My husband & I enjoyed our one night stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Regina on July 29/20. We were driving from Calgary to Winnipeg and the Sheraton was the perfect place to stay for the night. The location on Dewdney (right off the popular Albert St) was perfect to walk not only to downtown but also Mosaic Stadium, if you were here for a sporting event. We decided to walk to a restaurant down Albert Street for a pizza dinner but we also enjoyed a post drive/happy hour drink & snack at the hotel restaurant. Social distancing measures are in place & masks were required as well. Parking was convenient right outside the front doors or around the back of the hotel as well. Our room was very clean & we had a nice view from our large window. The coffee maker in the room was perfect for us in the morning, mini fridge to store our cooler items & the shower/linens/toiletries were above average. Reasonably priced & very comfortable hotel. We would stay again if returning to Regina.

Booking experience was great. I called the hotel directly and spoke with "Romi" he was very kind, knowledgeable and was able to assist me. I had to call back few days after the booking with some additional follow up questions and Romi took the time to explain. I could sense his smile over the phone. Hotel was clean and rooms are great. Lobby lounge closes at 9 PM and there is not much to do after that. There is no room service due to covid. Hotel spa experience was not that great. We initially booked couples massage in the same room then once we arrived , they took us to two different rooms. Apparently one was a RMT so she couldn't share a room with another person. The service delivery was not great overall. Left feeling agitated rather than relaxed. Overall the hotel itself is great , good staff and welcoming. We will certainly visit this property again.

I was only in the city to work at the hospital for 3 days and was gone most of the day. Just needed somewhere to sleep comfortably pretty much. This was 3 minutes away from the hospital driving and was a good $40+ cheaper than other nearby hotels. It did not have a pool but i wouldn't of had time to use it anyway lol so this was a great choice for what i needed -- inexpensive, clean, comfortable, lots of parking, only about a 10 minute walk to the Regina general so u don't need to deal with that parking nightmare if u chose to walk. plus its part of the Wyndham loyalty program

We stayed here before; I bring my sister in for various surgeries and Dr appointments. This is close to everything, with a parking lot attached. Both stays during Covid times, they are very careful. No restaurant but a nice grab & go pre-cooked breakfast with a variety of choices, plus instant oatmeal or cereal. The heating system isn't great, impossible to regulate, but not the end of the world. Otherwise very nice, huge room with large beds, good wi-fi. So, the second time I booked, I could not find the direct phone number on the website. (it was there, I just somehow missed seeing it at first.) I found a 1 800 number on line for them, which was listed as the Holiday Inn on 11th ave, but was actually ReservationDesk.com. The guy on the phone outright lied to me. I asked if they have ground floor rooms because my sister doesn't like elevators, he said there was and I could have it - but in reality there are no ground floor rooms. I asked if I could reserve with my credit card and my sister would pay the bill on arrival, like we did last time, he said yes, then pre-charged the full amount to my card. I asked if they still had the grab&go breakfast during Covid, he said yes. In actuality they don't have it right now. (Which is fine, but he lied!) I asked if the parking was included in the final price he quoted (and then immediately charged to my card), he said yes, but in fact it was not included. The hotel ended up waiving the parking fee, which was very kind of them, since the booking company also charges the hotel a chunk of money for the booking. I will never use this booking site again. I kept asking if this was the direct number to the hotel, because the guy kept mispronouncing Regina and being vague about the street area. He kept saying "this is the right number". Only after I gave my credit card number did he admit he was in the USA on a third party booking site. Then he said the full amount was charged to my credit card, and I said "I specifically asked if my sister could pay when we got there". He said, "Oh sorry, I misunderstood." They lie to get your money and charge the hotel a booking fee. Not the hotel's fault at all, just be careful when booking.

Very good welcome with a smiling and kind attendant. Spacious room #853 with a walk-in closet large enough to store our suitcases. Nice bathroom (a bit small compared to the room) with marble décor. The 1st breakfast was ok with a waitress a bit rushed and tired. However, I would have preferred my eggs Benedict with less sauce and sweet mustard. On the 2nd morning, surprise! no service before 9 am. We wanted to leave before 9 am. There solution was to go buy a coffee and a brioche in a café ... We had a little argument about the price. Instead of having the best price by booking directly on their website and with the CAA card, we realized that we were paying too much. The manager did not want to hear anything and turned her back on us outright while the nice attendant ended up giving us a discount on the price of parking.

Checked in on Monday, was fiat told we needed to provide a $650 deposit even though the room was fully paid for at the time of booking. Person working didn't know what to do then took a $100 deposit. We arrived at the room and were given the wrong room of 602 which was not the one bedroom King executive suite but only a king bed in a single room. Went down to speak with the front desk and he proceeded to tell us the one Bedroom suite does not exist in the hotel and that the descriptions and pictures of all the rooms are never accurate. He tested us incredibly poorly and laughed at us when we said we know what type of room we booked and again said that the one bedroom rooms do not exist. Spoke with the manager over the phone who had us email the screen shots of the reservation, the room description and the current room we were in. We never heard back from the manager and the front desk said to check back after 11:30 pm when the night staff would be working. Requested a call when the night staff arrived and never received one. Called down first thing in the morning and the person working explained they were fully booked over the weekend but did not clean the executive suite rooms so the room we booked was not ready even though we had prepaid for the room at the time of the booking weeks in advance. Later that afternoon at 3:00 pm we were finally able to move rooms with no compensation and no apology for anything. Arrived in the room, the was a horrible smell of sewer coming up from the drains in the bathroom, had to por buckets of water down them and cover them with towels for the entire stay. All windows were fully screwed shut, the shower in the main bathroom was unable to get hot water for longer than one minute. The pool wasn't fully operational, second pool was empty, main pool was extremely cold. Multiple issues with the key cards not working. Room description says bottles water never received any. Also states there were robes, called the front desk and they said the hotel does not have any. Wifi would never connect, rooms very dated. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked here because we weren't happy with our usual hotel during the last stay, and we were trying to find a place that our kids would enjoy as well. We tried this property and certainly don't regret that choice. We travelled as a family of four, two kids under the age of 8. We booked a two queen suite/unit, that has the pullout couch and kitchenette. The room layout was very nice - lots of space for the kids to spread out their toys, and the kitchenette was very handy for preparing snacks/food for the family. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything in the room functioned properly. All staff we met at the hotel were excellent. The front desk staff were always happy to help, and very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was a grab-and-go assortment of items, including breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins and granola bars. Not as nice as your typical hot breakfast, but we made it work. The pool area was awesome - our kids enjoyed every minute of the limited time we were able to book there. You have to reserve your time slots in advance, and can book only a maximum of one hour at a time. This is standard with most Regina-area hotels. The pool area was busy, and they have an attendant checking you in/out of the pool area. There is an "itty-bitty" pool for very small children/toddlers, a lazy river/donut, standard pool, and a waterslide. Pool temperature was very warm! Ours kids didn't want to get out. The location is OK in terms of it being fairly central to everything - the main shopping areas of Regina. It is directly next to the Pasqua Hospital, although we didn't notice much noise - but an ambulance siren woke us up once in the night. There is a Burger King right next door as well. I didn't notice the parking bill until checkout - I honestly didn't see any mention of this on the Marriott site when I booked - but it's only $6.50 so not a big deal. The parking lot was busy and very puddle-laden as the warm temperatures were melting the snow. Overall, we really enjoyed this property - the kids have asked to stay here again the next time we come back, so I guess for now we have a new "usual" place to stay.

Room was booked last minute through online booking due to winter storm. Free shuttle service was offered through Capital Cabs which was easy to use. Front desk staff was pleasant and quick to check in despite many passengers stranded from landing at the airport. Rooms were clean and free breakfast was fine. BONUS: Front desk staff allowed for a late check in for additional pool time and had a fun QR code treasure hunt. Overall, extremely pleased and would highly recommend!

Atlas has become our go-to staycation spot! We love the poolside rooms, they are so convenient. Our most recent stay we tried the room service for dinner and we’re surprised with the great quality of the food. The salad had really nice and fresh ingredients, the burger was decent, the kids loved their pizza with crust that tasted homemade. And they don’t upcharge the room service like most hotels do, so dinner in your own room is no more expensive than eating in any other restaurant. We ate then headed right back out to the pool! Happy kids and a great time had by all!

Great proximity, staff and breakfasts. We drove from Quebec to Calgary and that stop was one of our favorites. The proximity with great touristy/city center attractions, the booklet leading us to eat at Wann, the agent at the front desk are the positive points we keep in mind. The room was refreshed and it seemed like they took advantage of the slow crowd du to Covid-19 to pump up the rooms(?). Really, everything was as expected, sometimes more. Thank you.

Very reasonable price and everything was terrific in room. The staff were very accommodating letting me do an early check in and lending me a phone charger when I realized I had forgotten mine at home. Parking is free of charge and no issue finding a spot. Would definitely stay here again. They even put me on a top floor to avoid me having to listen to two hockey teams also staying in the hotel. The hotel is close to other amenities as well and they offer a free breakfast too. Overall a great experience and fantastic place to stay.

The hotel is located on the side of the road and is easier to find. We arrived at more than ten in the evening and the front desk helped us check in immediately. The only small problem is that the front desk said I'd better not fill in all the guests' names, because this will cause it to form multiple check-in slips. It's best to just fill in my name. However, this is not a big problem. Anyway, the check-in was successful, and it didn't take long. The rooms are medium in size. We have two double beds, three adults, one primary school child and one baby. The beds are relatively small, but they are clean and comfortable. The restrooms are relatively simple, with basic toiletries provided. But no toothbrush, no comb. We brought it ourselves, so we didn't ask if it was available at the front desk. The breakfast restaurant is not very big, 6: 30-9: 30 breakfast time, not many choices, compared to other hotel chains, breakfast is not very ideal. But it's ok to be full. Breakfast was withdrawn at 9:30 on time. I do n’t know if it was because we were staying at Christmas and people had to leave work early. Other facilities are not much to try, the pool and jacuzzi are not very big, but children are enough to play. Parking is at the door, there are large supermarkets, gas stations, western restaurants, and the surrounding area is more convenient.

I stayed here for 1 night while visiting Regina. The rate was decent and the area looked good. The room was clean and comfortable. It looked well maintained. Good amenities in the bathroom. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. I did notice the lobby and pool area had renovations going on, which made it a bit loud and dusty. I'm sure it will be ok once the work is completed. The area is good, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's also a close drive to the airport. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

The room we had was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to have a patio door that opened to our parking spot. Stayed one night, and when got up the next morning to shower (5:30am) there was next to no hot water in the shower, it was just barely tolerable to stand under. Reported it to the desk clerk at checkout (we were in a hurry to get on the road again), and she was understanding but not helpful. Was unable to offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience of having a cold shower, and basically passed it off as 'you should have reported it last night' (when it wasn't an issue the night before since there was hot water) and 'the building is older...' which again was not helpful. Was very disappointed with that response.

My family and I planned a family getaway to regina from saskatoon. We checked in on Friday. Check in was great, fast and friendly. Swim time was only a half hr Friday night because they were super busy. My kids pulled out the hide a bed and find chips and dirt in the hide a bed so we know this was not cleaned. Saturday morning at 9am to 10am went for our pool time. Kids had a blast. Until we were starting to get ready for the day we had NO hot water. The maintenance man came in and said okay its working. Which it wasn't it was luke warm where you couldn't have a shower. When we got back in the afternoon I went to the manager. 2 maintenence men came up and wow they realized yep thats not hot water. Other rooms had same issue. Manager finally told us the boiler needed to be fixed on Monday DUH when my husband mentioned it to the maintenance man in the morning he ignored him. The heat in our room in room 236 they don't run on auto so it gets so hot in here so u have to shut it off when it gets boiling hot. The shower head in shower makes a god awful sqweek sound I have to record it so the maintenance men would come and look. The manager working the 3 to 11 shift Saturday night was absoutley amazing she has the best customer service and apologized she said the morning staff did not tell her about my earlier complaints from Friday and Saturday. We woke up to 3 cops parked at the front door. What kind of hotel is this. We skipped our morning swim this morning as the pool area was dirty and there is junk in the hot tub on the sides. Gray junk. Will never stay here again,

We picked the Econo Lodge as an affordable place to stay for a short weekend trip to Regina. The location at the eastern edge of Regina in a largely commercial area of strip malls, hotels and gas stations was fine for our purposes. There were a number of casual restaurants within easy walking distance (an adequate continental breakfast was provided at the hotel). Our two rooms appeared to be recently renovated, and were clean and comfortable with the typical in-wall air conditioner a blessing during our 30+ degree stay. A unique feature was access from the parking lot right outside our main floor rooms as well as from an interior hallway. Given this, newer vinyl plank was a practical flooring choice. The Econo Lodge is set back quite far from the Prince of Wales Dr expressway, so was surprisingly quiet. An unexpected bonus was a section of the Trans Canada Trail (Pilot Butte Creek Pathway) was accessible across the way so we were able to easily cycle right to Wascana Lake in the centre of the city.
