad. Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They do not understand very well in English. Nevertheless, they were satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. The city center is about 15 minutes by car. We were in Dusseldorf for 10 days and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small. A small registration hall is next to the breakfast area. Rooms are spacious. Furniture and finishing are matched to a 3-star hotel. In the bathroom only soap. There are no slippers. They are cleaned not bad. Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They don't understand English very well. However, they stayed satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. About 15 minutes by car to the city center.
