The location of the hotel is excellent. It is only about 15 minutes 'walk to the sights of the city, and about 15 minutes' walk to the railway station. There are 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes of the hotel, one of which is open 24 hours. The service consciousness of the hotel front desk was a bit weaker. After I checked in and found that the hand wash tray in the room could not get water, one of the waitresses at the front desk said that it would only be processed tomorrow, and there was no subjective problem for the guests. I asked for a change of room, but she agreed quickly, feeling that this Hilton is the worst service conscious I have stayed at. The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel is average, not many varieties and average quality. The hotel restaurant offers a small variety of dinners, and the production is acceptable. The hotel has a free sauna, but the sauna is small and can only accommodate 3 people.

It ’s very hard to find. This shop is check in on the 4th floor. It ’s not on the first floor. You ca n’t go in without a card. You can only check in if you wait for someone to come out in the wind. There are many students studying online. I booked a room for two, and it wasn't particularly unacceptable to book a public bathroom room (toilet and bath) for the first time, although I didn't use it. I'm a room on the 2nd floor. The room is very deep. The smell of disinfection water in the corridor is not comfortable. A 24h supermarket downstairs is ok.

Almost a century old shop. The traffic is very convenient, and it is very convenient to browse the city. Breakfast is also good, that is, double beds, smaller beds. Value for money. For the first time, the elevator saw that the iron door needed to be opened. From the airport, take the line 615 bus to the terminal Helsinki Railway Station for 6 euros, and the journey takes about 40 minutes. From the train station to the airport, the journey takes about 60 minutes. Each bus is about 15 minutes apart. Tickets can be bought on board with cash.

1 / 24-1 / 28, came to visit this city. 1. Hotel traffic: Take the light rail to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to the Central Railway Station, get off at the terminal (Central Railway Station), about 30 minutes, the ticket is 4.1 Euro; if the luggage is not too heavy, you can walk to the hotel, about 20 Minutes, 1.5 kilometers away, via the National Museum of Finland, the main library of the University of Helsinki. 2. Hotel facilities: clean and simple, typical Scandinavian style, the bed is very soft; remind two points: a) the hotel does not provide a kettle, slippers; b) long-haired girls suggest to bring a hair dryer, the hotel's hair dryer power is small; 3. Breakfast at the hotel: Breakfast is rich in variety, both cold and hot. The hotel provides oatmeal and pickles for friends who are not used to western food. If you are not used to eating cold food for breakfast, there is a microwave oven on the side and you can heat it by yourself. ; 4. Hotel services: The front desk and room attendants are very enthusiastic and friendly, and they also know how to protect the privacy of guests. One reminder: a) If you need to provide room cleaning and finishing services, you must hang the service tag on the door handle; 5. Around the hotel: The city of Helsinki is not big, the hotel can be reached on foot from various attractions, about 20-30 minutes, friends who do not want to hike, there is a taxi at the entrance of the hotel, the bus station is on the side; if you need to buy daily necessities / Food / fruit, there is a large supermarket K-supermarket on the way from the Central Railway Station (mentioned above) to the hotel; This is a good value hotel, I hope the content I wrote can help you a little.

We stayed here for two nights. Service was very kind, they even helped us to carry bags to 2nd floor. Room was clean and we could not hear any voices from hall. Room was super warm because of summer but we were glad that it was possible to open the window so it helped a little bit. Only we could have wished for fridge in the room.

Our stay didn't have a good start. Two hours before our arrival, I was emailed that the renovation of the best Crowne Suite is not ready. We had booked that for one night and two nights for other room types. So I opted for three nights in the same Club Room, two first nights for the opening sale price of 149 euros, and the last night with IHG points. I also asked for the IHG Platinum upgrade for a Junior Suite but we got the worst Junior Suite. In five minutes we were back in the reception and were moved to the best Club room #901. There are six Junior Suites per floor. Room #734 is a very long and narrow room. The only window is in the recess where the two hotel wings are connected. Room #901 has excellent views over Töölö Bay and is a little bit bigger than most Club rooms. What it takes to the renovation, the public spaces are now very stylish. The Finnish interior architect office DSign Vertti Kivi & Co. has done a great job as they have done with Viking Grace and Radisson Royal Helsinki. The rooms are a little bit on the dark side, even the #901. The walls are dark grey and the huge headboard very black. The old black wardrobes are left. The beds and chairs are new and comfortable. Very little noticeable has been done in the bathroom. The Club Lounge was not ready yet. The evening service was done with tapas plates and drinks from the bar. The breakfast was very pleasurable. There were very few guests and the atmosphere was pleasantly calm. The buffet had a wide selection of food. The service was efficient and friendly. Despite the initial difficulties, we had a very lovely stay.

This was our third time in the Vaakuna suite at this very centrally located legendary hotel next to the Central Station. We made the booking the day before our arrival. There was a flash sale -40% and we got our suite for 150 euros. There have been big construction works going on the restaurant floor on the 10th floor. The works were expanded also to the 8th and 9th floors. Also, there is a new room floor becoming on the 5th floor that has been Sokos department store before. The construction works are now becoming to an end. The striking historic restaurant has been opened. The hotel breakfast is now a proper hotel breakfast instead of takeaway breakfast or breakfast at the nearby Sokos Hotel Presidentti. The suite was as stunning as before. The only complaint is the glass selection: two small glasses in the bathroom and two huge wine glasses for the bottle of red wine. The wide minibar content does not match the selection of glasses.

Our first visit here was on our wedding night and it was very beautiful. We stayed in a suite which was large (40-50m2?) and very cozy. We ordered in-room service food from the restaurant downstairs and it was pretty good as well, but the highlight of the stay was really the coziness of the room/suite. It felt like coming home (or to a friend's home) as it was very casual, just a big combo of two rooms, library, working desk, decorations, books, small lamps etc. One could forget being in a hotel but rather feel at home with the ambience. We stayed mostly in the suite and enjoyed it except for a visit to the SPA. The in-room food was okay, some dishes being better than others. The hamburgers were pretty good but didn't feel like they were heartfully prepared. Very little sauce and a bit dry even if there was clearly a good intention. The real highlight with the stay was the service level. Really personalized and friendly in every interaction with the staff, from room service to any ad hoc requests and to the reception staff. There is some magic in here. Hope they'll manage through the rough times without losing any of it. Will definitely visit again.

The breakfast was good, the variety was great, and the coffee was good. The room is not large, but in hotels such as Scandinavia, Finland and Sweden, the room is large. The bathroom shower area is separated from the glass by the toilet bowl. Water without water will splash on the bathroom door. It's very close to Helsinki Central Railway Station. The disadvantages are not small, we live on the first floor, the lobby is on the 0th floor, the lobby has an open bar, and the hotel is in the center of the city, it seems like a bar street, the music is noisy, and the low frequency noise can be clearly felt in the room in the early morning .

I was unfortunately only able to visit for one night, but I liked it very much. The accommodation (room, restroom, kitchen area, shower) was very clean and I felt very comfortable. They paid close attention to details, which made the atmosphere so relaxed. I would definitely book another night here when I am back in Helsinki. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, everything went smoothly although nobody was present. Thank you very much for everything!

I was here recently over a weekend in Helsinki. My room was ready when I arrived just after 15.00, check in was friendly and efficient from a man who was training on the job. He was accomplished and helpful and I was soon on my way to my room. The room was as I expected, neat, tidy and well presented. The bed was comfortable and there were a couple of comfortable chairs and a desk to do some work. The shower was fine but the water pressure a little low. The one thing that stops me giving this hotel five stars is the variable quality of room servicing by house keeping once you are in the hotel. This is an issue I have commented on before and it is no better. On one of the days I was there the room was cleaned and tidied very well while I was out, on the other day it was barely tidied at all and things like the wash basin were not wiped. Unlike in other places there appears to be no supervision of the house keeping staff and I've certainly over a few visits never seen a supervisor come to the room or seen one on a corridor and as such it seems as though housekeeping is a huge variable with no standards and no supervision. It's a bit let down. Breakfast is good and there is enough choice to keep you going for a few mornings without it being boring. The gym and sauna are both also good spaces. Check out was fine again with friendly staff and I was on my way. I will be back, it's a good place to stay in Helsinki.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Finn. So handy walking from the train station after flying in. We were late arriving but the arrangements for check in were excellent. Great room with large lockers on the corridor for luggage storage after check out. Really useful for experiencing the nightlife offers by Helsinki. Reasonable price. Classic elevator stairs combo. Plenty of eating options nearby so no in-house restaurant required. Reception welcoming and pointed us in the direction of a great pizza joint used by locals. Thanks Hotel Finn!

The hotel is super awesome, new facilities, good environment, friendly staff and very rich breakfast. 100 meters to the left of the hotel is the entrance to the subway station. One stop to the airport. Buying a ticket is very simple. The last picture is a ride guide. The station where the hotel is located is called Aviapolis. Please note that if you want to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the driver They will directly ask for about 28 Euros because they are too close, and they ca n’t wait more than 2 hours at the airport but only pull a few dollars away, but they will explain to you very politely, you can choose to sit or not Sit, I've got a taxi. The latest time for the hotel sauna is 10:00 pm. After 10 pm, the relatives can't enjoy it.

I stayed at the airport for another day because I was in transit, this time choosing Hilton. Both are at the T2 gate. Walk for 3-5 minutes. Luggage carts can be pushed directly to the doorsteps of the two hotels. The scandic I stayed at last time, I set it two months in advance, the price is 101 euros. Then after I set off, I found that I had to stay in Helsinki for a day on the return flight and forgot to book a hotel. At that time scandic had risen to 1200 + rmb, Hilton 904rmb so I settled on Hilton. At the beginning I read the comments and said that Hilton would have to walk far in the rain and walk in the snow. Not at all. I want to say here that you must have gone the wrong way. In fact, Hilton and Scandic are at the same turning point. The focus is one on the left and one on the right. Tell me how to get there. T2 got off the plane and took the baggage and came out to see the hotel name sign, or to see a large supermarket selling fruits and vegetables, and then go to the exit to the bus stop in the city. Then I walked past the stop to see the elevator. Pressing the elevator to the sidewalk of Hilton. There is no need to get rain or snow, and there is no snow along the road, you can push a trolley up. If you get your luggage out of the plane at T1, don't go out! !! Right in t1's house. After taking my luggage out, I saw whether there was a coffee stall on the right side, and I also bought chocolate round cakes. Just turn right and walk through a long corridor after taking your luggage. Anyway, there will be signs to T2 along the way. Then you will see Starbucks and Burger King. note! !! Not the Starbucks exit! !! Not the little supermarket next to Starbucks! !! The big supermarket I am talking about is not the size of 7-11, but it really sells vegetables! So don't get out of that Starbucks exit! !! Turn left at Starbucks and you will see a hot dog shop! Correct! That hot dog restaurant is so delicious that you can eat it. Going to the hot dog shop is the big supermarket, and going out is the exit of the airport bus stop. That's where you go out and you will see the bus, which is the bus to the city. After passing the bus station, you can see that there is an elevator in front of the bus station, that elevator. Go up to the sidewalk of Hilton. A total of 50 meters of sidewalks, you can see Hilton standing on the sidewalk sealed roof. There are signs along the road anyway. Definitely can be found. Very close. It will take five minutes. The scandic just saw the sign of the police station on the right-hand side of the elevator, you just pushed in the door! !! The third floor is the front desk of scandic. I remember it was on the third floor. It's almost going anyway. It ’s true that sandic is 50 to 100 meters closer than Hilton The two hotel elevators come down to the airport urban bus, 6.9 Euro one way, support for overseas cards, cash denominations of less than 20 yuan, buy tickets and drivers. It takes less than 40 minutes to reach the train station in the city centre. Shopping and front-line big names are there, as are the white churches. After walking back to the airport, you can just get in the place where you got off. Departure on time. The timetable is shown in Figure 9. It's also 6.9 Euros back, which is very cost-effective. There is wifi in the car.

Good location, tram stop at the door, easy to travel. The hotel is located near the port and there are cruises to Tallinn, Estonia. Passengers who need to take a boat the next day are very convenient to live here, two tram stops. In addition, the hotel is the tallest building in the urban area. On the top floor there is a swimming pool gym (free use), sauna and bar. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. It is worth mentioning that the front desk, like we have promoted twice, would like to upgrade the room. The first time was when we checked in, because we could not check in earlier, we had to wait until 3 o'clock, and we could check in early if we upgraded. Later when we came back in the afternoon to check in, it was not good for us to sell it again.
