The room is large, clean and tidy, with a refrigerator and microwave, and the sanitation is wet and dry. Good breakfast, scrambled eggs and sausages or meatloaf, you can make waffles yourself, and the omelet that you are doing now, it tastes good, basically come one every day, see someone give a tip, there is no give, I also gave it once . There are various shops in the neighborhood, Wal-Mart, target, costco, Best Buy, Macy's, Starbucks, etc. There are also some restaurants, but not the ones that are close together. We have stores in addition to our own neighborhoods, other neighborhoods. It’s all driven by car, and it’s a few minutes. Free parking.

The property is nice upon entry but housekeeping leaves much to be desired. One of the best parts of our stay was the front reception clerk ”Jasmine” who was so friendly and welcoming. My kids and I really enjoyed her professionalism and personality. Rooms were not well cleaned upon arrival and on our second day when I asked for the room to be cleaned I returned to find it in the same condition. Called front desk and after some attitude from a different front desk employee housekeeping eventually made it to the room but definitely wouldnt use the word clean to describe what housekeeping did. They only loosely remade the beds and nothing else. Carpets weren't vacuumed (evidence of crumbs etc), tub/sink/counter/toilet all left uncleaned, tile floors near the doorway and in bathroom not cleaned (same stains on the floor when we first came in the room were still there). The breakfast was decent but the scrambled eggs were grossly dry and the omelette with cheese was dry and had something that looked like cheese but definitely wasnt. Coffee was really good though and the cinnamon buns and pancakes made up for the stuff you couldnt eat. Property is centrally located near various department stores and restaurants (fast food & sit down) and just a few streets down from the Moreno Valley Mall. Not the quietest hotel. Lots of noise and stomping on the floors. Not my first choice if staying in the area after this stay.

before making reservations i called the hotel because for some reason my employee discount was not going through for my second nigh, so i was transfer to reservations and there the nice representative told me to just book the night and when checking in to tell the receptionist to use my employee discount for the 2nd night (she told me there was available rooms for my second day and didnt understand why i wasnt able to reserve) i also asked her if it was ok to switch one room to a queen bed and she said ”of course just let the receptionist know and she should be able to accomidate you”...so i booked. next day we arrive we were not even greeted by the receptionist ALISA(but notice that the guest before and after us were nicely greeted they were both african american guest)she had a really bad attitude, rolled her eyes a couple of times when we asked questions, i let her know about what the reservations agent told me to tell her and so she tell me that she count accomidate me for the second night so i told her that why would someone tell me something an another one something else...so i said its fine...so shre proseed to doing the reservations and i told her if she can atleast change my room to a queen bed,she right away took a long breath and rolled her eyes and stared to the screen for a minute and then went to the back desk and slammed the doors csame back with some room keys after we just went to our room...the room was nicee and clean except when we went to the restroom...there was haair in the floor and pieces of toilet paper like if the floors werent sweep.....we would not mind going back there but they need to talk to thats ALISA girl!! the ”breakfast” was a joke ....an orange, muffin, granola bar and peanuts in A brown bag...it was kitty carders like ALISA had said when we asked her about the breakfast....no temperature checks,no sanatizers.

At the beginning of the wrong hotel, a small hotel next door, the black front desk was weird, and my heart was awkward. I found that I went back to this hotel after going wrong. I feel comfortable and comfortable. A breakfast is simple.

I had to cancel and the hotel did not accept any attempt to negotiate a cancellation fee. I was fully charged even though I did notify this with anticipation. On the other hand, they can and will cancel your reservation without even notifying you in advance. I know this because they did that to me before. Sadly, my experience was not positive.

I am a traveling nurse and was looking for a hotel to stay at during my contract. I booked online and the fees described were drastically different when I arrived at the hotel. They charge $25 a night for a dog and a $100 deposit that is only refunded after 7days. When I brought up the charges that were on the website they just said to bad. Staff was incredibly rude and did not care to provide a good experience. The hotel is dirty!! It’s in a terrible neighborhood and I did not feel safe at all. Also the pool was closed, when I asked why they said “ it’s too much work to clean it”. Will never stay here again. Worst experience I have had.

The location is very good, and the breakfast is good. It is the most cost-effective hotel in the city. It is close to several universities. If you go to several universities to attend the graduation ceremony or watch the children, it is very convenient to live here! Stayed for two nights and found it to be good. After traveling, I came back and stayed at this hotel for another four nights.

Close to the university, near the highway, and convenient transportation. There are good dining rooms in the surroundings, all kinds of tastes. Quiet and clean. Breakfast is a bit simpler, but you can eat it in a small restaurant nearby. pretty good. There are also many convenience stores, beauty salon services, and movie theaters in the surrounding area.

Breakfast is free. It is very simple. There are scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fruits, bread, etc. Coffee is free for 24 hours. Basic breakfast is enough. Not a lot of food around the hotel, there are two Japanese restaurants, a fast food restaurant, can be considered a not too big plaza. The price / performance ratio is good in the neighborhood. The price of the suite is only 10 dollars higher than the standard room, which is more cost-effective. Free parking. The hotel is very close to Highway 91 and has convenient transportation. The hotel is next to LA Serria University. The environment is very good. I do n’t like taking pictures.

Hotel staff was great and the rooms are nice. I like the fact that they don't have carpet floors in their rooms. Can do without the rug too. Overall, hotel location, parking, room, and service has been excellent. It would be even better if they allowed pets but it's all good.

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to California Baptist University. Location is very close to interstate and downtown Riverside. Room was on 2nd floor with partial view of University Ave. Bed comfortable, wi-fi good, and TV selection excellent (even offers You Tube and Netflix). Parking free too. Now to the not so great. Road noise can get a little loud depending on what's driving by. Shower pressure excellent but drainage not so much. Ended up taking shower in a bath! Toilet needed multiple flushes as well--These weren't critical issues for our trip and we let the front desk know as we departed. Onsite restaurant closed d/t COVID but there are plenty of places near by.

Really happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. We were attending an event at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino so I was horrified when I first saw the $400+ rates for that weekend within San Bernardino & was grateful to find a great deal in comparison at this Hampton Inn in downtown Riverside. I was also extremely thankful for the amazingly fast service I received at check in -- the front desk guy literally got me all checked in in 2 min -- since we were running a little late for our event after hitting traffic on the way down from Monterey. I can't really think of any cons we encountered, but other pros include: hotel parking was within their own security-watched lot behind a gate so we didn't have to worry about our car or anything in it, mini fridge AND microwave in our room, super comfortable bed/pillows, noon checkout!

The room was clean, but old, and paint was chipping off of the furniture and the bathroom doorway, and the water in the bathtub/shower and sink gets warm, but not hot. The manager told me when I checked in to not fill the tub, so people can forget about bathing children here. The air conditioning was good. It would have been nice to have a TV directory. The ********* stench in the bathroom and especially in the entry was pretty strong, and the “breakfast” was pathetic. It consisted entirely of only coffee to drink (which I don’t drink), hot water, two flavors of Quaker instant oatmeal packets, the dry, hard type of Nature Valley granola bars, and two flavors of Svenhard’s pastries. That’s it. If someone has children with them, I guess they can buy them soda out of the vending machine. That’s always a good breakfast beverage for kids.

We needed to break up a long drive home from Temecula to the Central Coast, so we booked a room a bit closer to home. Rooms in the Temecula area are super expensive this time of year, so we shopped for a good value, crossed our fingers and said we would not stay if it was at all sketchy. Now pleasantly surprised we were to find the front desk clerk very affable and helpful, the parking lot was almost full and the room, while anything but luxurious, was very clean. It is a motel style location and our car was parked outside our room. The shutters on the windows provided excellent privacy. Being in downtown Riverside there were occasional sirens, but really not too bad. Good place to sleep in a comfortable bed. Good value.

Having spent several months in various Motel 6's while my estranged husband's estate was settled (probate) I've seen & experienced customer service from a wide variety of Motel 6 employees. I have never seen a more sullen group of people. The girl that checked us in was just lovely, the office was very well kept & updated. Unfortunately the good impression didn't carry over to any other aspect of our stay. The first night was uneventful, the next day housekeeping never even bothered to check if we needed towels. They required a $50 deposit, that's a first. No other Motel 6 has ever required one, even when we had 2 dogs instead of just the one we have now. They claim to be pet friendly, I would beg to differ, they acted as though our dog was a bringer of pestilence. I understand our dog is a big German Shepherd, people can be fearful of dogs especially a big one. 2 women alone need a protector especially at this location. My daughter had to go to work, graveyard shift. I was left alone with no phone, I don't have a cellphone, in the past the room always had a phone in case of emergency. I could call the front desk if necessary, if there was an issue. There were people above our room drunk off their fannies, slamming doors shouting obscenities at each other. It wasn't pleasant. The room was not particularly clean or maintained, leaks above the bathroom were fixed but still unpainted, black mold on the bottom of the door jam, the smell of stale smoke hung about the room (in a no smoking room) forcing us to keep the window open. But most of all the staff were terribly rude, on the 3rd day my daughter asked for a clean towel after work, the woman obviously didn't want to be bothered, rolling her eyes acting as though this wasn't her job. The dog vocalized in the late morning hours & we were told we couldn't stay another night. That was fine, to be honest it isn't much fun to walk on eggshells in a situation like that. There were other dog's there, our next door neighbor put their dog on a long lead , tied the lead to something in the room, kept their door open so the dog could go outside, wander in front of our room. My dog is a service animal, but it was more than he could tolerate & he barked his displeasure. We packed our things, I picked up any trash that we had made, put the used towels in one location wiped down the counter tops & left. There was no damage that I could see. I smoke, but only outside. They never offered to clean the room in 3 nights. The walkways in front of the rooms are filthy & need a good power cleaning. There is no swimming pool, no laundry facilities, 1 drink vending machine & none for snacks. If you find yourself in Riverside CA the La Sierra location is far superior, cleaner, employees are courteous & actually smile, they will go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasant. They have a pool, laundry facilities etc. BTW They kept $20 of the $50 deposit, for what I have no idea. I guess it's a way to pay their housekeep
