The hotel is conveniently located next to Sakai station. It's also on the main line going Kansai airport and every few minutes there is an express train going to Kansai airport. We had an excellent stay in this hotel. The view of Sakai city from our room was great and room was big with excellent amenities. This hotel is mainly used by airline crews and business men. There is a Japanese food buffet restaurant in the hotel and luxury jewelry shop along with usual hair stylist and other shops. Lobby area is very grand. Check in check out staff was very courteous and efficient and they could speak English. Overall the stay was pleasant and we had good night's sleep with good rest.

It is very convenient to walk along the track from the nearest station by ５, but every time the train passes, you can hear a little sound. In midsummer, there are many cherry trees around the building, and you can hear the cherry blossoms early in the morning. Therefore, I can't sleep well unless I go to bed until the time when I start to hear the cherry blossoms from the last train. However, the rooms are reasonably clean and very convenient because they have air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers, microwave ovens and kitchenettes. It is also very good to have a supermarket in front of the station. Very good property of Cospa considering the price and time.

Firstly nice hotel with magnificent view !! This is before all the problems begins !! First I book a deluxe double room and they told me they don’t have a deluxe double room !!! Then they claim deluxe double room means king bed ! Then why call it double room ?????? Secondly, almost got scammed at the breakfast. I was given 4 voucher for 4 nights and I asked the counter if I can use 2 voucher concurrently as I am with my wife. They replied ok. on that day, I presented two voucher to Cooka manager (I came with me and my wife) and they still issued me a invoice to pay for additional guest !! One voucher is for 1 guest and if I give 2 voucher, it is for 2 guest !! And they tried to charge me extra !!!!! Seriously, this is a scam !!!!!! After quarrelling for some time, the manager and another lady told me I have to pay for Tmr breakfast!!!! I was shocked !!! If I eat Tmr, then I pay for the break fast !!!! If I don’t eat, they expect me to pay for what ?? Outrageous Scam !!! Please see the picture attached !!! Cant believe I almost got scammed !!!

Fantastic location! We wrote the email to hotel check how to go there, the email that replied by their staff really helps a lot! When you take the escalator reach the second floor, you will see Marriott hotel in front of you. Don’t worry, Hotel trusty just 1 min away. pls refer the the second photo there is a red circle. You can easily find the hotel as long as you follow the instructions that they shared. From here, you can go Nara park with Yamatoji line, Shisaibashi with Midosuji Line etc… Will definitely book this hotel again!!

When my wife was asked for an ID card when I issued a welcome coupon in Osaka at check-in, I was explained that I couldn't issue a coupon when I told her that I forgot the two preschoolers. Since I came from afar, I checked if I could respond by email at a later date, and my wife was shocked by the cold saying, ”I have no choice but to go back to pick it up.” It's important to say it. When I entered the room, there was not enough slippers for children, and the only amenities were towels, and I hurriedly went down to the lobby to get my room clothes and toothbrush, but the front desk was still chatting. It's a comedy city. It's good to have fun working. It seems that he forgot even the explanation of the amenities. When I checked with the front desk to rent a step stand because the child did not reach the wash basin, I replied, ”I am not ready”, and it seems that Hoshino Resort is not ready even though it can be borrowed in the national lodging. Then, when I went to the dining room again, I was confirmed, ”Is there only one? What is the age of the child later?” When I told him that one person was 5 years old, he was told that there would be an additional charge, and my eyes were focused. When I checked at the front desk, it was said that there would be an additional charge from the age of 5. I read a confirmation email with my eyes on a plate, but I didn't write a word about that. Well, it's not that expensive, so I paid for breakfast, but the number of items is small! It's not surprisingly delicious! Rice smells! My child didn't eat at all, so I hurriedly bought rice balls at a convenience store and let them eat. Everything was too terrible, so I lost my mind to go sightseeing and went home as it was. Before that, I stayed at a hotel near Univa for 2 nights, but it was considerably cheaper and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also better there. It was wise to stay there for three consecutive nights without changing the inn poorly. I learned.

This hostel is fantastic! So glad I ended up here for a few nights in Osaka as this was a great choice. Especially enjoyed talking to the staff Rina, Ayano and Hiro who were all so welcoming. The rooms were very colourful and though were basic it had everything you needed for a good stay. Good comfortable bed with individual privacy curtain and light, large locker for luggage, shared bathroom with shower and towels available. It also had a nice cafe/social area downstairs. You could also do your laundry here at a very reasonable cheap price which was very useful. The location of this hostel is in a great location surrounded by many things to do and also very close to train stations. Other travelers I met at this hostel were all friendly which is the kind of people this hostel attracts. When I go back to Osaka I may make it a point just to visit the cafe or stay here a night as its such a pleasant environment thanks to the staff!

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

The facility is quite old, but the rooms have been nicely renovated. The natural free-flowing hot spring for sale was still satisfying. I entered the public bath three times from the time I checked in at 16:00 to the time I checked out at 10:00 the next day. There is no doubt that being able to take a bath late at night, which is rare these days, will increase your satisfaction with the herbal medicinal bath and the abundant hot water flowing directly from the source. The hotel is located at the south exit of Nanhai Electric Railway Station for about 2 minutes, but the south exit only has stairs. Take the big luggage and finally exit the east exit on the north side. There is an elevator to take. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. We used the previous night for convenience in the early morning of Kansai air. Because it was the second use this time, it was convenient location with a few minutes walk without getting lost from Sakai station. It was a plan with breakfast, but I abandoned the use for early morning check-out and was completely used to sleep. Well, you can probably tell from the outside that it's a love hotel. Will you be using it by car, on foot, alone, or as a couple? I think it will change the impression quite a bit.
