Invincible sea view, sea view, living room, room and balcony, especially sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset is very freehand. The transportation is very convenient, it is convenient in the city center, and the two-bedroom suite is fully equipped! Opposite the hotel is a lot of choices for restaurants, parking is free, but you need to check the card after you check in to enter the garage. Overall very good physical examination.

Well I'm not going to say the pillows are the fluffiest I've ever had because I always bring my own pillow, 🤣 But we enjoyed staying at the Bedford Regency Hotel in downtown Victoria British Columbia, the hotel room was very clean and very well kept. And it's right in the heart of downtown Victoria and very close to restaurants bars and shopping. It has a few idiosyncrasies like the lobby is on the second floor and the road in front of the hotel is closed during check-in hours but checking in to the hotel was not a problem. The bed was comfortable and it was not too noisy considering it is close to a few pubs. The TV was a bit high in our room for my viewing as I have neck problems but I was told next time to ask for one that is positioned lower. I liked the vintage look in the rooms. I have never come across a room that had a shower with two shower heads before.

It's a cute boutique hotel with friendly staff. There's only one elevator and surprisingly it was always available whenever we needed it. You can park on the street (parking meter) or at the parkade behind the red bldg which is across the street (though we didn't check it out). We arrived around 6 pm and had free parking in front of the hotel till 9 am Sunday. There was a fruit bowl and beverages at the front for guests. We had dessert at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! We were on the top floor and the room was very clean, but I found the pillows very uncomfortable (too puffy and can't flatten them down) for my neck. Unfortunately we stayed during Saturday night and it was super noisy till late at night (from a few cars speeding at the nearby street to some people being very loud) - maybe it's not like that during the weekday. Chinatown, lots of restaurants and the harbour are within walking distance.

This hotel is the most detailed hotel I have stayed in Canada! The location is on the pedestrian street, the decoration is exquisite, the bath is full of L’Occitane, and there are two pairs of slippers! Loved, coffee is also a very good brand. Next time I go to Victoria, I will never look at any other hotels. The five-star praise is definitely worthy of it.

We were traveling with our three granddaughters for a graduation High Tea adventure. We picked Victoria BC and the Delta Marriott and we’re very pleased. Our Black Ball ferry delivered us to Victoria before check in and the desk clerk had rooms for us. The water taxi from the ferry port/Empress stop took us right to the Delta stop with all our luggage. The Rooms were comfortable, the Club Room worked out well for our large party and the server in the bar on the evening of June 29 has the best customer service. Taxis were ordered, directions happened, what a great visit to Victoria BC

My brother and I stayed here for 5 nights in early August 2022. A very imposing building in the bay and yet only a short walk from the shopping centre and main attractions, Room 115 was spacious and well appointed with en suite facilities. Tea and coffee was available all day in the lounge and this was a great space for relaxation and reading the selection of daily newspapers and periodicals. Breakfast was freshly made, with a varied menu and set you up for the day. Staff were attentive to every need. While we did not sample the dining room, there was a great selection of Bar Meals available from afternoon to late evening. An excellent experience all round

Victoria's more convenient hotel, the parking lot is on the side of the road. When you check in, you will be told where you are, one of the older hotels, a family-run hotel, a bar, and you are seen in the early hours of the business. There is no room in the room. Sound, but the room is small, the facilities are very old, the breakfast is not much, but the decoration is very interesting

Great hostel - the high points are the staff who are friendly, efficient and professional. The complimentary breakfast and dinner are such a bonus and keep travel costs low. The room (we had a private) was a nice size, comfy bed, lots of hooks for clothes, clean and we had a great sleep. The building is cool and fun to explore. Laundry and bike storage in the basement and lockers to store your things while you wait for checkin or check out. Great common area to meet new people and lots of resources. Great location, too - five blocks to the waterfront and lots of bookstores and cafes around the hostel. The challenges - really there are none. Victoria has a housing in affordability problem the same as Vancouver and there are a couple of great agencies in the area supporting people in poverty. Say “hi” to those struggling like you would a new hostel friend and you will make somebody’s day. We love Ocean Island Inn Hostel and will be staying here every time we come to Victoria - at least twice per year. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Ocean Island.

In fact, the sanitary conditions of the hotel are still good, but the hotel is relatively old, but the room is still relatively large, the two beds are quite large, if you are not picky about staying 4 people is also very easy. The facilities are quite complete, and there is a small kitchen for cooking. The front desk service is good and there is a parking lot. The advantage of the hotel is away from the port, city hall, Chinatown, Biganshan Park (the starting point of Canada’s famous Highway 1 is here, the park is very large and beautiful), and it is also far from Craig Darok Castle Not far. Personally, I think it's a good place to rest during the trip, and it's also cost-effective abroad.

Booked for my wife and I to spend some time away exploring the Victoria and area. I initially booked the ”Petite Suite” which was just a bit too cozy for us (my fault - didn't read the details). Despite the busy time, the desk staff were incredibly gracious and worked to accommodate a swap to a larger room. Unfailingly helpful and polite - they made our stay. The actual Hotel is ridiculously charming and cozy, and ideally located within walking distance of various parks, pubs, restaurants, etc. When we come back to Victoria, we'll be at the James Bay Inn!

We chose this hotel because of the price, location and free parking. Although the previous reviews were in part not good. At our arrival we were pleasantly surprised - the entrance area is very invited. The reception was very friendly, we received some tips that have proved very valuable. The room was modern, just a little small. There was a balcony with view of the empty pool. Specifically positive to mention is the bathroom. All very modern, heated mirrors and a flat shower. By the way, with the car, it is just a few minutes to the center.

I had called 9 hotels prior to this booking searching for a suite option that allowed my mom and adult brother some privacy and no one being stuck on a pull out sofa. Chateau Victoria had a great layout option at half price of any alternatives I could find. In addition to that, the customer service agent I spoke with, Heidi, was a breath of fresh air to converse with. Unlike previous hotels I had called, Heidi asked logical, relevant questions, and listened and responded in a helpful manner to all inquiries that I had. She was knowledgeable, polite, and made booking a breeze. I will definitely book at this property again.

For breakfast they accomodated our food needs and the staff was very friendly offering recommendations and chatting with every guest. We stayed 3 nights at Grand Pacific Hotel. Our room (5th floor) was amazing as we had a little deck from which we could watch the ferries come & go as well as harbor traffic. Through the trees we could also see cruise ships too! Due to staff shortage there was no daily housekeeping but they would bring up towels and coffee etc as required. We only ate 2 breakfasts at the hotel but both were very good! Especially the Avocado Toast !! The hotel location was perfect as it’s walking distance to many attractions and close to the harbor taxis too. Beautiful at night with the parliament lit up and the various fountains, horse drawn carriages and harbor lights. Definitely will be back.

Best Western plus Harbour Hotel, which is the third visit to Victoria on 2 days and 1 night. I made a reservation compared to the price of the accommodation. I stayed at Harbour View Hotel before and was so satisfied that I chose Harbour View Room to book this time. In fact, it's not as close to Victoria downtown, but if you buy Victoria Day Pass and go on a bus, you can just walk around. There is a catering kitchen in the room, so it would be good for family trips, especially. The amenities were so good that they were Citrus, and there was a bathtub, so I could bathe at night and relax my fatigue. The bed was comfortable, overall neat and modern rooms. I used it the next morning with breakfast, but I could eat it without having to go to another brunch shop with a variety of bread types and moderate food :) It's a harbour view that would have been more beautiful if the weather was better. If the weather is good when traveling to Victoria, I would definitely recommend Harbour View☺️

The location of the hotel is very good, just beside the port, the night view is beautiful. The front desk was also very enthusiastic, and also helped us book a small group to watch whales. The only dissatisfaction was the room I chose for breakfast, but the breakfast was for us to give us a substitute of 8 Canadian dollars for dining in the restaurant downstairs. The downstairs restaurant is not the same as the hotel. We had a breakfast for 100 knives, and the breakfast roll deducted 32 yuan. The rest needed to be paid. I feel too bad. The simplest fried egg in this restaurant is more than 9 knives. How can 8 knives be enough for a person's breakfast? If there is no breakfast, I can choose not to eat at this restaurant. I feel too arrogant about this. Everything else is not bad. I will stay here if I go to the future, but I will never book a room with breakfast.

We stayed in the Laurel wing of the hotel in a ”partial” harbour view room with a standing balcony. Although 2 small chairs could be put on the balcony to make it more user friendly there is no patio furniture. The view was very nice & the room was clean. However, the laurel wing is certainly looking it's age. Worn & damaged baseboards in the hallways, worn carpet & the decor & furniture in the rooms are outdated. Some maintenance of the lighting & drains were needed. Shower/tub was small, cramped & dark. There is a small mini fridge & a Nespresso maker (for very small cups of coffee) but no microwave. The room was supposed to have a kettle but we had to ask for one as none was in the room. Our bed was comfortable. Housekeeping is only every 2 days & we were told that when we checked in. We didn't ask for an adjoining room & weren't told we had one. We don't care for these types of rooms due to noise. And noise there was. Lots of noise. Kids running in the hallways like it was a race track, people talking loudly, slamming doors, etc. If we wanted a slightly better room with more of a harbour view or a balcony with furniture we would have had to pay substantially more money. Everything seemed to be an additional cost at this hotel. Only water from a dispenser was free. Even a piece of fruit had a cost. The restaurant looked very nice & there is a wonderful patio area attached to it. However, prices were outrageous which prevented us from eating there. A small burger with no side was $20. There is no coffee shop to get a take out coffee or small meal. There are a few food & drink items at a kiosk by the desk that you pay for. There is a pathway that you can walk to Fisherman's Wharf & also to the downtown. Both were wonderful to walk on. It is a short walk to downtown as the hotel is outside of the main part. The staff were friendly & helpful. However we were told nothing about the amenities of the hotel when we checked in such as how to connect to wifi, where the pool was, that there is a sitting area outside the conference rooms, etc. It was on our bucket list to stay at this hotel for years. We finally took a big breath & decided to pay the price which in my opinion is too high for what you get. Because of that, regretfully we won't likely return.
