The hotel's house is old and quite a feeling. The overall price is beyond expectations, the price is cheap, and it is relatively clean. Chinese restaurants can be found nearby, life is convenient, it is recommended

Hotel was fine, but website lists pool and hot tub as amenities and we arrived to find out that the pool was closed and had been closed for two years. We wouldn't have chosen to stay here if we had known that -- we chose the hotel because we knew we'd want a swim and a soak after a five hour drive. The woman at the desk just kept insisting that the website says it's closed, but when I pulled up the website again on my phone, I could never find anywhere that it said that... only lovely pictures of their beautiful pool area. In addition, the wifi was horrible -- barely any signal in our room and very very slow.

I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars, but some things made that not possible. Tony, at the front desk, was great. He was professional, accommodating, even answered the phone immediately, when we called down with a question. Hotel is clean and well kept so no issues there. It’s not the JW so travelers, go there with a realistic view. The reason why I couldn’t give the place 5 stars comes down to three things 1) what hotel outside a major city charges for parking? This hotel has a $10 per day charge. We are in the middle of the suburbs way outside Philadelphia so why is there a parking fee? 2) there are no usb charger ports. Looked around the desk etc and couldn’t find any. It’s 2022, and should be standard. 3) the room door slams shut and can be heard down the hall. We had some late arriving neighbors and early departing neighbors and when the door closes, it woke everyone up. Simple fix with tension on door, but it’s the little things that make all the difference to be 5 stars, at least in my book. Would definitely return, overall it was a very good stay, my 5 stars are reserved for amazing hotels, which I have reviewed in the past. This is still above par and with a bit of fine tuning can certainly end up with 5 stars.

My wife and I were he for a family wedding and the hotel was very busy with other weddings too. When we first made our reservations, we requested a handicap room. The morning of the arrival, we received a call from the hotel asking what kind of room we wanted. We explained, since my wife uses a walker, we needed a handicap room with a king-size bed, as we requested months earlier. When we arrived, the front desk was busy and in total confusion. A very nice young woman was trying to help us, but knew nothing about the rooms. She asked another woman, but she too wasn't up to speed on the property. Finally, Jason came out and was very helpful. We did not get a handicap room, but did get a king-size bed and the shower had a small step to get into the shower. they did not have grab bars, which did cause a problem. The room was big enough to handle her roller walker. We did expect better service than we got. The breakfast was fine, and the room was set up nicely. The staff there were great, very friendly and helpful. They did have handicap parking out front, but the cars were so close it was difficult to manage. I think someone did ask a very large pick-up truck that was parked extremely close to the handicap spot to move, which was very nice of them. We normally don't have as many problems as we did here.

When lost our family home due to a house fire I made the mistake of trusting this hotel for a local extended stay. Two teenage daughters a wife and I all starting over with nothing but the clothes on our backs chose the Hilton brand in our time of despair. A brand I choose over 200 nights a year for work and a brand we chose for a family trip to Mexico in November of 2022. I booked the first 10 days on my Hilton app. myself thinking “I’m not just going to any hotel…I’m booking with Hilton” I had to undergo foot surgery for an injury sustained in the house fire and this hotel fails on accessibility. Early in the 21 day stay the renovations/issues were somewhat tolerable as it was obvious that the hotel is undergoing a renovation. But shortly lack of parking security lighting, broken ice machines, broken elevators and only offering laundry only on the 5th floor made this stay very frustrating and challenging on crutches. By the end of the 3rd week we began to achieve some rhythm of “normal” life as the kids were back in school my wife and I were each on track to complete a full week of work. But all that changed as I was locked out of the room today at noon only to find that my family and the handful of items we had replaced in the past three weeks were all expected depart the room ASAP. I believed the reservation to be 11 days away on June 1st when we move into our rental house. “Nope… the temp housing agency never sent the right paperwork and we sold the room” was the response I got at the front desk. Unbelievable I thought as I had to cart 10 loads of stuff with a broken foot up two flights with sporadic elevator availability because of incorrect paperwork! Youngest daughter and wife both raced back hotel having left work and school early. As soon as we can get in competitor’s extended stay we are done with Hilton entirely. I am angry that I supported this brand at the highest level for decades and it has let me down in such epic fashion in my family’s greatest time of need. Staff were cold and rude as they offered shallow apologies but no help or solutions. The clearly incompetent General Manager actually required I hobble the 200 yards back to the room on crutches to get a form of payment before he would give us the new room keys for the 2 new rooms we were bumped to from our previous 2 bedroom suite. Upon my return he told me they had sorted out payment with insurance/agency. Unless you have lived through the loss of everything in a house fire it is difficult to explain how challenging every day life can become after a fire. We have now been further displaced and divided by this hotel’s thoughtless leadership.
